Makes having one department email SO easy.
What do you like best about the product?
I work on a team of about 10 people, and we have one main email that we give to clients, customers, etc so that we don't give our personal emails out. Hiver makes it so simple to assign emails to the appropriate team member(s). They then can set the status of it. I really enjoy the simplicity of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It crashes about once a month. That is the only thing. It has never stayed down longer than 30 mins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are organizing all of our emails/tasks so easily.
Hiver has helped our company streamline our response times to all emails.
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the ability to assign and track emails between me and my co-workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think of anything bad about the Hiver service at all. I have not run into any issues that I had to report like other software we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking emails to make sure that other people are doing their job to follow up on customer requests.
Great Help Desk Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Cleary identfying the status of a ticket and who it has been assigned to is our favorite feature. The interface is user-friendly and easy to use. We also use Hiver's automation feature to auto-tag and auto-assign tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Hiver is you cannot yet assign tickets to multiple people (e.g. groups/teams, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to work in collaboration with others from a single inbox is a huge time saver. After a ticket arrives, it is assigned to an individual and no longer clutters up your own view. Hiver Analytics allows us to keep tabs on our most frequent issue categories and to be more proactive in the future.
Hiver is a great tool for smaller companies
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the simplicity of function when it comes to Hiver. Retrieving, assigning, and responding to emails is very easy with Hiver. I also appreciate that I can close large batches of emails when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there is anything that I currently dislike about Hiver. I believe that the software is functioning the way it should be on a daily basis. I have no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver assists in organizing the different inquiries of our organization. We are much more organized since emails sent to our different departments go to specific inboxes for those departments and can be assigned to the correct employee.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to work with while I'm doing my voicemails and callbacks for owners. Once I'm done all I have to do is close it and it's gone. I love it and highly recommend it for businesses. Another thing I like is that I can tell what managers are sending me VM's because of hiver and it gives me a sense of knowing which makes me happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything I dislike, It helps a lot while I'm working! :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, there are not really any problems in solving other than closing and opening the work that is sent to me. I do like the feature of making notes on hiver so you don't have to pull up anything else to do so. it makes It really convenient and easy to use.
Great and simple ticket system for our small IT Department!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Hiver is how simple it is to use, as well as the ability to set different "TAGS' for different types of issues that come up. Also, a great way to assign various tasks/tickets to other users!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiver will occasionally log you out, which will require you to log back in. But other than that, Hiver does not have anything that I can dislike about it. Keep it up Hiver!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hiver as a ticket system for our small IT Department for our different IT issues. Hiver has a great feature to assign different tickets/tasks to users of the IT depatrmnet.

Hiver is straightforward to use and an inexpensive ticket system that we use.

sometimes it hides certain emails im looking for or assigns it to the wrong person, but an easy fix

just stay on top of things that you leave pending

By using Hiver, I am able to keep on top of reported jobs and almost use it as a diary to plan my days.

I like being able to see whos assigned to an email within my company

at the moment, i do find it dificult to search for an email within hiver. it just takes a little time

ive massively benefited from keeping my emails at a manageable level. Its great for annual leave too, where we can pick up on a colleagues email and pending threads whilst they are away
