Great for content teams with multiple clients/projects
What do you like best about the product?
It's filtering on sub-boards and tags. It's really easy to filter hige batches of content for different clietns etc using these features
What do you dislike about the product?
It's custom tags not being easy to set up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've a bunch of clients, each with a bunch of different products we advertise, using Google drive to manage all these assets a client sent us was cumbersome. Air allows us to upload everything and tag it appropriately so that it's easy to search through

We love the searchability and how easily we can move assets and share them with clients.

Can't think of a downside! We have really found it easy to use.

I wish the AI recognition elements were stronger and had face recognition.

Finding assets used to be a slog... we had folders within folders within folders on Google drive. No longer! Air is so easy to use to find what you need in seconds.

It could be a little more interactive visually

We can easily organize our assets by category and sub-category, allowing for multiple teams to locate assets intuitively

Air loads up my content super fast, great for looking at content at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to see filepaths. Sometimes I get lost in my organization structure.

It allows us to share video content quickly with clients who don't necessarily understand video.

What do you like best about the product?
Have really liked the ability to save hard drive space by storing my files with Air.
What do you dislike about the product?
While migrating files into Air, I lost several files. It was very frustrating.

Saving me storage space on my hard drive, so I don't have to worry about my disk filling up.

What do you like best about the product?
Air is an incredibly user-friendly platform, especially for designers. I am constantly using it to deliver my projects. Its intuitive interface makes navigating the site a breeze, allowing you to focus on creativity rather than figuring out how things work. The visual design is clean and modern, which is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. It enhances the experience of receiving and managing feedback, making the process smooth and efficient. The way Air organizes feedback is particularly designer-friendly, with clear annotations and easy-to-follow comments that streamline the revision process.

The only downside I can think of is when Air is down

It is benefitting when receiving feedback and finding the exact moments that the problem needs to be addressed in the digital asset.
Great place to store and navigate assets
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily tag, store, and locate assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is great for final assets but I wish it was like dropbox where I could more easily store the working files as well.

Reducing the duplication of files and streamlining the process of uploading, sharing, and retriving files.

The Ease of adding existing content to folders.

Sometimes there are folder syncing issues.
