Air is an intuitive and useful digital asset manager
What do you like best about the product?
We previously tried a digital asset manager packed with features, but it was so complicated and time-consuming to upload and tag images that no one ended up using it (despite being locked into a three-year contract!). Air has been a game-changer. Its simplicity makes it incredibly easy to use—we can provide guest links for photographers to upload photos directly to a board and seamlessly share boards with stakeholders for selection and approval. It's streamlined, intuitive, and a tool our entire team actually loves.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one feature I wish Air offered is AI-powered facial recognition. With the more complex platform we previously used, we could tag a few faces, and the system would automatically identify those individuals across our entire photo library. It was a powerful tool for quickly organizing and finding specific shots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is our digital asset manager. We use it to store and catalog photos and images.
Smooth UI, helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to gather insight, relatively few bugs

Nothing comes to mind. I am satisfied with the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us quickly and easily share files between designers, users and external parties. It is easy to organize and keep track of files.
Major time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
Air has been a huge upgrade for our team from Dropbox, where we could never find creative, and has been a HUGE time saver on sharing assets for outside vendors. So excited for the Figma plugin!

Love it! No complaints about using Air.inc

Easy sharing, easy finding, and easy using of all digital assets!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that its so stinkin' easy to use and how I've never had to worry about a lost document!
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is really expensive, its hard to make 600 bucks a month work for a small bussiness who doesnt make money some months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of files and need help pushing files from one computer to another without the use of emails, as my desin files are large.
Managing our AIR account with 1200 Franchisee members
What do you like best about the product?
We have recently migrated our creative assets from our old DAM to Air. The process was seamless and our support manager has been outstanding. We are just starting to utilize the ease of developing, managing and producing creative projects for out internal needs and our 1200+ franchises that we provide creative services and marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not encountered a dislike or least favorite process. AIR is presently working on several suggestions we have presented and they are always quick to react to our needs and questions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Developing creative, storing 64000 digital images, searching and finding digital images for creative projects easily and everything is done in ONE place. Easy to communicate, review and approve creative project throughout the total workflow process.

the photos that we upload don't always download in chronological order

Air is making it easy for our whole team to have access to photos quickly.
Great system for asset management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Air can be used in a very simple or a complex way, depending on your needs. It makes it easy for my team to share creative with each other and with clients and to organize it. We use it almost daily and it was very easy to get started with. Customer support has always been responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure was confusing at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Google folders were becoming too confusing for my team to store creative files, share feedback, and see edits. Air has solved this problem by making it easy for us to leave comments, add tags to files, and update versions.
Amazing - Keeps us organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we are now able to organize our assets and also share folders with partners. It gives us the flexibility to sort our creatives for interal use as well as external use. It's nice where we don't have to use 1 link, but can generate multiple links for partners to view and download certain folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides, it gets the job done. I maybe wish there was a better way to keep track of all the assets you have duplicated in different folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization! It's keeping all our assets organized for creatives.
Affordable CMS for distributed teams
What do you like best about the product?
The visual display of assets in the cloud is nice, and the ability to share files outside of internal teams has also been helpful. Integration with Canva is nice for our teams too. Air team is responsive and they make updates that feel like improvements to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search is lacking. If you don't tag items manually they can be hard to track down. Also, it cannot tell the difference between .ai files and .pdf files of the same name, nor can you visually see an InDesign file so it has to be downloaded to verify it's the right asset or to be reviewed or we use extra space to have PDFs uploaded for each InDesign file. Would be nice to be able to print directly from a file without downloading it first but I understand why that may not be feasable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files across internal and distributed creative teams and our vendors. We don't have a proper shared drive even at HQ, we use Teams, which isn't helpful for creative files and processes so this has been a great tool for us to share and review work.
Love the organization-- it's so much easier to navigate compared to other larger storage site.

I like that it shows a preview of the image folder before you open it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that I can find anything to complain about
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as a replacement for gogle drive and drop box for creative files such as our branding folders and brand photos.
