Perfect for managing your digital assets
What do you like best about the product?
Air is a great tool to manage digital assests. I use it across multipule brands I work with seamlessly. Air is easy to learn and easy to use. Would recommend to anyone who is in the market for a asset managment tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish is had a Workflow feature to use for proofing and job management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air helps me manage assets for different brands and share final assets once completed.
Easy Content Organization System
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use. I can be as detailed as I want with my tags for pictures, which makes the content easy to find
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that I have to enter the tags on every picture manually, so when there are more than 40,000 pictures, it's time-consuming since the tags are particular to cans names and colors

making our content easy to find by using the tags. We can get very specific and we love that
Surprisingly Powerful Bang for Buck
What do you like best about the product?
Given that the basic level is free, there are a lot of great, useful features that similar platforms charge enormous amounts of money for. It's easy to batch upload, tag and share and my team found the basic layout to be user friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am struggling with sharing collections of photos without having to duplicate them to an entirely new board. I want to be able to select a variety of photos from various boards and share them externally without having to duplicate them or share the entire boards. There may be a solution to this, but I haven't quite figured it out just yet. Regardless, I am hopeful that it's meeting expectations in other areas.

One of the main drawbacks of AIR is its rigid approach to customization. Users looking to tailor the platform to their needs may be hitting roadblocks. The system's one-size-fits-all approach can be restrictive, especially for businesses with unique workflows or specific industry requirements.

We use AIR to share approved assets among our team members and our dealer network.
Very Intuitive & Flexible
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Within 15 minutes I can explain the platfrom to a new team member and they are up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main item that I would like to see is facial recognition, but my understanding is that the feature is in the pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were scattered in how we organized our visual assets (between individual hard drives, One Drives, etc...) but Air let us easily roll a single platform that everyone likes. And the link sharing makes it easy to share assets with the outside world.
Easy Onboarding and Flexible Plan with Air

I appreciate Air's ease of use, making onboarding and setup a breeze without requiring complicated processes. The search functionality is robust, aiding in quickly finding resources. Its cloud-based structure is ideal for our remote work setup, allowing seamless collaboration and user management from anywhere. Air provides significant storage options and is cost-effective, proving more affordable than other solutions. I love how it integrates smoothly with tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. The flexibility in licensing, such as monthly plans, without long-term commitments is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really appreciate it if SSO could be included in our plan because we are very focused on security. Currently, while the Google sign-on is good, it doesn't fully meet our security requirements.

I find Air simplifies our remote collaboration with easy access and asset management, enhancing cross-functional work. Its cloud-based platform resolves infrastructure limits, and it offers cost-effective solutions with secure permission control and seamless onboarding.
Creative Necessity
What do you like best about the product?
Every team has access to critical creative which eliminates pinch points during product launches and campaigns. It is easy for management to organize folders, share access, and keep everybody in the loop.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't start by organizing your assets, it can be easy to lose them once your account grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is allowing the creative team to disseminate assets to multiple channels with ease.
Great free tools available
What do you like best about the product?
Some platforms make the free version of their software almost unusable, but Air has allowed us to store our photography assets easily within reasonable limitations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a storage limit on the plan I'm on, but I do think it's reasonable.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much just the free tier provides. It gives me the functionality I need and will easily scale when the time is right.

Honestly nothing that I can think of. It's met my needs.

I need a way to manage all of my digital assets. I don't have time to tag everything so I'm doing it on the fly. Air's AI works great to help me find pics I know exist and then tag them afterwards.
Easiest to use DAM
What do you like best about the product?
Air isn't just for better organization and tagging of assets, it also allows for really easy review and feedback on created assets, which is huge. At other jobs, we've had to use a different software to get time-coded feedback on videos, but Air puts it all into one place. It also plays back high quality and shows photos in a truer quality versus compressed, which is huge. Air is extremely user-friendly with little to no learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an alternative navigation of folders similar to G Drive, but that's a personal navigation preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital asset management, and Air simplifies and makes it so easy and natural to organize. It goes beyond simple management, it has an integrated review flow which is huge.
