Using Hiver is a must in business!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to assign the email to be handled by a co-worker, tag someone in the email, and being able to close the email to state it's been handled. I also like that I can attach the email right from Hiver to my Asana for follow up if needed, add right to my calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that hiver itself closes out my emails on it's own, which then has me searching for the email I am trying to deal with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that I can solve are answering clients questions quickly, and being able to move onto the next client faster. Being able to tag co-workers to the email, and they receive immediate notice allows for quick collaboration to handle any questions or issues.
Great for handling customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration with our existing email system. Emails/inquiries can easily be assigned to other team members, going right to their inbox, without them having to check.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was better search functionality related to email templates - you have to know the exact name of the template in order for it to populate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use email aliases for the majority of our correspondence with members and being able to set up multiple mailboxes keeps us organized. Being able to easily organize incoming inquiries allows us to respond to our members more quickly and efficiently, ensuring that the correct team member is responding.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a team of folks who manage different areas of the business but want one central place for all incoming emails/inquiries, Hiver could be a great business solution for you. Our organization had been looking for a good email management system but the others we considered all required having a different system open *along with* our current email. Hiver is our one-stop-shop for customer service.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, rapid learning in 10 minutes hotline is very responsive, bugs come from G .....;)
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics can not display more than 6 months on graphs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more wasted time, work is distributed among each collaborator more easily, even in shifted working time

Don't worry, the Hotline is there.
Great Software, easy to use and navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization of it all, i just pick the inbox i want to be in, click the email. Assigning is so simple, you just pick your name. It keeps all records and tracks employee performance with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything so far that would be a game changer for me to stop using. Sometimes the inbox count is off, but for what I do, knowing the exact # of emails in the box doesn't have to be accurate

Organization. All emails in one spot, for all employees to access simple fast and easy.

Its a great product. Havent come across any bugs so far. Keeps us organized and accountable
Life Saving CustomerService Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Our eCommerce store has an incredibly high intake of order confirmations. The ability to assign these to relevant team members and close anything that isn't necessary is amazing! The email templates are also a godsend!
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be quite buggy sometimes. Not enough to stop my use but I have logged some support tickets in the past for this. These are usually handled very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of generic speak to our customers. The information they need to know! Hiver allows us to deliver this in a clear concise way to every customer!

Absoloutely fantastic tool.
Easy to use Email Solution!
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is very set up and you'll see results instantly. I love the round robin feature that is offered with Hiver. Previously, I had to manually assign company emails to our in house reps. I was spending anywhere from 2-3 hours per day combing through email and delegating. The auto-assign feature freed up my time to focus on higher level sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is if an employee is scheduled off and is removed from the Hive, they will still receive emails from respondents. E.G., If an employee engages with a customer on a Wednesday and said employee is scheduled off the following Friday, they might receive a response to their email from the customer while out of the office even if that employee is removed from the hive. This requires an admin to manually check the employee's hive folder. Aside from that, I can't think of anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emails are never "lost" or overlooked. They live in the hive until they are answered. Admins' can easily see all communication and jump in as needed for escalated situations. Admins can also see the age of emails and nudge employee's for action accordingly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Excellent shared inbox platform that offers more than just a shared inbox. You can use hiver to streamline your incoming email, and also as a customer feedback platform. The feedback can be printed and posted for the entire organization to review.
Our Team LOVES Hiver!
What do you like best about the product?
The team loves how easy it is to quickly see tasks assigned to us, as well as the improvement in ow efficient we are in completing tasks. We no longer waste time trying to find who is doing what tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. The platform provides so much accountability and saves time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver really allows us to assign tasks, which reduces wasted time in figuring out who is working on what tasks. Also, it provides accountability to make sure tasks are being responded to in a timely fashion. This is a very valuable tool, especially in property management. Our efficiency has improved significantly!
Hiver is an amazing tool for your business
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is so easy to use, and notifications are instantaneous--I know immediately when there is an important phone call or email I missed that needs attention, and alternatively, those that can wait or are lower priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only That I didn't know about Hiver sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver makes sure I don't let any phone calls or emails slip through the cracks unanswered.
Huge help for GMail teams
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy integration with Gmail, simple concept that's easy to learn and overall helpful features. Love collision control and leaving notes that definitely stay as internal notes or add internal links etc for easy reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Couple of small issues; collision control works great but straight after my colleague has sent an email that email won't automatically come up in my feed sometimes (I know that's probably a gmail issue, but the collision detection disappears). When you save a shared draft it can sometimes pick up other parts of the email thread that you might not have planned to be in it (like emails to contractors for the job etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now mostly avoid double work, it is also very quick to go through the emails and decide what is finished, what we are waiting for, and what reference number in our external ticket system those email threads follow.
Great for team emails
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to assign emails to an individual with an option to add internal notes about the email
What do you dislike about the product?
New emails do not always go to top of intray
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoids having the same email duplictated in each team member's individual intray. Can see if an email has been handled by teammates so avoids duplication of work and emails being missed
