Excellent Organization and Usability, But SEO Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization that Air provides. Air continues to refine its organizing mechanisms which is helpful. It is also extremely easy to use for beginners and easy to navigate as a seasoned employee.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI tagging system could improve so that not as much personal tagging has to be done and SEO for backend management is easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with backend management of the company I contract for; it makes organization for our company's efficiency easy and effective
Organized Asset Management with Air
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely appreciate how organized Air is. The way it allows squares and things to be organized is really efficient. I love that Air serves as a fantastic platform to store all of my creative assets, making it easy to show clients what I've completed. The folder categorization feature is incredibly useful as it allows me to categorize different aspects under one umbrella, ensuring everything is well-organized and easily accessible. The transition to Air was seamless, thanks to a great support system that explained how to use the platform effectively. This organization tool has become indispensable for my work at a social media management agency, where keeping all assets in one place is crucial. Overall, Air's capabilities and the supportive onboarding experience have positively influenced my workflow and client interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
NA
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Air to centralize and organize creative assets, allowing easy client access to completed work and enhancing asset management.
Affordable, User-Friendly, and Supportive—But File Migration Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Affordable pricing with great value. Easy to use and very straight-forward. Easy accessibility by an entire team. The team at Air is very open to feedback and happy to jump in and help whenever you have a question. We use Air almost daily with numerous partners and they seem to love it, too. The product seems to have the bandwidth to grow with our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transitioning thousands of files can feel overwhelming. I tried to use the uploader by several folders from our previous DAM somehow got dumped into different Air boards than we intended. I had to take time to go through and re-organize them. I wish that you could set the boards to a default view of alphabetical order rather than "recently updated".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we were using a platform that is not historically a DAM, but we'd still upload all of our photos there and share them with the team. With our previous platform sharing was clunky and we all shared one password and log-in credentials. Air gives our team the opportunity for each person to have their own credentials and password. We also have granted access to specific boards to certain people outside of our team. The search functionality is better than our previous platform, too. The Air platform also makes it easy to see what permissions people have and see what folders are being accessed.
Great for Collaboration, But Approval Status Issues Need Fixing
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate being able to access it from anywhere and easily share assets with clients. The process of managing approvals, both internally and with external clients, is straightforward, and I like that I can control exactly what gets shared and what remains private. I rely on it constantly throughout the day, and it has never disappointed me. Additionally, the customer service team is always very helpful whenever any issues arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when assets that have already been approved are still marked as "under review," which creates significant problems when we're interacting with clients. Having to ask clients if they recall approving something reflects poorly on us and undermines our professionalism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Air, our team struggled to manage multiple versions of creative assets, with feedback and approvals scattered across Drive, Slack, and email. Air offers a centralized hub where all creative files—such as ad edits, UGC videos, and design assets—can be stored, tagged, and tracked in one location. This platform addresses the issue of bottlenecked creative approvals. At Everything Bagel, we rely on Air to streamline the review and approval process for client assets. The system visually tracks status stages like “Under Review,” “Approved,” or “Needs Revision,” which enables quicker feedback cycles and ensures clear accountability.
Very easy to use. User friendly interface.
What do you like best about the product?
You can access Air anywhere on any computer as long as you have an internet connection. With Air you can store video and music files and play them on the fly with just an internet connection. Air is very easy and straight forward to use. No need for tutorial on how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
No app to install on the computer, so you have to use the browser to login all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to store content and share it with colleague and other. Viewing video on Air is very fast with little to no buffering.
Effortless Asset Management and Exceptional Scalability
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Air is accessible and affordable for smaller teams like ours while still offering scalability as we grow. I found Air after evaluating several other Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, and it was the only one within our price range that matched our needs. I'm impressed by how easy it was to set up, supported by their excellent training videos, which are both short and comprehensive, making it straightforward for my team to use the tool. The responsiveness of Air's team is outstanding, as we receive answers to our queries the same day, which demonstrates their commitment to customer support. I appreciate that Air enhances collaboration and asset reuse within our team, which was less efficient with our previous solution, Frame.io. This increased asset sharing has significantly streamlined our ad creation process and simplifies collaboration between organic and paid social media, as well as sharing assets with external agencies. Another aspect I enjoy about Air is the unlimited boards for organization, tagging, and AI tagging features, along with its clean and intuitive user experience design. Locking in two free months provided substantial buy-in from our finance team, demonstrating Air’s commitment to flexible pricing. Overall, Air's features and service make it an integral part of our toolkit, and I am happy to recommend it without hesitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to keep up with manual tagging, and it would be much easier if Air suggested which existing tags to use for new assets. Additionally, I would like to see a feature to sort assets by aspect ratio. The notification system could be improved; I receive too many notifications that aren't useful, such as when a link I created hasn't been used, which clutters my focus. I'd prefer notifications only when someone tags me in a comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Air enhances asset organization and sharing, which streamlines our ad creation process and facilitates collaboration across teams and with external agencies.
Intuitive and Effective, Perfect for Business Storage
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Air has significantly improved our way of managing company information storage, making it easy for anyone to access and allowing everything to be organized in one place. One of the most impressive features I find in Air is the use of tags, which facilitates the categorization of information, making it accessible and organized. The ease of use of Air is remarkable; it doesn't require training anyone to start using it, which saves considerable time thanks to its intuitive interface. Additionally, Air integrates well with other tools, like Excel, through links, which expands its applications and my efficiency at work. Thanks to these benefits, I would consider choosing Air again mainly for its practicality and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not considered changes so far, although possibly the ease of creating new folders could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Air to simplify the storage of company information, providing easy access for anyone and centralizing the data in one place, which improves our efficiency.
Fast and Reliable, But Tagging and Search Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
upload/download speeds are fast, no crashing so far
What do you dislike about the product?
tagging system takes a long time. search function not as good as dropbox
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File organization for multiple departments, easy access for teams to grab what they need
Effortless Organization, But Visual Clutter and Limited Canva Integration
What do you like best about the product?
That you can organize very easily as you can add an asset to multiple boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
How visually it can be very overwhelming. And there isn't a great integration with Canva, which I would love to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a one-stop-shop for assets since we have multiple teams in different cities.
Intelligent Organization, Effective Search
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Air for almost 6 months and I find it essential for storing and sharing files from my work. I am impressed by how it is organized methodically and intelligently, which is key for my work in a retail company that requires constant use of file storage. I find the platform very easy to use, which allowed me to get started quickly thanks to the initial setup facilitated by the company. I like the AI-powered search that makes it easy to find specific items, Air's ability to recognize objects within images and videos, and the organization of changes by versions, which is very useful for keeping content well-managed. Additionally, I like the large cloud storage capacity, with several terabytes available, ensuring that I can work effectively without concerns about capacity. The secure and stable organization functionality is another reason why I would choose Air again in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the upload and download speeds to be a bit faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Air to store and share work files, which allows shared access with colleagues and real-time observations. AI facilitates efficient search and version management, improving organization and collaboration.
