Turns Chaos Into Efficient Output
What do you like best about the product?
The level of customization allows us to adapt quickly as our company grows. We rarely have issues with the program, but when we do their tech support team gets us back up and running quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have zero complaints. Hiver does everything my department needs it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Hiver we were struggling to keep up and stay organized. Invoices were getting missed and it was a nightmare to find old emails. Hiver allows my team to organize and process hundred of emails everyday. It prevents double working by assigning each email to an employee. There is a complete log showing exactly what was done with every email providing accountability. Being able to search via Hiver notes makes pulling up old emails a breeze. My team could not function with out it.
Keeps us organzied!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to type notes in the side bar that I can share with my team. Makes it easy to stay organized without a bunch of forwarded messages that can get confusing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while a draft email with get lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating on projects is super easy. We are able to share feedback on drafts and check each others work easily.
Very Useful!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful to be able to leave notes and tag team members quickly. Sharing drafts across the team also helps with collaboration on issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a draft I've been working on for a long time will move up somewhere random in the email thread or disappear completely. This can be slightly frustrating sometimes. I also wish the note section could be more customized, for example: bolding and highlighting text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues with clients can be easily collaborated on. If there is an old email someone needs, and another team member has found it, they can easily tag one another.
Great collaborative tool for our small business
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is really simple to set up, allowing a small team to collaborate in a shared inbox while also having their own inbox. Being able to allocate email to people, schedule emails, and assign a status is extremely useful. On top of that, it represents great value.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much after various updates rolled out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily maintaining a shared inbox without the need to forward emails. Huge time saving and allocation of tasks
Labels and Shared folders improve support efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Reducing the length of email strings. We can "tag" one or more of our team to view the email inquiry without forwarding or exposing to the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't use the notes as much as we should but would help if the team were notified individually. With a large team, the group notifications pile up and tend to not get noticed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've solved the "lost in threads" scenario with oodles of scrolling to find replies or pertinent info. If one of the team knows the answer, they can just answer and archive the email. Our labels also allow us to "bucket" issues any way we wish.
Workload Assit
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent tool to manage your work-load emails, sort by priority, and assign to other teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot mark notifications as unread, hope this is fixed soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the outstanding amount of issues/requests submitted to our inbox, we have managed to increase our service score by assigning the correct team to each need of our clients.
Best Gmail organizer out there!
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is the best tool to organize your email. It was usually difficult for me to stay on top of everything, response to all emails and identify the emails properly between customers, subjects or urgency. Hiver is organizing my email now and making my work and life better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver is a great tool to organize your email. Create mailboxes, assign users, update the status of each email and use tags to identify them better. You no longer need to guess what each email in our inbox is about. Use the mailboxes, share them with your team and make sure that everybody is on the same page. Make sure that no important emails are missed. Stay on top of what's important, use the reminders to improve your response rate and schedule emails to go out at the right time. I don't know how I lived without Hiver.
makes customer service and PR inquiries streamlined and efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
My team of three uses Hiver to efficiently provide customer service and handle all incoming PR and collab inquiries. As the owner, my team often has quick questions for new/unique customer questions, and Hiver allows me to quickly be in-and-out of Gmail to give guidance to my team on how to move forward. The auto-assign rules and the ability to build out our email template library are huge. Hiver's customer service is fabulous. Hiver is an affordable must-have for any small business looking to scale!
What do you dislike about the product?
None come to mind. I've been very happy with Hiver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver allows me to quickly and efficiently guide my team from behind -the-scenes on how to procees with customer inquiries. The iPhone app allows me to keep my team moving forward while I'm away from the office, too.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and combines emails together so my email is not overloaded and I like the comments option to speak to team members out of the emails
What do you dislike about the product?
I keep being logged out of hiver but it states it is still installed on my laptop - I have to uninstall and then reinstall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Error sorted now. You had two email addresses for me.
Hiver plugs some critical gaps in Gmails use in business
What do you like best about the product?
Gmail and indeed the whole Gsuite is a fantastic base product, we all know that, but it fundamentally disappoints in handling shared inboxes. Any belief this isn't a key requirement of business is flawed - just about every business needs a sales@ or hello@ or accounts@ style email... probably more than one. Hiver provides a great way to share and assign emails between users. It cuts down on workflow and as a business owner, gives me more confidence of maintaining process in the event someone leaves.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is a little expensive for what it is... but I think that is offset by the criticality of it's function and the cleanness of the integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better handling of shared email inboxes.
