What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use, intuitive. Hiver takes the complexity out of email-based customer service/tech support. It's very easy to assign emails and chat/collaborate with others on your team. The tagging system and status options on tickets give you a clear picture of what's being worked on, by who. We have multiple shared inboxes and using Hiver i conjuction with them makes makes a big difference in customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that Gmail's conversation mode setting must be on to enable hiver to work correctly. I'm not too fond of the setting personally, but I understand why Hiver works the way it does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbox overload, mainly. Hiver gives us the ability for multiple team members to collaborate and work on issues to get them solved promptly.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has helped our team easily place our customer service emails into the proper team members Inbox. This allows each team member to focus on their specialty. Hiver also helps us communicate easily behind the scenes without having to send numerous emails. This is essential when our entire team works virtually all across the country. Hiver has increased our efficiency in responding to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, Hiver software slows the system down and makes emails hard to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have streamlined our customer service with Hiver, and it has made our team more efficient, on task, and productive.

Being able to keep my emails organized with notes and easily assigning emails to the right people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications that come through separate from my email.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has made organizing our group work email so easy. It's user-friendly so anyone can use it. I love that you can assign an email to any of your coworkers, and you can also access any of your coworkers' emails which is convenient when they are away from the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of anything I dislike honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps eliminate confusion on who needs to handle what. You can directly assign each email to the proper person. And when someone closes an email...it shows the status on your end so that you are never left wondering if an email has been taken care of.

I can't really think of anything that I dislike, the software just works well.

What do you like best about the product?
It's practical, intuitive, and helpful. With just 1 click I could assign any email or add a comment within my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative feedback about the tool.

Assigning emails, controlling SLA, commenting on emails, answering from a common mailbox

What do you like best about the product?
How you can organize and tag your emails to find them right away and to close out emails that are no longer needed. I also love that it has a pending option to put away the emails we are waiting on for a response.
It's great to have teams to assign emails.
It's helped out so much!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike.
It is all very savvy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have any problems with Hiver.
All is working well on my end.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Hiver has changed my life. 80% of our daily tasks are received through email. Hiver allows me to very easily delegate all of those tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I struggle with is finding emails after their completed or old emails that don't ever get assigned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hiver has completely changed the way we do business. My team is so much more efficient and we're able to maintain a more even workload because of the ability to easily assign incoming emails to specific team members.

Near Perfect solution for shared gmail mailbox

What do you like best about the product?
Email templates and the shared inbox and ability to manage email response from multiple users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is a work in progress. It is useable, but still lacks some features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have utilized the shared inbox for customer service as we have hired new employees who need to send from a single address and work together to solve customer problems. The chrome extension is a fantastic tool and allows us to continue using gmail
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have tried a number of different gmail enhancement extensions and particularly for inbox sharing, hiver is the best.
