Air has so many tools you’ll never see in any other platform
What do you like best about the product?
Air completely changed the way we organize our files. The layout makes browsing assets intuitive. I love how easy it is to leave feedback directly on images and videos, and how you can stack different versions of a file. It is very useful when you work with multiple sizes for social media posts. The ability to search by tags, not just filenames, is a huge time-saver. It feels like it was designed for creative teams by people who actually understand how creatives work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air solves the chaos of scattered files, endless email threads, and unclear feedback. It’s especially helpful when working with external partners, since we can control access and keep everyone aligned without extra tools.

What do you like best about the product?
-Can stack versions of files and videos on top of one another to track comments and changes in one - viewing.
-Storage is flexible which allows you to delete old files and still keep within your plan's limit
-Gives you notifications when someone has viewed your video so that review statuses can be checked
-Customer service is quick and easy to access
-We primarily use it for video reviews amongst internal team members and for clients

What do you dislike about the product?
For video commenting, we can't highlight between timestamps and can only leave timestamp markers. Would love that feature incorporated.
Wish they had more integrations with other apps.
Other than that, it's been a great economical and useful tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve consolidating, organizing and streamlining feedback on videos. It makes it an easy experience on our team and for our clients when they need to send over notes.
The best DAM Software i ever used, seriously great for sharing and management of assets!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and intuitive. Got the hang of it and the features it offers right from the start are hard to match anywhere else. I honestly use this more now than google drive, and any other similar software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to say. Maybe leaving comments in videos that are time stamped would be a nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with a lot of 3rd Party users. It helps us manage what assets we want to share, notes what we want to get across to them. Allows us to stay confident on how we share assets.
Fantastic Service
What do you like best about the product?
Air makes it extremely easy (and intuitive) to share deliverables with clients. Their platform is constantly being refined to add additional requested features, and it feels like they actually really listen to user feedback. I love how easy Air makes it to access all of my files on the go as well. I use Air on an almost daily basis and couldn't be happier that I made the switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a few technical issues with Air over the years but I really appreciate how responsive their customer service team has been to get to the bottom of the issue immediately (even if it means hoping on a Zoom with their engineers!).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air solves the problem of being able to both easily collaborate on and delivery final products to clients. I also love that I can keep my Boards on Air for easy access in the future and on the go.
Easy to use and great for organizing content

I love how visually organized everything is, it's super intuitive to find, tag, and share content, especially when working with creative assets across teams.

So far, I haven’t found anything to dislike, it’s been smooth to use!

Air helps me keep multiple creative assets organized and easy to find, which saves time and makes team collaboration much more efficient.
Fast, easy to use and comfortable
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty fast, really easy to use and similar, in terms of comfort to google drive which is a plus
What do you dislike about the product?
The search bar tends to be not that usefull sometimes, and there are some quallity of life features that are lacking in my personal opinion.

It's fast to get reviews and comments over the videos which it's cool to have so I can have faster feedback.
Very intuitive and great for working across a distributed team
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of collaboration between different teams. A lot of the features are very intuitive and are easy to learn. We use Air almost everyday to collaborate on videos and provide feedback with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the tagging features were a bit more powerful and that there were more AI features available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We enjoy using Air because you can easily implement it across our distributed team. It creates a platform where we are able to access content from our different teams around the country.

It helps me organize & label my visuals. I can now make better decisions when I look at the performance.
Highly recommend the Air platform for storage and content
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to search at the top to find specific content items I need to find quickly in the day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I notably dislike. I do think it offers way more functionality than our previous platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of us having content that fits multiple categories. This is perfect since our team uses it for different purposes and content falls into multiple categories!
