Best creative asset management service

Organizational structure is clean and easy to follow

What do you like best about the product?
Air is exactly what I’ve been looking for in a creative storage app! The interface is super user-friendly, and it just makes organizing my projects so much easier. I love how effortlessly it syncs with the other tools I use, and the search function is a lifesaver—no more digging through endless folders. Sharing and collaborating with my team is a breeze, too. Overall, Air has streamlined my workflow and made managing creative assets stress-free. Highly recommend!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air solves the hassle of managing scattered creative assets and clunky collaboration. Before, I’d waste time digging through folders to find files or keep track of versions. Now, with everything organized in one place and easy to find, I save so much time. Plus, collaborating with my team is a breeze—we can share, give feedback, and stay in sync without the usual headaches. Air just makes the whole creative process smoother and more focused.
Easy Content Management for a growing org
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to search our content library based on tags or general inquiries (color featured, images or video featuring a person or animal, a physical material or texture featured in content) has made our content team's life a lot easier.
It's easy to organize and tag, and you don't have to deal with doubling up on storage space if you want your content to live in multiple folders.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a little rough. If you're a freelancer, $300/month is a steep price for 1 seat.
Adding seats seems a little too easy. Even without Admin login, we've had people in our org sign into air with their work email and it creates a new seat which adds another $300/month to our invoices.

We were using Google Drive before and ran into storage issues and it was not easy to search for content containing various key words
A wonderful tool for creative planning
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integration using Air Flow, connecting folders to Canva, ect make this such a versatile tool for creative planning and presentation. I'm a creative consultant for fashion brands and whether I'm collecting visual references, organizing assets, or sharing visual galleries with clients, Air is seamless and dependable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The image viewer could be more intuitive and responsive. There is some lag as you're moving through images and it's not that simple to quickly mark favorites.

Air makes the concept research and development process more visual and the sharable.

My experience with Air

Air is very easy to use and the organization with the subboards is exteremely helpful

It occasional goes offline

its been good for the most part. good for organization and content sharing.

I like the ability to organize my content in groups and subgroups.

can be difficult to bulk import / export into other third parties.

it keeps all content under one roof. easy to share content to others as well.
Effective and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to share images with anyone who needs to download PDP or Lifestyle images. Sending a link where they can download the image works like a charm! It both saves me time and download space on my computer!

Honestly there is not much to not like! Air has changed the game for us in sharing assets with external teams!

Sending images from business to accounts and reps.

What do you like best about the product?
The search features in Air are top notch. It detects subjects in images very well which makes it easy to find what I'm looking for. I also really like how easy it was to sync to my old Dropbox account and merge those images and videos into Air.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is nit-picky, but I wish I could copy an image in Air and paste it somewhere, vs. having to download images anytime I want to add them to a document or presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air helps our creative team upload and organize content, such as high-resolution images as well as social media videos and shots.
Great tool for client deliverables, not perfect, but almost
What do you like best about the product?
Easy for my clients to review and search for their content, great for organizing client deliveries by using boards and intuitive for searching and finding the right video clip or social media piece delivered. Has some room for improvements tho, there is no integration with editing tools, a functional mobile app, and I've had some issues with reliability, so a solid 8 out of 10
What do you dislike about the product?
Had a few issies with reliability, client not able to access their deliverables is embarrasing and frustrating, only happened twice, but that is twice too many time. I also wish there was a mobile app that allows my clients to quickly download their deliverables to their phones in high quality to post immediatly on social media, the web browser feature is not very intuitive on mobile devices (works great on desktops and laptops tho) and PLEASE integrate commenting with Davinci Resolve, we need to be able to import comments made by the client into the editing software for better integration.
