What do you like best about the product?
Hiver brings order to my work, it has much more result!
What do you dislike about the product?
A very long dialog when we treat one matter, it is diffucul to find out inside of one mail. (but it is not fault of Hiver I think)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver gives me a possibility to order my work, and to put in order all mails for other collegues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't have any special advice, I'm happy like that.. :)
High effiency use Hiver
What do you like best about the product?
Use hiver to filter email like Email subject, email sender, and assign to different people, make our work easy. In the past, we need to read over all the email and then forward it to the right person, but hiver can do that automatically. That is the best practice I got from hiver. Save more and more time to assign email which means we can use the time to create other great value jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiver only supports more than four characters filter text, but sometimes we just need to filter the two or three characters.

Assign an email to different owners.
Makes collaborative email sharing so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is really great at sharing emails between a set group of people. It allows all members to see the email, assign it to someone and have them say its open, pending or closed. I work in an IT company, and we used to sometimes accidentally double reply to a client because we didn't know who was going to help them. But now, we can assign an email to ourselves or someone else, and the confusion between ourselves and the client is avoided. Another feature I like is when an email is labelled as "Closed", it will be removed from your inbox which is a nice quality of life adjustment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Good things always have their downsides. For Hiver, you need to install it into your Gmail browser as an addon. If you use delegated Gmail inboxes, you won't be able to see that users Hiver inbox unless you sign in as them as well which isn't a major problem, but it is a little inconvenient. To use Hiver for your phone, you must download a separate app that links to your email. The app will only show you emails already in the Hiver system and won't let you assign anyone through the Gmail app on the iPhone. This hasn't been tested on an Android but I imagine it to be the same. It's not horrible as our company mostly use it on the computer, but it is another small detail that's important to address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver helps our business to organise and assign emails efficiently. Before we would have to forward and cc staff members in emails to keep everyone in the loop, and then make sure they "Reply to all" so everybody stays updated with the email. This doesn't always happen, and Hiver allows us to see everyone's emails even without forwarding them to people which can get messy. It really streamlines our workload so everybody knows who is taking what emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Before I use Hiver, I need to forward the email to someone who needs to follow up on this email. Hiver helps my team to assign the email more conveniently. It can help us save time and improve productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the pending function. It is not convenient for me to check which email is pending now. I need to go to "all views", then click "pending" for checking the pending email. I think Hiver can do it better on this issue. Thanks.

Easy for my team to assign tasks to each colleague.

The ability to take a very high volume inbox with a large user base and be able to delagte work and avoid duplication. The automation tools provide flexibility and allow us to do everything from building new processes utilizing them to autoclosing roboresponders

Occasionally it will open year + emails or autoresponder to threads that were closed over a year ago

Hiver provides scalability as well as allowing us to improve workflows and efficiency while also measure productivity and workload growth through on-demand analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I manage a team of seven. I like that we can assign emails to each other based on region. Prior to Hiver, if we had an email inquiry, we would copy our team email, so we would know someone was taking care of the inquiry - this lead to A LOT of duplicate emails and it was really hard to keep track of what was going on. After Hiver, I felt like I could breathe! Everything outside of our email began to be more organized and clearer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to automatically add people vs invite people, but not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving how to answer email inquiries and with Hiver are able to assign emails based on our regions.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how Hiver makes it easy for my team to work in a shared mailbox. After spending years trying to find an email solution within gmail, I found the perfect solution with Hiver. My favorite features include the ability to tag team members in comments about messages, the ability to personalize email templates, and the ability to send emails at a later time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiver has given me back so much time and reduced my stress level considerably - so I have no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver has allowed my executive assistant to serve as "front lines" for email support. She assigns the emails to different team members, and I only have to see emails that are for me personally. This has greatly reduced my overwhelm and improved our team's overall communication.

If you're overwhelmed by email and want a simple way to share the responsibility with your team, Hiver is the answer!

What do you like best about the product?
That it seamlessly distributes emails among my teammates and everyone gets an equal amount of work and that's awesome. Makes work seem fair.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be times when it looks like we have an email and we don't. But contacting support is easy and everyone is always helpful! This rarely happens anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No one is doing more work than the other and we feel like we are all equally contributing. This makes the workload feel manageable.
