What do you like best about the product?
I really love how Air keeps all my assets in one place and makes it easy to leave feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of at the moment. Overall, it’s a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air makes it easy to organize and upload assets, search for what you need, and leave clear feedback for collaborators and video editors.
Large File Repository and Collaboration, But Not Always User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Large repository for files. I enjoy the collaboration as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always user friendly when it comes to making it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing in larger formats.
Solid Storage with Room for Search Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Air for its capability to store not only our ad creatives but also copies and custom fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think searching could be better. It's often not easy to find folders. Also, it's baffling that I click on an Air link and there's then an option to "view in workspace". What is the point in that? These could be better. I actually don't think the copy fields are good. They make finding copy difficult. They are a good idea in concept but not in execution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air helps store all our ad creatives along with copy and custom fields. It's easy to explore and export content, though searching folders can be challenging.

I like how organized it is and the team is helpful

The UI/UX could be better to make it easier to navigate around --> feels like you get boxed in sometimes

Storage and organization of thousands of images, and having organized files for them
Effortless Content Management with Simple Drag-and-Drop
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Air makes it so easy to organize content for my clients with its drag and drop functionality. It's basically foolproof and simplifies everything. I also like that the initial setup was super easy, and it's much better than iPhoto shared albums and Google Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little hard to figure out how to make a box at first because there were so many premade. I wish there was an iPhone app.

Air helps me organize content for my clients easily by allowing me to categorize different products and styles. It makes finding content quick and straightforward, improving my efficiency in managing social media for clients.

I like the metadata and the drag-and-drop, Kanban-style layout. I also like how it automatically categorises everything.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Air very easy to navigate and upload files. It's actually easier than Canva and one of the most simplistic platforms I've come across, which makes things very easy, especially when uploading files and organizing assets. Its straightforward nature makes sharing files a breeze. The initial setup was painless and so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. It is the most straightforward asset uploading/organizing & sharing platform I have ever used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Air simplifies sharing and organizing files, making it easy to navigate and upload assets for Wolf and Badger. It's more straightforward than Canva, enhancing efficiency in listing and marketing tasks.
User-Friendly Digital Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Air because it's simple and very user-friendly. With a lot of digital asset companies and programs, there are so many features that it clouds the ability to know how to do just simple things. Air allows me to drag and drop, reorder, and it makes everything super user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that gets a little bit frustrating is when you bring in a new folder, you have to reorder and re-alphabetize. The alphabetize feature doesn't show by default when you click on that collection.

Air helps with visual and keyword search, making it easy to organize and share digital assets.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface of Air; it feels accessible and easy to search. I appreciate that Air is less gatekeepy than Dropbox and others. Air doesn't hide its folders, making everything easy to see.

I think sometimes I can't go to the homepage without going another way.

Air keeps all images in one place for me, making content creation easier. I like its accessible user interface and easy search functions, which are less gatekeepy than Dropbox.

It’s very user-friendly and easy to learn. Our team found it super easy to implement, and I use it every single day without fail, so it’s been easy to integrate into my routine.

Nothing so far—I haven’t found anything I dislike.

The organization of assets across my team has been really helpful, and it benefits our deliverable timing and the review process for our clients.
