Great tool for organization of email

Features work as described. Have not yet used the automation tools.

Best way to stay organized within Gmail
What do you like best about the product?
Being able delegate tasks to the right person! Creating an automation or many saves a lot of time also.
What do you dislike about the product?
For customer interactions, there are more scalable CRM platforms than Gmail, so I'd suppose that Hiver is limited to a degree by working as a Gmail add-on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to automatically sort and compartmentalize shipping notifications to fulfill orders placed.
Hiver has made our collaborative email work great
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver's collaborative inbox has made our team-working within GSuite work much better. As someone who works in IT, it's also been rather hassle-free in that users have not encountered many issues they need help with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue is just where the add-on may disable itself every now and then, this however has been a very straight-forward issue that users have all been able to resolve themselves within a matter of a few minutes. And not really an issue with Hiver as much as it is Chrome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The failure of G-Suite to provide proper collaborative-inbox work is a gap that Hiver has totally filled for us. The extra tagging/category/assignment features mean it's very easy to organise them, which has really been good.
5 Star experience for Hiver
What do you like best about the product?
Allows my organization to be more organised with out emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little laggy sometimes but it isn't a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to assigned emails to the respective employees in the organization. Most importantly, it keeps my emails organised.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to increase the productivity of your organization, be sure to check out Hiver because the learning curve for the software is almost equal to 0 and you can get an instant increase in productivity as soon as you implement it.
I have tried other ticketing system and by far Hiver is the easiest to use, especially for my non-tech savvy employees. It integrates well with gmail and you can literally use it out of the box as soon as you install the chrome extension.
Hiver integrates seamlessly into you gmail so your employees who is already familiar with gmail will not need to relearn anything on a new interface. All my staff was able to use Hiver the very day it is being installed into google chrome.
If your organization has more than 5 emails accounts. You will need to use Hiver immediately before all your emails gets messed up.
There is however a downside on Hiver which I hope they improve on.
When you shared your email to the rest of the organization, the space for the individual account gets used up very fast. My entire organization has to upgrade their Gsuite space to 1TB.

Hiver helps our team co-manage our support email inbox. It's easy to use and learn, and we run a heavy volume of emails through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't a whole lot of downsides to Hiver. It's a great system and is super helpful if you are using it correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to co-manage our support inbox across multiple employees. It allows us to manage a high volume of inbound email and assign it to the right person (and tag it). It allows us to have less logins, less confusion, and a more seamless communication process within our company.

I love that my team and I are all on the same page with who is taking care of what and when it is completed.

I have had a very positive experience. Even though it works with gmail, it was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. Just give your team time to get the hang of it. It's pretty user friendly!

Keeping my team on the same page with who is working on what. It also really helped us eliminate things falling through the cracks because you have to close it out when you are done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won't regret it! I wasn't using anything else previously besides just a google alias that went to all of us in customer service. Hiver is 1000 times better!
Big upgrade for your Gmail
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver let us to convert our gmail into a customer support tool. On our company, each department has their own group email address, and all the members of the department receive the email for the groups they are in. Before using Hiver, we were answering emails put ourselves in copy (the group email) so each member of the team were informed. Then, each member needed to review and archive emails or their inbox.
Now, with hiver it's much easier. The inboxes for the group email are now being managed by all the members of the team. Also, each member can easily review any closed email by other member.

Turns Chaos Into Efficient Output
What do you like best about the product?
The level of customization allows us to adapt quickly as our company grows. We rarely have issues with the program, but when we do their tech support team gets us back up and running quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have zero complaints. Hiver does everything my department needs it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Hiver we were struggling to keep up and stay organized. Invoices were getting missed and it was a nightmare to find old emails. Hiver allows my team to organize and process hundred of emails everyday. It prevents double working by assigning each email to an employee. There is a complete log showing exactly what was done with every email providing accountability. Being able to search via Hiver notes makes pulling up old emails a breeze. My team could not function with out it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to type notes in the side bar that I can share with my team. Makes it easy to stay organized without a bunch of forwarded messages that can get confusing.

Every once in a while a draft email with get lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating on projects is super easy. We are able to share feedback on drafts and check each others work easily.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful to be able to leave notes and tag team members quickly. Sharing drafts across the team also helps with collaboration on issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a draft I've been working on for a long time will move up somewhere random in the email thread or disappear completely. This can be slightly frustrating sometimes. I also wish the note section could be more customized, for example: bolding and highlighting text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues with clients can be easily collaborated on. If there is an old email someone needs, and another team member has found it, they can easily tag one another.
