HIVER = GAME CHANGER for Order fulfillment in GSuite

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign emails from a shared in box to an individual user. Also, once assigned and actioned on, you can close the email. Upon reply, the order opens back up to the original chain. This allows our team to be organized and responsive upon receipt of multiple emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team does not like the fact that sent emails from all users in a shared email show up on our personal company emails. I also dislike, showing the hiver tags/emails in my personal email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the problem of losing emails in a shared email inbox. It is beneficial to know who is working on what email chain.

An Essential Tool for Large Teams

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to coordinate emails within a large team. I work on a smaller subset of a team with 100+ members. We receive emails constantly from clients and our old workflow would require siloed responses. For example, if one team or member was being overwhelmed with emails, it was not easy to balance workloads and help them. With Hiver, teams are able to all work off of a shared inbox, claim/assign email threads, and work more efficiently by balancing workloads and ensuring prompt replies. It has entirely changed how we work. When one team or person is overwhelmed, we can easily identify that and provide them additional help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get tagged in a lot email threads, and that means I get a lot of notifications on my phone. I'm sure there's a way to update notification preferences, but I also need to be able to know when I am being tagged. Anyways, I dislike the numerous notifications... maybe if there was a way to just have one notification on my phone whenever I am tagged multiple times instead of multiple notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned in the what I like best section, Hiver provides the ability to coordinate within a large the ability to address a massive amount of emails.

However, an unexpected benefit was the ability to audit emails. We can see when they came in, when it was claimed by a team member, when it was addressed, and any notes or comments for that email chain. If the client emails back again a week later, it's easy to follow the audit/notes and see the history of the conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is beyond compare! Very Fast response, Very Professional. This system saves us HOURS of email time
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about this! If I had to choose one thing initially would be the price, but after using it for a month, it is worth every dime

We are solving the problem of a cluttered email, with Hiver it is seamless

What do you like best about the product?
As I work at a company inundated with queries and orders placed by email, Hiver makes it easy for us to share the workload and assign certain orders to certain sales consultants
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'Pending' feature doesn't have much use in our application of Hiver and can sometimes cause confusion when referring back to it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our productivity and work flow have drastically improved as everyone in our sales team can cooperate to provide the best and fastest possible service

I don't think there is a downside; it is an excellent organisational tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can easily assign emails to coworkers.

So far I'm very satisfied with Hiver so I don't have any dislike.

We are getting multiple emails from partners and it's good that we can assign those emails to the relevant coworkers.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has allowed our sales and customer service teams to seamlessly transition accounts and action items between team members. The ability to tag other team members helps ensure everyone is on the same page, and nothing slips through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did take us a while to figure out how to best implement Hiver in the way that suited our company best. There are a lot of great features in Hiver, but it can take some time to figure out the best way to implement them into your procedures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver has allowed us to consistently keep track of all incoming sales and customer service inquiries as well as where they are in the process. It has greatly increased the organization of our customer communications.
