    Staffing and Recruiting

Very Convenient for Shared Mailboxes

What do you like best about the product?
With hiver I can keep my mailbox clean and organized. Hiver allows you to manage emails in shared mailboxes that do not pertain you by assigning them to colleagues easily. I also like that I can continue emails with more than one person in the same email thread, so that all the information is together in one thread.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if hiver was more linked to the individual shared boxes so that when an email is responded to or filed away, it would clear the shared inbox for individuals who do not use the shared box through hiver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver helps us to ensure we respond to our customers and clients within a timely manner. It allows our company to manage work loads for individuals as well as it allows us to be more collaborative in email replies.

Great site but has some things to improve

What do you like best about the product?
My team and I don't actually use Hiver they way they intended us to use it. We don't assign emails to any specific team member and only use the share inbox (unassigned) to respond to clients. This way all of our emails will come to and from our support email and if a client replies days later, someone will be able to take care of that email in a timely manner (even if it was not the original team member that sent the first email). After using Hiver for almost a year now, almost everything with the site is really great! Tags and organization is really helpful! My team can communicate much better now that we see all emails associated with work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue with Hiver is that the notifications need to be updated! In the shared inbox (Unassigned), you only get a notification for new emails. If you respond to an email and the client then replies back, you will not get a notification. Although this is the only real issue with hiver, it is a very important feature that needs to be fixed. A company that needs emails to be taken care of within minutes needs to get notified when a client responds. This seems like a feature that should already be implemented and I am sure other companies that use hiver would agree that this would be very helpful for their response time.

Also, it would be nice to have shared folders that can be seen by my whole team. They have different views that can be used kind of as a folder but there are restrictions with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The shared mailbox is the main reason we got Hiver. We were using personal emails and it was not working out because clients would then email a team members personal email. Our team works on different days so if a client emails a personal email on their day off, we would miss the email for hours or maybe even to the next day. Hiver solves this problem with the shared inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
Visual layout is great and it's extremely easy for multiple teammates to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration with Gmail is tough in terms of how it works with your existing email filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an issue where our company couldn't afford to make a huge investment in a workflow software, but we needed a way for multiple teammates to take action on incoming emails at once. Hiver is very affordable and allowed us to accomplish our goals

What do you like best about the product?
One inbox that all team members can work from, it works better than just using an alias.
What do you dislike about the product?
To have the ability to tag an email with a tag before sending, currently you have to go into the sent folder to be able to tag the last email that went out. Or have the ability to setup tag based on the email address you input in the to address. Templates could use some work as well. Currently when creating your own layout and you make an update to your own coding in the template, Hiver resets some of the code to their default, so anytime you make a change to the template you also have to go fix padding again because it goes back to default padding code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability for one team to handle all incoming emails and seeing who has responded. The history is also a great feature to see what has been done and by who.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If using aliases are not working for you, try Hiver, its much better.

Indispensable Add On for Gmail/G-Suite

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver allows us to manage all of our customer service email accounts in one place. Things no longer fall through the cracks. Our customers appreciate our timely responses and are more likely to engage with us in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. We might like to see the shared accounts formatted in a way that gives us more information at a glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver allows our distributed team to manage our customer service issues across 6 companies. We feel more connected to our constituents and can solve issues in a timely manner. Emails no longer get lost in the shuffle. We are more able to delegate tasks to ensure the right employee handles the issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has been invaluable to us in managing our business group emails, and allowing us to assign to the employees that have set up to manage different parts of our business. We tried using other platforms and nothing worked as well as Hiver. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing to manage group email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I honestly haven't found a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to solve the problems we had with managing our generic info inbox. We are able to easily assign to our various colleagues. I love the template feature as well. Saves a ton of time for sending out our welcome emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We looked at other inbox management products and Hiver was easily the best. Save yourself some time and just use it!

Superb program, great for organizing my team

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver allows myself to gain insight into what has been actioned from my team and allows me to allocate emails/work out to the team efficiently to ensure the work is done in an orderly fashion and effectively. It has reduced lots of confusion in our inbox as to who will action a particular email. I can simply click the person I need to take care of this and it will organize this nicely in their folder under their name and there is no confusion or double emails from multiple team members replying to the same incoming email.

It also shows analytics which are very helpful into seeing who gets the most workload and who is actioning work quicker or slower than others.

Great tool.

Nothing notable. I do not have anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the issue of confusion between team members and who will reply to a particular email. It is now very organized.

This tool will help with email organization and will increase your efficiency!

What do you like best about the product?
The things we like the most are the seamless integration in the Gmail inbox and the ease of use (and definitely the competitive price).
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find really things to dislike. For what we are using, it fits like a glove.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hiver to distribute the workload, keep track of all interactions with the tickets, analyze team efficiency, analyze the requests we are getting, and measure ur response time.

Solving a problem like no one else!

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver solves the problem of managing a SHARED email inbox, specifically a Gmail inbox, better than anyone else on the market. I searched the internet for other software that might do the same thing. There were other products out there but not had a solution that was as simple and effect as Hiver.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't cheap software but for what it provides I think it is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows a whole team of people to share a centralized email inbox without having to do go into that email account at all. It also allows the whole team to see how the different emails are being parsed out and what is being done with them. This is all done from the comfort of their own individual Gmail account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it is a no brainer to use Hiver if you have more than 3 people sharing an inbox.
