Shared labels are effective for collaboration

Sometimes pulling in emails to shared labels doesn't work

More effective team communication, makes email management easier
Shared workflow that work.
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver integrates right into Gmail in a way that is seamless. It is as if it was just another part of Gmail that allows our team to work together to support our clients. The shared templates also make it super easy to make sure we all message in the same way to the people we support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It meets our needs perfectly. I only wish that Google had builtin this functionality into their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hiver to support our clients. I like to be able to assign emails to the person most capable for that topic. We also use it as a "grab bag" so that the first person available is able to provide quick support to our clients.
Hiver is sluggish
What do you like best about the product?
The archiving is good enough. I like being able to see past emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very sluggish and cumbersome to use. I wish it was easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see old emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say look for a different solution.
Easy solution for shared inboxes between departments
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver allows us to shared necessary messages between departments and has kept us working efficiently during COVID-19. We love being able to configure individual users to control who sees what.
What do you dislike about the product?
At one point we had issues with reliability, but we have been able to resolve those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales leads coming from disparate sources are now consolidated into one centralized space.
Great solution for team work
What do you like best about the product?
Using Hiver saves our team a lot of time. Instead of endless emails back and forth we can quickly assign an email to a specific team member. In addition we can easily add notes to email conversations to save time and clarify what we need done. Our work is now more efficient. In addition, the mobile app works great and helps us work on the go if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Hiver takes some time to get used to as conversation view in Gmail must be turned on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver solved the problem of team members not always being in the loop and not seeing certain emails and conversations. Now we can all work on projects together and see exactly what was already done and what still needs to be taken care of. The chat feature allows quick resolutions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To implement Hiver correctly and to make sure that work is as efficient as possible, make sure that all team members use it correctly, assign tasks correctly and use the tool consistently

Some times there are lag and freezing issues.

Before hiver my department had cap limit for the emails in the company email box but with hiver we are unlimited.

So many positives!
- I love that I am able to leave notes for each email for the rest of my team to read through.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run across anything that I dislike yet, except maybe I wish we were able to have more tags at our price point? But honestly, it is such a great tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my team has access to emails they need to see, especially if someone is out or as or work rotates.
It is a very useful & powerful tool for Gmail, easy to share email communications among the teams.

Sometimes when I put my team member's name tag on an email, it takes a while to show.

When my name was tagged on certain emails, there will be a pop-up notification, sometimes I found it a bit annoyed

To easily share email communications among my team members without forwarding lots of emails.

I would recommend this tool for gmail user, this tool really makes our work easier.
Great AP Approval System
What do you like best about the product?
We instruct all our vendors to send invoices to the box shared with Hiver.
As an admin, I review the invoice only upon approval I assign it to the correct person.

Having a good workflow for AP

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Hiver can work right in your inbox in Gmail. There are other apps that can work within the gmail interface, but this one is the best I've found for letting users maintain their usual workflow without leaving the inbox.
Their customer support is quick to reply.
The analytics are also great for a birds eye view of your business.
The mobile app is indispensable when on the road.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hiver would support more project management features and more automation abilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hiver to manage inbound sales and support leads as a team. It allows us to transfer customer interactions seamlessly between team members, and keep everyone up to speed without sinking into the CC and BCC hole.
