What do you like best about the product?
Shared labels to have a side-chat on emails with assistant
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside: mobile app does not work unless you have a shared inbox (I only use shared labels)

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Support / Helpdesk and Marketing seem to be the main use cases that hiver is focusing on. It would be great if you could also consider making the product more delightful for the Executive Assistant group of user.
App that works WITHOUT shared inbox, i.e. only with shared labels would great to; or an integration into the google mail app. I would love to be able to delegate to EA on the go.

cost. it's expensive, and there is too high gap of cost between different profiles, i mean 1 inbox and 15 inbox..

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is easy to set up and great to use as a filter for businesses that have a large number of emails a day. it allows you to set up separate inboxes for each client which ends up being important and is very helpful on keeping track of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is only 1 dislike about this system. as a very small business owner myself of only my self and a helper part-time outside business hours an almost $700 investment per year unfortunaly makes it not worth it. i am talking about a business that only turns over 10-15000 a year. Hiver needs to have something in place to look after the little guy and then raise the price to big clients who can afford it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
working for a company that recieves north of 300 emails a day it helps to put them all in to sections. it also means that we can all leave notes on things and close emails off for eachother which is great

make sure there is actually a reason to have it. with the price of it make sure you are ready for it as it is payed for an amount of time

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has been a great tool for our company to keep customer email interactions organized. Its very easy to implement and use and the ability to auto assign certain messages to certain staff members has been a great time saver. The collision detect feature is also great for avoiding two or more users responding to the same email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Operating the software on a PC is great and there aren't too many flaws that I can think off. However, on mobile devices I find it a bit cumbersome to use, and sometimes difficult to locate emails.
Secondly, It would be nice if you could schedule a closed message to re-open at a scheduled later date for follow-ups.

Being able to departmentalize certain types of email communications and having the ability to auto assign them to certain team members has been a great help.

Take you time in considering which labels to share with certain staff members.
Accountability and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for me or anyone else to assign emails has helped us stay on task and organized. It has also provided accountability to each person to get their assigned emails handled. There is no more "someone else will handle it".
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionaly, it seems like the inboxes update later so a few emails show up later. Very rarely and it could be our network too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization it provides alone is worth the cost. It has helped us with a variety of general emails.

Hiver is helping Manage Multiple Email Addresses and to provide fast Solutions for our Customers

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite aspect is being able to leave notes on emails so that our team can discuss internally before replying to the customer, and everyone sees the history of the full conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Hiver that I have noticed, is the re-opening of a closed email/ticket when someone else on the thread responds - this can lead to having to archive from your own inbox then going into Hiver to close off again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver makes sure that no emails slip through the cracks, as there is no uncertainty over which emails have been responded to. There is total visibility across the team, as well as accountability thanks to the assigning feature.

Ease of use and broad functionality, particularly being able to share email labels with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Job based shared email folders makes for streamlined inboxes and finding information from other team members a breeze
Hiver has added Great Value to our use of GMail
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver allows our team to better collaborate on shared projects while working in gmail. We are able to assign emails internally by user, project, or customer and maintain an email history accessible to all members of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to close out part of a conversation, like a stopping point mid-conversation or subject.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilizing Hiver, we've been able to better track customer installations, especially when a team member is out of the office or has left the company. We've used the labeling system as well as tagging to track installation efforts and both have worked very well for us.
this should be a native app on your gmail.
What do you like best about the product?
things gets complicated when the team grows, hiver is very good at letting people manage their time by being able to assing a task (email) to themselves, this is pretty important specially during lockdown that everything needs to be done remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it takes a while to load info, but usually is not long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as my department grows, keeping the relevant team members on the loop became harder. Now am pretty sure the parties involved will be able to see the emails.
