Transformative Organizational Tool with Intuitive Search
What do you like best about the product?
I love Air's intuitive and efficient search functionality. The ability to search by keywords and save searches improves productivity significantly. The customization of access levels is highly appreciated, making collaboration seamless. The smooth integration with Slack and Gmail enhances workflow efficiency. Air's organizational capabilities for creative content are outstanding, simplifying how I manage and access assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes wish that moving content from board to board was a little bit more intuitive.

Air Inc is a powerhouse for creative file management — and here’s why:

The interface is clean, modern, and incredibly intuitive. From day one, my team had no issues uploading, reviewing, or organizing content. Unlike Google Drive, there's no mess of folders to dig through. Everything is visual, searchable, and fast. It's actually enjoyable to use — which makes a big difference when you're managing hundreds of assets.

Instant video playback (no more downloading just to preview)
In-line commenting with time-stamped feedback
Custom labels, filters, and boards that mimic a Trello-style workspace

We use it daily — for reviewing ads, organizing UGC, managing raw footage, and even coordinating feedback between editors and strategists. It's become the central hub of our creative process.

Set-up was surprisingly fast. Migrating over from Drive took less than a day. Air's UI makes onboarding seamless — no training needed, just plug and play.

What do you dislike about the product?
The one drawback?
It’s missing a strong AI file management feature. Smart tagging, auto-organization, or even AI-powered search would take this platform to the next level.
Still, even without that, it’s been a massive upgrade for our team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is solving one of the biggest bottlenecks in creative marketing: inefficient content review and asset management.
Before Air, our team was buried in Google Drive links, downloading videos just to preview them, manually organizing raw content, and juggling feedback across email and Slack. It slowed everything down.
Now with Air, we can:
Instantly preview and comment on videos
Organize assets visually with custom boards and tags
Keep feedback, versions, and final assets all in one place
It’s helped us speed up our entire production workflow, reduce errors, and scale creative output without scaling chaos.

Air is better than Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy as a social media manager to access photos and videos from my team. The search bar is my best friend. The search bars for other platforms like Dropbox are not useful. It saves me time to find the things I need right away.I never knew about Air until I started working for my organization and now I recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a function where sometimes I'm trying to add files but I have to click "View" before I can add it, it gets confusing sometimes. I also have trouble deleting in bulk, there is a glitch there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing files with ease, it sounds like the bare minimum but you would be surprised.
Great Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
Great organization for all of our files that allows for quick searching and syncing with your computer no matter where you are and without the bulk of a physical hard drive. Customer servie is fast in responding and quick to help resolve any issues or questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only feature so far I wish Air had was he ability to automatically make files downloaded on your computer resync back to the cloud to avoid storage space issues on your computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to carry around a large hard drive and always having to have it on you for you to work anywhere efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Air is an excellent platform for freelance creatives interacting with a number of clients of various sizes. I can send and share assets with a professional-looking front end, granular permissions, and great client-facing FAQs that minimize my support time. As a freelance photographer, it's been an essential tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a simpler, more graceful "mark" tool to let clients easily mark selects from a larger group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending and sharing client assets with permissions.
Air recommendation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the boards aspect and the flexibility of organizing. I am able to find what I need easily. Also, I like the review process where I am able to leave comments on videos at specific points in the videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be an option to upload or update a document but use the same link. Sometimes we have to make edits to PDFs that are public links and I do not want to have to reshare a new link when I upload a new, updated document.

Sharing public links and providing a shared working space for all of our assets.
Convenient and easy to use

It is easy to share multiple files with colleagues and download them for use.

Searching for something specific is not as easy as I'd like.

Our corporate offices create files for us to use, and Air allows them to easily store and share them with us, and we can easily download them for use.
A Wonderful Asset Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been working with Air for years and I love how easy it to use. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. I also love that they provide multiple ways to view and filter files. My favorite view is the kanban view, which we use often. It’s very helpful to display concepts in stages, so we can easily track progress and get approvals.
What do you dislike about the product?
They offer a generous free plan, but I do wish they would offer more affordable paid plans aimed at freelancers and small studios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air provides a centralized place for us to store design work and comment on it. Its helps to provide a streamlined review process with our clients.
