Hiver is simply perfect!
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is super easy to use and allows you to have access for all emails in our company and knowing who is taking care of each email. A
And the support team is always polite and quick in resolving some doubts and issues. I love them.

The price could be a little better, but we I prefer pay more for this perfect service that Hiver provides us.

Sometime appears some issues, but the Support Team is always aware.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is unintrusive and lives right in my Gmail box. It allows me to have conversations with my teammates about emails we receive and is a fraction of the price of the competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a couple of minor things that I had to get used to in the beginning, but now I don't have to think when I'm using it and it does exactly what I need it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to have conversations about email communications with my boss without risking a "Reply All" disaster or the notes getting buried in the thread.

This would have been a godsend when I was an executive assistant. Highly recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to write notes looping coworkers and managers in when needed. It's so helpful to be able to tag said coworker or management into emails where you need assistance, have some recognition, or where you want others to read through notes or acknowledge. Also having the ability to create an inbox where all emails can filter into and the ability to assign emails to certain staff based on need or client base. Adding SLA for metric purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the SLA is off. If a client emails back into an already closed email, it'll factor in the time and cause SLA to be thrown off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client emails are always answered to at reasonable time. How our company has it set up, everyone has the ability to see emails coming in to our main company email and that gives us the ability to really jump in and assist clients regardless of if someone is out of office or not. All hands on deck serving our clients.

Do it! You wont regret it.

Lacking CRM integrations - specifically Copper, which is also has a Gmail add-on

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can successfully manage our Helpdesk throughout our organization without needed to log into separate portals or constantly flip between tabs. This helps with efficiency and peace of mind.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your company uses Gsuite and you need a no-frills straightforward way to manage a shared inbox Hiver is a good option. They're support is responsive and always available. If you need multiple integrations though, specifically with CRMs you may be disappointed. It does have a dedicated Slack integration though, so that may be a good sign for more good things to come.

What do you like best about the product?
We can assign incoming emails from the field to the correct person with the necessary talent to solve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more sort options on OPEN tagged items. For example, I search because I want to see open tasks for me, but it shows all tags since the beginning of time - even closed ones. Perhaps a Closed Task could be more clearly marked? Also do not like the yellow stop sign icon that comes and goes. Seems I always have to be in full screen mode for it to show up, which is not always most efficient for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Searching is rudimentary as mentioned above. Benefits are that our small team can handoff tasks to each other without having to forward emails and talk all the time. Perfect for COVID working from home conditions.

It has streamlined our Help Request process (many grantees to support with just a few team members) It is also very useful while everyone is working from home

Permite organizar tu correo electrónico con gran facilidad. Puedes asignar correos electrónicos que no te conciernen a la persona correcta, y discutir un correo electrónico con compañeros de trabajo antes de responder.

Sometimes it takes a while to load, and notifications don't show up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to answer emails correctly by discussing with the team beforehand. Allows you to avoid forwarding emails to different coworkers before responding. Keeps emails organized.
