Hiver for my customer support emails
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can track all the emails and when I have completed them I can either put them on pending or closed
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can suggest to improve. The system works for what I need it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep track of all support tickets and see when they are due as well as assigning to other members

I cannot assigns emails as tasks in Google Task or Google Calendar
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create and manage a shered mail inbox smoothly
Hiver HQ for Microsoft compared to GMAIL is not great.
What do you like best about the product?
I loved hiver for gmail. It kept our busy but small team organized and efficient. We were forced to migrate to Microsoft and decided we would still need to use hiver however hiver for Microsoft is garbage.
What do you dislike about the product?
-Cannot filter by unread emails, have to scroll endlessly to find an older email that someone replied to that is now showing unread. This seems like a pretty basic feature that just doesn't exist in hiver outlook.
-There is a glitch where the sender name shows up incorrectly. As an example if I received a PDF document to sign by someone and then the next day get another document from someone else it will show the previous senders name in the from field until you click on it and see the correct sender.
My team and I absolutely LOVED hiver for gmail so much so that it completely crippled our team when we were forced to migrate to microsoft outlook. We thought Hiver for Microsoft would be comparable but unfortunately it is not.

Hiver simplifies my workload and is user-friendly.

Sometimes the integration can take a little while to sync up with my email inbox.

Good Product, Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
We are a larger customer of Hiver with 75 users and a large volume of emails going through it.
Hiver has a good product for collecting email analytics and improving email workflow. But the best part is the team. They are very helpful and a partner in the process of implementing the application. This is something some other competitors don't offer.
We appreciate all they have done to make the tool work for our unusual use case.

The price may seem high but when it comes to the partnership that comes with it, it is worth it.

Hiver Makes Everything Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is great for making sure everyone stays on track, each customer is taken care of, or assigned to their respective support members. It was super easy to implement and integrate in our daily routine, we use it every day! I love that you can make notes on the side that customers aren't able to see, but it keeps everything on track its great! If something isn't right, the customer support is awesome and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure there are any downsides to Hiver honestly! Even the phone app works great!

It makes sure to keep all employees on track with who they should be taking care of.

Nothing to dislike about hiver as it has all required features for customer issues.

Hiver Streamlined Our Team’s Email Workflow — A Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Email Templates feature. I just have to document a response once, and then reuse it without rewriting the same email every time. It saves me a lot of time, especially for repetitive queries, and keeps responses consistent across the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be more modern and intuitive - especially around the icons and layout. It’s not a dealbreaker, but a cleaner design would make navigation feel smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver helps our team manage a shared email inbox more effectively. It eliminates confusion over who’s replying to what and avoids duplicate responses. Features like assigning emails, tracking status, and using templates save us time and make our communication much more organized and professional.

The level of automation that allows my sales team to function seamlessly has increased our sales.

Honestly, it has improved productivity so I can not say I have a dislike.

Having a general inbox that gets distributed and tracked among our sales team. This ensures all of our customers are taken care of promptly and fairly among the sales team.
