Very positive experience, one of the most easy-to-use DAMs
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integration and daily use has been incredible. The auto tagging of visuals and in-image text detection makes searching through assets extremely easy and rendered implementing air into our daily use an easy task. Compared to other DAMs, Air has had great customer service and overall a great quality of daily life tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest issue with Air is the time required for certain auto-updates to happen, some connected tools such as Meta implementation sometimes take 24hrs to update which sometimes can sort of bog things down, but generally speaking it's a pretty minor issue that I've noticed has improved through the days relatively quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing hundreds of assets, image formats, visual versions etc. Without Air, it'd either be a horrible nightmare organizing everything or simply impossible.
Wonderful experience with Air
What do you like best about the product?
Air has been a great place for us to organize our b-roll collection. With the added ai features, we can find things more easily as well. Keeps us on the same page as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everyone has to be a user in order to make comments and annotations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Air as a social media team to organize our b-roll collection. I am able, as a non-videographer, to pop in and grab some clips to make a quick video. It's also a nice way for us to manage our approval workflow and send drafts to outside partners.
The best storage for creatives.
What do you like best about the product?
Air has an easy UI and keeps everything nice and organized. The tagging system, structure, and ease of more makes Air the perfect place for creatives. Compared to other storages without previews and having to click in Air gives you what you want. We use Air daily across our org and there has never been a complaint.
What do you dislike about the product?
The stack product could be improved but thats really it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super easy to preview work and with a team full of creatives there are always notes to be left. The comment section is super useful for leaving feed back, opinions, and more.
Great Solution to Sharing Marketing Material!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, no loss in quality, and resolution reductions at will.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been anything we have not like about air yet. Has been a great solution to sharing materials b2b on scale and protect your internal access.

Live sharing, centralized location, maintain quality.
I like air but....

one stop shot for uploading content and being able to share content easily
What do you dislike about the product?
people uploading content with the link i created cannot see the folders, they have a very limited view which creates more work for me. I also do not get notified even though I am subscribed to boards, it should be automatic

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Air to manage all our photos and videos, and it’s made a huge difference. As a nonprofit, we’re constantly juggling content from events, campaigns, and partner materials—and Air has helped us keep everything organized and easy to find.
The interface is super visual and intuitive, which makes searching for assets way easier than digging through traditional folders. One thing that’s not always perfect is the AI tagging. It does a decent job most of the time, but every now and then it totally misses the mark.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, drag and drop, file sharing, review, uploading, client uploading, everything just works as we need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any downsides at this point.

Getting client reviews directly on files (especially videos) helps eliminate the confusion of email feedback.
Better than Google Drive
What do you like best about the product?
It doesn't take my storage space, and it is straight forward.

Sharing links are a little weird, but it is overall pretty easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Air to be an excellent platform for storing high-quality media, which is crucial for client viewing at any moment. Its real-time feedback feature is extremely beneficial for precise content creation. The organization tools, including the ability to separate videos by assets, numbers, and status, significantly improve the process of drafting media. The inclusion of subboards for cataloging content monthly is particularly advantageous, and the powerful search tools make navigating hundreds of media clips much easier. The seamless integration with Notion and Slack enhances collaboration by allowing for easy sharing and management of assets. Consistent updates and the introduction of AI and search enhancements make managing and taking ownership of content a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I initially faced challenges understanding all the opportunities available and managing the tools due to the various ways content could be viewed and shared. It was difficult to organize content for clients and myself efficiently at first. Additionally, I see a need for more direct integration with platforms like Notion and Slack, tailored specifically for creative or technical fields.

Air is very user friendly and efficient. I appreciate I have everything in one place when needed.
