Air makes it easy to share and access photos
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy way for my entire team to upload and access our photos. It's easy to organize using different boards so everything is neat and found quickly. We use it all the time for tons of different projects including location photos, stock photos, doctor headshots etc. You can even create links to share outside of your organization making it easy to integrate with other teams at my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to load all of the photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us have all of our digital assets in one place while still being organized. Being able to use folders and boards makes it easy and quick for our team to access any digital files they need.

I have not had any complaints from team members.

What do you like best about the product?
With Air, as long as our team follows through and tags images, it is super easy to find any and all assets we might need. Great for teams that work on time-sensitive campaigns and evergreen content alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
Storage spaces comes at a premium. But their pricing is overall fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking assets out of folders and user-silos and making them easily discoverable and searchable through smart tagging.
Get organized fast with Air!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to organize assets by tag/project... multiple things... rather than just by folders. Takes the guess work out of working with a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. easy to implement, easy to use. Storage comes at a premium, I guess.

Image, video, and other asset management.

For the most part, I’ve had no issues! Sometimes it takes a while to load or upload but that’s all.

Organizing and holding a lot of pictures and videos for different clients. It’s a tool that helps create folders so everything has a correct place and easy accessibility!
Great tool to store visuals easily

It's easy to navigate.
We can add custom tags, which make it very convenient for all type of projects.

The asset ID can take some time to be visible.

Gather visual at one place and be able to retrieve them easily depending on the tags associated.

We previously used Google Drive, but we needed a digital asset management platform that could also track the performance of our visuals. Air has been a great solution, it allows us to monitor visual performance directly, eliminating the need for manual reporting.
Game-changer for Collaborating
What do you like best about the product?
Air is a game-changer for collaborating with external teams. The private sharing feature words great and makes it feel really secure. Perfect for working on projects without the clutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UX could be smoother. It’s a solid platform, but a little visual update could take it to the next level.

We use Air to share our brand kits with vendors. It’s super easy to keep everything in one spot and make sure everyone’s using the right files.

Not a lot to dislike. but i remember i had access to a folder once and it wouldn't let me edit it.

Air Inc offers a clean, visual-first interface for managing creative assets, but recent steep price increases have made it less accessible for smaller teams. While the tagging system is helpful, search functionality and file recovery options still feel limited and clunky. Lack of dedicated desktop or mobile apps also hampers flexibility for teams on the move.

Air solves the problem of chaotic, hard-to-find creative assets by providing a visually organized, cloud-based workspace tailored for creative teams. It replaces clunky shared drives and generic file storage tools with features like version tracking, automatic image previews, and collaborative feedback — all in one place. This streamlines workflows, reduces time wasted on file hunting, and keeps everyone on the same page, especially across distributed teams.
