Helps make collecting content and collaborating so easy
What do you like best about the product?
The upload link that I can share with partners to drop in content is so incredibly helpful. With the ability to add a description/instructions and have required tags makes the content easy to organize and trac.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a slight learning curve to using the platform. Not necessarily a bad thing. For someone who doesn't use the platform every day, some of the UX is hard to navigate. But I'm sure I'd feel differently if I was using this resource more often.

I like that there is a tagging system which then easily allows you to look up creative that you need.

I wish there was a way to automate the process. It is a very tedious task.

It is a great way to organize all of our files and search them.

It is very easy to use and the organization features are just what my team needs to keep track of all our content.

I love how easy it is to search up images needed for creative purposes!

Can be a bit laggy sometimes and I have trouble having things load when searching a specific item/prodct

I love everything about air, there's nothing I'd change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of files - videos, design files, pdf's and a tonne of photos.
We need them to be searchable, finable and organized.

The labeling system, AI search, ability to add things to multiple boards easily, great customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
We've experienced a lot of problems with Air flow and some of our boards being randomly deleted. We've had to ask theit team to reinstate these boards.

Keeping track of all our client assets
AIR allows me to breathe and see all my media.
What do you like best about the product?
AIR is easy to use, and easy to master. It is searchable and the tag system is easy to manipulate for any situation. Sharing content with AIR is also a breeze. I reccomend AIR.

I wish AIR would write to the metadata in the file, that way my tags (created in AIR) would stay embedded in the file when I share them with others,

That's why we've integrated AIR into our operations, revolutionizing how we handle photos and videos and significantly enhancing our project management capabilities. Beyond its use in project management, AIR plays a crucial role in our marketing efforts. The powerful search tool has drastically improved our ability to create marketing deliverables, enabling us to produce high-quality content at a much faster pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to explore more with our ability in using the facial recognition aspect of AIR. it is the only thing we are missing when using the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AIR DAM’s cloud-based platform ensures that everyone involved in a project has access to the latest visual data, no matter where they are. This has significantly improved our internal and external communication, making it easier to keep clients informed and involved every step of the way. The software also supports easy tagging and categorization, making it simple to find and share specific assets with stakeholders. Before we housed everything on a server that was not fully accesible or searchable due to the total amount of storage.
The Best Asset Organization
What do you like best about the product?
At my current company, we love Air. We have tried many other platforms but the ease of use of Air is unmatched. We run both our D2C and wholesale asset organization through Air.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we could select an entire folder to add to another board in Air.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our asset management was a mess. There were no folders, no organization. Now, we have it all in one spot and there's no more guesswork.
