What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has helped with keeping my team more organized and overall more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it could be more obvious when you get a "mention" or are tagged on an email, it would be helpful. Currently, it just shows up if you go through the notifications at the top of your screen and is easily lost if you get a lot of emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with keeping different email accounts for our company categorized so that we can respond in a timely manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Any company that receives incoming calls and/or emails.

I appreciate the ease of maneuvering through hiver. The email template tool is a lifesaver!

I dislike that sometimes there is a glitch where emails may not come through at certain times, or are delayed by the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to solve customer service issues in every way. It's beneficial to be able to group emails and assign them accordingly.
Great way to stay in touch with coworkers and check in on what's been going on throughout the day.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to link teammates in on important emails, tag them, and then respond from multiple emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
They key to success with this is making sure the team is using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using hiver for several months now and found it to beat great resource for maximizing communication and project follow-through. We are a company of 20 and although we each have our own emails, there is a main email that many vendors and customers use. Hiver has allowed us to turn that email into a hub that passes the info on to the responsible parties without missing a beat. No more forwarding emails or having to track who is handling what.
Extremely helpful in delegating emails to certain people. Would highly recommend.

Transparency in knowing who is accomplishing what task, what has been assigned and what still needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much in way of dislike. I did have to re set it up in my email a couple weeks after it was initially installed. The Hiver team was quick to help me get back up and running and I have not had any issue since.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email templates are very helpful for quick responses, being able to attach notes to certain emails is also very helpful.

Go for it and let the work speak for itself.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver allows me to work on emails, organize emails, prioritize work and collaborate with other users on my team. The ability to work independently or with colleagues is essential. It is also very user friendly and it is updated regularly with useful improvements by the developers at Hiver.
I oftentimes dread updates to tools such as these because there are usually issues after an update. I can say that with Hiver, when there are updates applied there is little to no glitching at the time you launch the update. This helps me stay productive and minimizes delays in supporting my customer.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues with Hiver. It is user friendly and provides all the tools I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the most essential function is the collaboration with colleagues. It enables me to answer customers more quickly and now that we are all basically working remotely, it is easier to reach out to teammates for quick turnaround.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a colloborative shared email system, this is it. I would recommend this to businesses both large and small because it is easy to use, provides all the tools I need to stay organized and the support is excellent.
Hiver is a perfect way to manage office work very efectivly.
What do you like best about the product?
It is extreamly useful for our team especially in this period when we work mostly from home. Our team is able to assign emails, share notes, and it is a great way to increase the productivity at work. Enquiries and orders are dealt very quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that could be better is if it could block spam emails.

I respond with an offer to an incoming sales email. Hiver helped me increase the productivity at work .
Absolute Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver was so incredibly easy to setup, it took about 5 minutes! Hiver has saved me hours of work time and has kept my emails super organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a little more ease in searching, but honestly after you figure out how to do it, it isn't too difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I honestly wasted hours going through emails that I didn't even need to read. We have a team at work and we all get the same emails, however if 1 person read it and started working on it, the others didn't know it. We were all wasting time in email land. I also had a hard time keeping track of what emails others were working on and which ones I had done, needed to do or were already working on. Hiver has allowed us to easily assign emails, track them and talk about them all inside our email. We have improved our overall progress by leaps and bounds simply because we all have so much more time that isn't being wasted on duplicate work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it, you will not regret it. You will see benefits from it the very first day you use it.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver works to use my email account as an actionable and assignable task list. My team can now help out with my out-of-control inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation is just as good as Gmails, but I woul dlike to see it built out to be better so I can automate my email responses and team assignments in a more powerful way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get more emails in a day than I can respond to. I also get a large number of automated emails from a gov agency. Hiver allows me to automatically and manually assign emails to team members, and even write comments back-and-forth for each email. I am slowly transitioning to having an "email assistant" that can handle many of the messages, and is learning more and more every day. She handles what she can and assigns the rest to me and others on the team. Now email is a collaboration, instead of beaing all on me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
just do a demo to see if Hiver will solve some of your problems. If you need a helpdesk support system or a way to make your email team-oriented, then Hiver will probably help you a lot.
Great Tool for Team Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like how all the team members can work under one umbrella. Everyone gets to work individually on their emails too and at the same time, we get to share emails with our team members and we can easily assign them to someone else.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a feature through which we can know who all are working on Hiver at a certain time. We do get to know if someone is already replying to an email that we've opened but as users, we don't get to know who all are working on the unassigned pool or the pending pool at a certain time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest problem of missing out on emails once they have been opened has been solved. Usually when we open an email and think we'll reply to it later, we often forget but through Hiver, we can mark it as pending and can check it later. We can also close the emails that don't need our attention anymore and that's great because otherwise the unnecessary emails keep piling up in the inbox.
