Incredible Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly conclusive platform. Great for organization and sharing files without the hassle of remembering where you stored it in your Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a little cuter! But if that's the worst thing I can say about it, we're doing pretty alright.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Air is set up so that I can create metadata for video clips. It makes it easy to find and share video clips. It has been easy to deploy with other colleagues. We use it DAILY! Whenever I've had a question for customer support, they always have an answer!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't see any downsides to using Air!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air solves our issue with footage just sitting, unorganized and unsearchable on an external hard drive. Air allows our team to find and share footage super fast.

Simple interface, easy to navigate, great customer support, affordable and scalable for small teams.

Currently, the desktop app is still in beta and unavailable.

Easy creative asset management.

What do you like best about the product?
It made our lives easier. It's user friendly interface is much better than our previous DAM provider. We use it everyday to the point of exhaustion yet it still holds up! The search functionality is a breeze as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, I just hope that the turnaround time for zipping files will be a lot faster, but I guess that's case to case basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a lot of problems on our end especially for the most of us working in SouthEast Asia, we could easily get the files/images/information we need from Air to our desktops at a breeze in turn ups our productivity at work.
A decent UI, but you will lose files and have HUGE sync issues
What do you like best about the product?
It's cheap, even though our costs have doubled each of the last two years (without adding users or functionality) it is still less than the next best thing.
The UI is decent, it's easy to navigate etc. Uploading is easy, setup is easy. It is very easy to share libraries etc with users outside the organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
We've had files and folders dissapear causing HUGE issues with trying to recover lost files. Their Air flow software is aboslute trash and shouldn't be trusted. You end up with a lot of duplicate files. We finally decided after two years to abandon air for a competitor. We lost two massive video projects and a huge folder of brand assets we were working on. It cost us probably 80-100 hours to recreate the work. It was all an Air issue, which is less than ideal. I wouldn't recommend it.

It's supposed to be a great resource for our digital assets. It's supposed to allowed easy shared access, adobe integration, etc. It does not do those things as well as they think it does. Don't trust it.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate air! There are so many wonderful things about air platforms, but here are my top three highlights: great price points! Our small businesses enjoy fantastic rates, and as we expand, there are incredible upgrade options that won’t break the bank.
With the tagging system, I can effortlessly label all images by color, style, launch, and any details that help make our team members’ lives easier. Tags allow them to quickly search the platform for everything they need.
I also love creating folders for the team to upload without needing access to the account. This is incredibly helpful for maintaining full control, ensuring that no one on the team can move or delete any assets. It gives me peace of mind, knowing exactly what comes in and what goes out.
Using the usage right tab is also fantastic for keeping track of all the different usages we have for each model or company we work with!

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find a bit inconvenient is that when you delete something, you need to contact the team to retrieve it. While it’s not a struggle since they respond quickly and it’s easy to reach out, I would really appreciate having an option to store deleted items in a folder. This way, if I need to recover something, I can do it myself without having to contact anyone, and it could be automatically deleted after a month. That would be so helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves so many problems we used to have with Dropbox! From organization and usage rights to notes about the images, there are so many improvements. These are just a few of my favorites!

Ease of use is great, sharing links without adding people to account and getting client feedback on creatives is uper easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I think they should add Meta and TikTok integration to make it even better.

Air bundles key project management features into a simple to use UI
What do you like best about the product?
Air makes updating files and sharing with clients for review easy. It's become an integral part of our daily project management wofklow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't understand why the default settings can't be changed so that versions & comments are automatically enabled with each added file. It's a pain to have to manually enable these options for every asset individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my team to store our working files alongside files to be shared with clients in a single space and easily control permissions.

Air Streamlines our experience and fulfills our digital asset management needs!
What do you like best about the product?
Air is really simple, and priced highly competitively. The platform requires almost zero expertise to use, and you can be up and running in 15 minutes. The AI and recognition features are excellent, and virtually eliminate the need for tagging images, which can take forever. I love that, regardless of the file type, Air will display a picture of our image, versus displaying only an icon as a thumbnail. Downloads and uploads are quick. Search feature is strong. I work intensively with graphics of all types, and highly recommend you try Air when you make your selection for a Digital Asset Management system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Air for about 5 months and haven't encountered any downsides. Now and again, search can be difficult given the way you configure, but its not bad. Easy to overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is completely streamlining digital asset management for our studio. It makes things incredibly easy and simplifies the archival and storage of raw and finished product.
