Hiver is a reliable platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how user friendly the platform is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the folders don't show when I know they are available so I have to refresh consistently for them to pop up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me communicate with customers easily
We work with many vendors and Hiver is by far my favorite

It’s easy to use and it saves us a tremendous amount of time and everybody is in the loop

I have to be honest I’ve not had one downside yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us a lot of time it prevents us for missing emails and assigns emails very effectively
They're not kidding about their customer service!
What do you like best about the product?
I work for a company that values transparency and integrity to the extreme. We had interest calls with other omni channel type services but were immediately (and continually!) impressed by Hiver's availability to give personalized, human support and that they don't inflate what their software can do. We needed something to assist our team in collaborating across multiple shared inboxes and that alone has made it a great decision. It is intuitive and fun to use and was easy to implement. It integrates flawlessly with Google. Our team's collaboration has skyrocketed and so few things fall through the cracks compared to before. Whenever I want to explore a new feature, I can video call one of their team members and they will help me figure out how to best use the feature. We will never go back!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it works best for companies that use Google Workspace vs Microsoft or Apple email. Not a problem for us but something to expedite your decision if you don't use Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling an absurdly high volume of emails, increasing collaboration and ease among our team. They are also HIPAA compliant which many services don't offer unless we spend way more money than we can afford as a small startup.
Hiver is a useful email organization tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver helps ensure we never miss an email from a respondent and that all respondents are responded back to in a short time. This helps keep things very professional and limits the risk of loosing emails!
What do you dislike about the product?
Using it on a Mobile device does not allow the full range of functions as compared to a computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps emails from being missed and also keeps track so we can tell who was responsible for an email response in the shared inbox.
I was looking for a solution to manage a shared inbox for Accounts Payable.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features are the round robin, the traceability of activities, and ability to report.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish a few of the features that I consider basic where included in the lower tiers pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was no accountability with our shared inbox.
Quality organization especially for a growing team
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to assign emails to my coworkers and all have access to a shared inbox is extremely helpful for delegating tasks and tracking progress on shared projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very expensive product per user. We are not able to have some of our team use it because it is cost-prohibitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lets multiple members of the team access important information in an efficient and easy way. Helps organize the inbox to make task management more streamlined. Takes the guess work out of working as a team for one customer because it creates transparency between all team members regarding client communications.
Great for collaborative work
What do you like best about the product?
This makes the collaboration in our team so much better. We love the shared inbox and how we can take responsibility for different things that come through.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some technical difficulties with emails not coming throuhh for a small portion of our clients but we don't know if that's Gmail related.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have smaller clients that are on a "ticketing system" who can email a shared inbox and anyone on our team can review and respond.
Great help for prioritizing emails on a team. Easy to use and more functional than Drag.
What do you like best about the product?
The automations are great for tagging and assigning projects. It is much easier to look at than other email programs. It just looks like you are in Gmail. The click up integration has been helpful for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The click up integration does not work if you create a new project inside of Hiver- it disappears from the calendar in click up. Hard to say if Hiver or Click up is responsible for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping us not miss emails by being efficient and clear. Assigning emails is extremely easy and helpful.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Helps teams organize emails and tasks by being able to assign and have a separate inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the downside can be too many hands in the bucket when organizing emails.

Email organization
Very good software I would recommend.
