The Perfect file organizing efficiency tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love it! It's efficient and perfect for video revisions because of it's comment system, so just makes work easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had some minor problems, but everything was resolved pretty fast with customer support, so I can't really complain!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the efficiency problem and ease of use with the comment system.
Great! Visual first is the only way to go with a DAM
What do you like best about the product?
We love the visual first layout. It helps our marketers and creatives quickly identify files they need without having to download anything. The auto-playing thumbnails on the video files are a huge plus.

What do you dislike about the product?
Quickly identifying file types is difficult with the visual-first layout. It is hard to tell the difference between a PNG and a AI file, for instance. Managing shared links and access across a large org is difficult.

Air has been very amazing when it comes to accessibility, user experience, and ease of use.
What do you like best about the product?
The complex comment tool is very helpful when receiving feedback on designs from my manager or clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have issues with the way images or files can be sorted when it comes to the custom sort feature. Just a bit finicky.

I am not sure what problems Air is solving at the moment.
Air is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
I didn't hear about Air before until I started to work in a company that uses a lot for their content. And is very helpful, easy to use! Love it. You guys are doing an amazing work helping remote companies to have their content on track. I use it every day and even the loading is so fast! Easy to see the folders, to export images in different sizes. Also I use Air plugin for figma, a lifesaver!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find any bad things from my side!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to have all the content that is been created in just one place.
User friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to add clients, and tag a specific portion or on-screen placement of the media. I also like being able to scrub over the content to review it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasionally bugs, like things not uploading or comments appearing after I clear them.

It is solving the problem of disorganized file review systems.
Great for sharing assets for work
What do you like best about the product?
Teams can collaborate and share and organize assets. As an agency with lots of clients, it's been really helpful

Permission/view settings aren't as clear as google drive. Like what is able to be publicly shared and what is invite only

A place to organize internal and external assets - so all team members can quickly grab files!
A good, clean way of storing and sharing photos
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search by image "eg: pasta" and get all the right images.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the default would prompt you to choose a file size to download rather than downloading it at full-size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating photos that used to be spread out over different areas.
A refreshing break from the stale industry norm
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the thumbnails and visibility of files in my drive. As a creative it helps to indstantly get a peak of the visual contents of files as I browse without having to open them up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've experienced a lot of syncing issues and found myself having to quit and relaunch the program multiple times per week. Also I do not like how downloaded files to be used for offline access, are not offloaded after a certain amount of time. The program should recognize when I haven't used a file for a while and no that it can be re-synced to cloud and offloaded from my hardrive space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped with file organization and search as I can get a preview/thumbnails of files visual contents while I browse.

What do you like best about the product?
We've tried a couple other digital asset managers at UMZU but we love how lightweight Air is. The price is a lot better than what we've seen from competitors as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd love if there was functionality to create share links for individual groups of files not kept in a single board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting ads and creatives between departments.
Seamless platform to share assets
What do you like best about the product?
Love how collaborative it is, super straightforward and easy to use. Customer support for the platform is also great and very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get confusing finding locations of assets.

Having all digital assets in one place, being able to label them out properly for different uses.
