Versaitle Photo/Video Storage
What do you like best about the product?
We use Air to store all our companys content and its great! Our team uses it everyday and its super easy for new team members to learn. Love the ability to make multiple folders and folders within folders. Makes it easy to catergorize content and the abiloity to put a description for each folder makes it easy to remeber important info about the photos or photographer credits. Also tags for each photos makes it easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have many issues with air as they are usually answered when I reach out with a question. Only thing is wish they would bring back a digital app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to catergorize our content and making it easy to search for.
Perfect for media businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can stack files (videos, images, etc.) so in case there are revisions in your output. I also like how the folders are organized on the left side so it is easier to see the contents inside when there are multiple sub-boards created.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like when you remove a file in a stack and it directs you to the extracted file and when you click exit, it doesn't load quickly so you can still see the stack icon in the extracted file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to download a lot of file and it helps ease the use.
Air - Convenient and Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to create as many different boards as needed. Super easy to keep things organized and everything is very easy to find
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides! It's super easy and convenient to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it so all of my colleagues and I can easily access a shared database. Kind of like a Google Drive except more accessible and allows for extra details due to the ability to add tags and descriptions under each board.
Easy to use and pretty
What do you like best about the product?
This was the best, most cost efficient digital asset management software I could find after some research. We didn't need all the bells and whistles, just a place to store assets and find them easily and this fit the bill!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure how to use the AI tagging, but I should probably reach out to support for help. :)

Top Photo Organizer for Designers
What do you like best about the product?
As a designer who has used MANY platforms for photo organization I can say hands down that AIR has been my top pick. It has saved me so much time when trying to hunt for photos with specific activites or locations!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think something that could be considered a down side is the set up. AIR really is what you put into it. If you're tagging your photos correctly and creating clear folder structures it will be the best program you've ever used. There is an AI tagging system that does a okay job of creating tags for various photos. But I think when uploading to AIR the more you're able to do on the front end, the more it will save you time later on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping keep our photo library organized, and making it easier as the designer to go through and find the photos I need when building out creative assets.
Visual & Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, easy to use platform that allows for clear, visual organization
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be discrepencies between capabilities on Windows vs Mac devices. For instance, I'm unable to drag and drop V2 video files into existing entries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for visual organization of where projects are in the approval process
Streamlined Easy to Navigate for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to use boards and subboards to organize my work. I draw from different collections, and this is the best way to access everything at the touch of my finger without digging through hundreds / thousands of assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't discovered any downsides, however controls can be annoying when trying to share, although this is necessary for privacy and company copyrights.

I wish the app would return! It made it so easy to download and post files straight from my phone!

Before Air, managing our growing library of digital assets was a daunting task. Files were often misplaced, and finding specific assets took up valuable time. Air’s intuitive organizational tools, like tagging, categorizing, and advanced search, have simplified this process. We can now quickly locate and access the assets we need, saving us both time and frustration.
Great alternative to other DAMs

Replacing content with an updated version is not as steamlined as it could be

Consolidated Multiple DAM Platforms Into Air
What do you like best about the product?
Air has been able to accomodate the demands from every department of our multimedia company / storefront. All of our photos & videos are in one place & we are able to review + give notes all in the same spot. Also the Air team was incredibly helpful migrating our media from Photoshelter + Vimeo
What do you dislike about the product?
I want access to even more storage! I wish I could even host raw footage on Air instead of edited cuts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is assisting our workflow from the review process to sharing assets with freelancers to delivering the final product. Timecode-based notes makes video review a cinch.
