Air is the enterprise software platform where creative teams organize their work, and marketing teams find it, adapt it, and scale it across every channel. Today, 2,500+ brands deploy Air as a system of record to manage 200M+ images and videos. The team has raised $70M from Tiger Global, Slack Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, and Avenir.
For creative teams who produce and manage high volumes of visual content, Air is the creative operations platform that turns approved assets into usable, scalable work across every channel, tool, and team. Unlike DAMs that only store finished files, or cloud storage that treats creative work like any other document, Air preserves the full context of creative decisions versions, approvals, intent and makes it actionable. The result: teams stop remaking what already exists and start building on what works.
Why Air?
Air gives your team's work a memory. Every asset, version, and approval is tracked in one place, and that context powers everything that happens next: finding what's approved in seconds, adapting it for any channel, and scaling it everywhere without breaking brand. Air connects the creative team that makes the work to the marketing team that multiplies it, with a shared system of record keeping everyone aligned.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Starter Plan
Organize your growing library, collaborate with teammates, and start multiplying your best creative across formats and channels.
You choose from three plan tiers: Starter, Business, and Enterprise. Each tier builds on the one below it, adding more capabilities. Starter fits growing libraries and small teams. Business adds sharing controls and API access. Enterprise adds admin controls, security, and integrations. Two usage add-ons let you scale beyond your plan: Additional Full User adds seats, and Additional Storage adds capacity per terabyte. You add these as your needs grow. This lets you start with a plan tier and expand users and storage independently over time.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one Additional Full User add, and how are users counted for billing?
Additional Full User adds one editing seat with full access to the workspace. Comment-only and view-only roles are not billed as full users. You add seats individually as your team grows, on top of your plan tier.
How does the Additional Storage add-on relate to my plan's storage allowance?
Additional Storage bills per terabyte, giving you fixed capacity on top of your plan. Your plan measures storage through credits that also cover image editing and video creation. The per-terabyte add-on lets you expand storage without drawing from your monthly credit balance.
What drives my total cost across the plan tier and the two add-ons?
Your plan tier sets the base, including monthly credits for storage, image editing, and video creation. Additional Full User and Additional Storage bill independently and add to that base. Seats scale with team size; storage scales with library size. All charges appear together.

A Shared Creative Space That Keeps Teams Organized and Moving Fast
Reviewed on Jul 31, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest win for our team, from a logistical standpoint, is that different departments can interact in the same creative space to share feedback, stay organized, and deploy our ads.
The board models and the large thumbnail design also help visual teams navigate through assets much more naturally.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get cluttered really fast, and once there’s no clear structure in the workspace, it becomes very hard to navigate.
The search function also often doesn’t work the way we need it to when trying to find specific footage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a place where we can store our ads, support feedback loops in the production phase, and then also have them easy to share and deploy is key.
The MCP integration and the Premiere plugin have added a lot more value to how we use Air and what we get out of it. We build custom Claude automations to resolve mechanical tasks like asset tagging, and we also built a Claude-powered search automation that goes in depth into the Air metadata to deliver the most valuable results.

Streamlined Creative Asset Management with Minor Permission Hiccups

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Air integrates well into our creative workflow, allowing our team to keep assets organized by campaigns and projects. It serves as a single source of truth for creative assets and has significantly improved our team's efficiency. The visual asset library and search functionality, along with the organized folder structure, are big contributors to this efficiency. We manage a large volume of marketing assets, so being able to quickly locate the latest approved assets saves us a lot of time. The asset library makes it easy to identify the correct files at a glance, especially when managing multiple campaigns. The search functionality is great too, as it allows us to quickly find assets using keywords, tags, or filenames without manually browsing through folders. The organized folder structure helps us keep assets grouped by campaign or project, making it easier for everyone to locate and reuse those creatives. I also liked that the initial setup was relatively straightforward. Additionally, Air's modern and intuitive interface makes it much easier for our team to organize and collaborate on creative assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the cons, definitely user permissions could be more flexible, and the folder management is limited for non-admin users. I'd like to see more granular permission controls for non-admin users. For example, it would be helpful if admins could allow certain team members to create folders or organize assets within designated workspaces or manage subfolders without granting full administrative access. This would make collaboration more efficient while still maintaining control over the overall asset library. It would also be useful to have more flexibility when moving or restructuring folders, especially as marketing campaigns and asset libraries grow over time. And these improvements would reduce the need to rely on admins for routine organizational tasks and help teams keep their workspaces organized more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Air for organizing and managing marketing assets, which simplifies uploading, searching, and sharing files, making it seamless and reducing communication back and forth. It integrates well into our workflow, improving team efficiency with visual previews and a centralized asset library.

Intuitive Digital Asset Management with Smart Search
Reviewed on Jul 28, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
Air is so intuitive and easy to use. I love how smart the search is to make it easy to find photos and videos. We were searching for an alternative database to keep our digital assets organized for a long time and Air was such an easy to use and keep organized alternative
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a sync in real time with Google Drive to avoid manual syncs every now and then
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Google Drive before and it was impossible to find photos and videos with the search bar, since it wouldn't recognize actual subject or content of our images. With Air, it's so easy to find pictures we're looking for with the search bar, and also so much easier to visuzalize the assets. It's fast to load and easy to view like Apple photo gallery
