Hiver an essential G-Suite add-on for our operation

What do you like best about the product?
My experience with Hiver customer support has been very good. We've had few issues, but the ones we've had have been resolved immediately, meaning I haven't had to spend a lot of time in maintenance mode.

The email queues we've created have been easy to set up, and they are very intuitive. Over time we've implemented more of the functionality of Hiver, which has been easy to learn and roll out.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't experienced any downsides of using Hiver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hiver to manage incoming emails to our Service Department. Hiver has allowed us to specialize with different queues for different types of inquiries.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver helped me make an adjustment to the sales mechanics through gmail. Before we didn't know that through this synchronization there was so much potential in both customers and in agreeing new sales. I don't worry about asking the support because I will always have an accurate answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its price is very high, however each function is worth the investment. So you could risk paying a high price for good software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a new sales planning thanks to Hiver, we can make a positive effort in every sales process or email campaign. Since we have it, our income has gone up exponentially.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You don't know what you're missing if you don't have your mail integrated to this software. Hiver will give you a new perspective on sales and how to get new customers. It's not hard to use and the support is great.

Increase communication while Decreasing Emails!!

What do you like best about the product?
Great Gmail integration and really helps with accountability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Excess labels when viewing or trying to organize in settings, Minor issue for the benefits it provides. Also...it's a shared inbox, so there are no private conversations once an emails added to the group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really helps tie our multiple location business together and help us provide seamless service. Great to keep tabs on who's staying on top of things.

What do you like best about the product?
Back to basics! I like that it is so simple to use and has the features that are necessary too run a smooth helpdesk operation. The ability to get analytics and keep everything neat and tidy is great. Easy for end users to use and no additional logins for users. I would recommend to anyone using GSuite!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are further features that could be introduced to take the product to the next level. Sometimes the product requests/developments take time to introduce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving away from traditional shared inboxes, which are often clunky and disorganised, means hiver is a great product. The ability to drill down into the analytics of a particular site or area is great for planning.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver makes it so much easier to stay organized and it ensures that our whole team is working efficiently. On the rare occasion that something goes wrong, the support team is always super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly do not dislike anything about Hiver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver ensures that more than one person is working on the same project.

Give them a shot, you will not regret it!

What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use since it is built in to your gmail
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really dislike, but i think they can do more on the analytics side of hiver, I started using when their analytics is very simple but now it did improve but I personally think there are more data that can be generated from that to get a better insight on how a team or an individual is doing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dealing with lots of emails! it is easier to look and manage emails that we are receiving.
First, it's really cheap compared to what we used to use which is not even a good one!

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is a great tool to organize our team email and great customer support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had an issue at the beginning, my email page was jumping from mine to unassigned emails but the support team fixed it and always were in touch with me while they were looking for the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team can have more control of the inbox and reply to clients in a timely manner as we can identify emails in advance and assign them dependence on the team member skills or knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
It morphs Gmail into a fully functional support helpdesk that makes it easy for my team to manage emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take awhile to load emails with very long threads. This isn't entirely Hivers fault though. Having a fast cpu and connection will help speed this up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email management and distribution between team members. The automation features helps team members get the emails they need quickly so they can respond to customers faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver makes our Gmail experience much more like outlook which is what we were shooting for in our environment. It's helpful and easy to create and manage a shared mailbox

The cost seems kinda high for the features

We are using Hiver to manage and create shared mailboxes in our G-Suite environment

Cost is kinda high for the features it provides from my opinion but my end users really like it

Simple and convenient email collaboration tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love the seamless integration with Gmail. We use so many other software programs at our Company that I was hesitant to introduce a new one for email collaboration. When I found Hiver, I was excited that we wouldn't have to. It's incredibly convenient to be able to continue using Gmail, but with the collaboration feature built in. Training my team to use Hiver was incredibly fast and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike. The simplicity of the software is what makes it so great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration is so easy. Hiver eliminates redundancies and results in clear accountability for our team.
