Great for organising- using for Multiple Franchises
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way Air was easy to implement with our staff; it is easy to upload and easy for others to download while keeping assets secure and safe with password-protected links.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we had more seats where others could joing the platform but with restricted access. We use password-protected links, all housed on one site. If we could house those links in Air somewhere and share a link to that, it would be great. However, it doesn't require a seat, so that would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing all of our assets!

I have been using air for years
What do you like best about the product?
Air UI is beautiful. Clients love scrolling through their pictures and easily downloading.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its perfect. I can not say anything i dont like about air.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy access to content and sedning folders to clients to download their special moments
All the essentials, none of the fluff

Very clean UI, good folder structure, good sharing permissions for people in and out of the organization, good image download options, incredible live support

Would love to have Air in my finder, but unfortunately refuses to work for me.

Downsides are the inability to share assets without adding it to a board or uploading it to air

A database for all our company assets. Makes it easy to keep things all in once place.
Great for our Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
AIR is easy for us to use as a small business. We're able to use easily in collaboration with CANVA which is a game changer. We also are able to share links with Brand Ambassadors to collect content quicker and seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for it to have an APP for our phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Out Brand Ambassadors are able to. upload quickly and easily to share with us to use their UGC. We're able tag products and details in each picture for ease of finding and using each picture.
Great place to find assets
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Air for about 6 months now, it keeps our imagery organized and its easy for people in our organization and outside to access and download assets. It is very easy to use and it works great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly so far air has been great, maybe it would be nice to have more customizable settings, but for now and for what we use it for is ok.

Streamlined Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
As a graphic designer working for an agency, I find it hard sometimes to keep up with client assets when the clients themselves don't even have asset management in place. Air has been SO easy to use. The way the folder system works, the application of tags to sort everything, I definitely recommend Air to any onboarding clients to keep them, and our organization on the same page. I'm in clients Air accounts on a daily basis, so, it's really nice to be able to see new updates, new folders, and just a generally organized asset folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't actually looked into this, so I don't know if this exists, but I wish there were desktop notifications for when people add new assets to Air folders. Otherwise, it's great!

Keeping things organized and easy to find - this is a HUGE time saver.
Great tool for reviewing content
What do you like best about the product?
The insanely fast upload speeds and ability to make time-stamped comments on videos. It was so easy and quick to get started, it was a no-brainer to begin using it in my workflows. I've been using it the last few years, and I use it to review each project with clients. It makes the review and edit process seamless and quick, removing guesswork in what the client wants.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I don't have a negative experience with Air.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients find it easy to point out changes that they want within content. I can see their comments, down to the frame and area within the frame that they are referring to - this speeds up the entire review and edit process, and takes away a lot of the back and forth in edits. Now if I offer my clients up to 3 edits, we often don't need to hit or exceed that limit.
Great for Agency DAM + Creative Approvals
What do you like best about the product?
Air has made it so easy to collect assets from clients via collection links, and for sending over assets for approval. Great resource for our agency, and has made asset management much more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints yet! Getting used to custom fields and navigating all the features can be a learning curve at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us keep assets centralized and avoid having folders of client assets all over the place. Has definitely increased our efficiency as a team.
Simplified workflow for Creatives
What do you like best about the product?
Air, Inc. has helped our team streamline collaboration, ensure everyone is on the same page, and enhances our creative workflow with ease. It has made revisions, comments and changes to creative assets simple and easy to manage. We use it across a couple of departments and it has made us more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be (rare) technical issues, which are to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between our Design Department and Social Media Department regarding assets.
