  • August 27, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Air is definitely on the right path as the best solution we have found to manage content for our ecommerce business!

It allows us to keep track of feedback and versions for all content types in an easy to use & ogranize platform. Finding and retrieving content is also much easier with Air. Core integrations make it very fast to implement. It offers a visual forward experience, and makes collaboration with one-source-of-truth content management better and faster than traditional cloud storage methods we used before.

The quality of the experience and feature upates have shown team is dedicated to a best in class solution that can fit many industry use cases and team sizes. As a bonus, they also have been very receptive to feedback we have had as customers!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had small issues with the Mac desktop app at staying synced in real time with the web app. Also would like to see more integrations with other apps in our stack, although I am hopeful there are more great updates coming here soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Store, organize, find, maintain, and collaborate on our digital assets (image + video) easier and more intelligently than before.

A Versatile Asset Management Tool for Streamlined Image Organization

  • August 26, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
AIR is a highly functional platform that we rely on to manage and organize our clients' image assets effectively. We use this almost on a daily basis. With clients often lacking a consistent library of assets, we import everything into AIR, which becomes our central hub. The platform’s customization and filtering capabilities are outstanding. We can easily sort and locate images by product, color, or other criteria, making it simple to find exactly what we need, even with large volumes of assets. The ease of locating files through these advanced filters saves us time and ensures smooth workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
While AIR is powerful, it does come with a level of complexity that can be challenging. It's not the most intuitive platform for new users, and to get the most out of it, you really need a dedicated point of contact within your organization. Having someone who’s well-versed in AIR is essential to navigate its features effectively and troubleshoot issues. Without this internal expert, onboarding and daily usage can feel a bit cumbersome. More straightforward usability would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients have assets all around in different platforms that our team needs to learn to use. Air solves that problem by giving us an internal asset management tool

Effortless visual collaboration - The best app for organizing your assets

  • August 26, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Air's intuitive interface and visual collaboration tools make organizing and sharing creative assets incredibly easy for me. The ability to streamline workflows with custom labels, tags and version control is a standout feature, helping individuals and teams stay aligned and efficient. The visual search functionality also adds a layer of convenience, making it simple to find specific assets quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Air offers powerful collaboration features, the platform lacks an app for Android and Windows to sync local files into the cloud, limiting the ease of integrating Air into a broader range of workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air simplifies the management and collaboration of creative assets by centralizing everything in one visually-driven platform. This solves issues like version control and disorganized files. As a result, it streamlines my workflow, making it easier to locate, share and collaborate on projects efficiently, leading to better outcomes.

Solid Digital Asset Manager

  • August 26, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The tagging is easy, and the organization of assets is intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint is that we don't have the ability to auto-populate folders based on tags. For example, if one of our b2b sales accounts is tagged in a photo, we have to manually drag that photo into a folder that is shared with that account. That seems like a big miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have photos and videos coming in to the organization from all over the world, and Air provides us with a platform for organizing these assets in a way that makes sense and so they are accessible to everyone across the organization. Overall, I'm very happy with Air-- it has made this piece of our business much simpler and more streamlined.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best way to organize all of our digital assets and find what I need in a quick pinch. The ability to create boards, search via filters, and favorite certain items makes Air one of our most useful tools for our brand team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that sharing permissions for certain assets can be a bit tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air stores all of our stock photography and product imagery so anyone who needs it can have access to brand approved imagery.

The best file management software for creatives.

  • August 26, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Using Air is literally like a breath of fresh air. It’s file management that helps me see and organize everything visually. I love that I can easily collect content from anyone without them needing an Air account. The website makes it so easy to see everything visually, similar to how Google Photos works. Sub-boards work like folders, and I can stack my projects however I want. I can even give them a thumbnail so that I know what folder I'm working with with just a glance instead of having to read typical tiny text. The review process is another highlight. Adding time-stamped comments on videos makes feedback so much more straightforward, especially when clients are involved. It's everything a digital asset management software should have, and it keeps getting better with new updates and integrations. Air has turned my workflow from a mundane digital mess into a manageable and enjoyable one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked how Air Flow used to be buggy. Syncing would create horrible problems, requiring me to start over from scratch and even lose some files. But I say "used to be" because after several updates, I no longer experience those issues, and it's been smooth since then. I also wish Air would make a Chrome extension so I can save stuff directly to a folder. That would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my online management of files and digital assets. I can find and view my files with much more ease. I can collect files and feedback all in one place. It is ideal for creatives.

Smooth and useful platform with great onboarding

  • August 25, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Air is particularly helpful for teams that need to manage and collaborate on visual assets efficiently. Its cloud-based platform makes it easy to access, organize, and share digital content from anywhere. The real-time collaboration features, such as flexible annotations and timestamp commenting, streamline the creative process by allowing multiple users to work on the same project simultaneously without the hassle of version control.

Air's integration with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud enhances its utility for our creative team, making it a seamless part of their workflow.

Air's primary upsides are its user-friendly interface and quick onboarding process, which make it accessible even for non-technical users. This simplicity is a significant advantage for our organization that doesn't require the full complexity of traditional DAM systems. The platform's drag-and-drop organization and visual workspace allows for easy asset management, and we have found it to be affordable relative to alternatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the less useful aspects of Air is its limited search functionality. While it supports basic searches by file name and tags, it lacks more advanced features like text-in-image search and the ability to handle plural terms effectively. Additionally, the manual nature of tagging can be time-consuming,

It does have a relatively smaller feature set compared to more comprehensive DAM systems. We have not found that to be a limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air solves the problem of a previously disorganized and fragmented digital asset management by providing a centralized platform where our team and partners can store, organize, and collaborate on visual assets. We've used Google Drive, but it has limitations in the user interface which is important during frequent and extensive use, leading to inefficiencies and version control issues. Air addresses these challenges by offering a visual-first interface that makes it easy to find and manage assets, as well as real-time collaboration features that streamline creative workflows.
