What do you like best about the product?
The system is so easy. If you need a shared email box for any reason, Hiver is the one to go with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't really like is that you are required to keep your email in conversation view. I prefer not to use conversation view, but have had to adjust for Hiver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to be able to share an email box with another person for orders in our company is crucial. We can assign them to different users and close them out when communication for individual orders is complete. Having multiple people working on orders at the same time, from a central email box, makes a more efficient process for us.

Hiver is simple and very user-friendly and has everything you should need for a shared mailbox.

What do you like best about the product?
Just the smoothness of being able to tag emails with different tags and then being able to search things that way. Makes my life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then I have found that the searches don't always pull tagged things. It's rare... but I have had instances where I eventually did find the email I was looking for and it was indeed tagged by the unit code (one of the main things we tag emails with so we can look at all associated emails when searching) but for whatever reason, it didn't pull up in my original search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to use multiple tags.. and also make comments on things has really helped me keep things organized so that they are easier to search later.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Making sure that you go through all the different settings before you really get started so that you know where you want things to go and how you want to set up tags etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is a great tool that allows you to collaborate with your teammates on an email behind the scenes without replying and forwarding responses and therefore adding unnecessary pages to your email thread.
There is also a bell that sits right at the top of your email inbox that notifies you when someone responds to you or asks a question to you in Hiver. Clicking the bell brings you straight to the email and the question at hand.

What do you dislike about the product?
Having to be connected in conversation view-not a fan at all. It makes it very hard to read emails in a thread and, in general, not user-friendly.

The benefits are that I can loop in anyone involved in an email by sending a Hiver note or assigning them to the email thread without having to forward emails in the string that pertain to each person.

Hiver is a great way to speak to your colleagues internally regarding an email thread and the contents of the email. You can tag anyone that you need to review the email. You can also create a shared draft to an email and get your colleague's input on the email content and verbiage.

Nothing to be honest.
Maybe some better integration into our CRM (Zoho) as my emails show up as they are from someone else. Not a big deal.

This works great with Google Workspace shared mailboxes which are free!
Easy to use for work, makes work easier
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Hiver's communication regarding updates and work times. The most helpful features are the ability to assign emails quickly and the comments section that is private to our team. It's also very helpful to have access to work inboxes so we can step in if someone in on vacation or away from work. The help team always responds quickly and doesn't sign off until my issue is solved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hiver doesn't load on my task bar. It's happened only once or twice, and the support team gave me a solution right away, so it wasn't a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver allows us to quickly share information and emails, giving our customers the best support we can offer. We waste less time shuffling emails back and forth and waiting for replies because it's all available in one place.
Nothing is perfect, but this is VERY GOOD! Recommended.
What do you like best about the product?
Works as described - Works as Gmail should already work. Shared inbox, shared tags, assign emails and as the assigned work flows, reassign, close etc. You can keyword search in the Hiver notes using the gmail search tool... very very key for us! It was our solution to working from home during quarantine. We will continue this process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to batch change more than qty limits allow at this time. I would like to export to a spreadsheet as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team requires a group inbox with tags. Google Groups was not a viable solution for us.

Very good for collaboration. I also use the notes feature within my private emails, which is a nice bonus!
Easy to manage multiple incoming emails
What do you like best about the product?
I like that if an email comes into my direct email and I can assign it to another email to organize what I need to work on and what doesn't. I like how we can label the emails. The ability to send and close the email when replying is a great tool that is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
No much that I dislike about Hiver. I've been using it for about five months and am getting the hang of it and still know there is much more to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. The benefits are our whole team can view to see how many emails each other has, and we use it in another country in the Philippines, and they assign work to us, which saves us so much time.
