Intuitive DAM
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, to create sub folder systems of organization and the ability to send people outside the organization links to upload while restricting their access to the rest of the DAM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't select a wide amount of things at once to sort or move into a different folder, I also dislike the search function at times. The ai search results are not always accurate and may be a waste of resources.

Organization of my company's creative assets.
Streamlined Asset Management for Marketing Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Air saves me a lot of time by not having to spend hours finding my creative assets. It's great that I can quickly return to my actual job of being a creative marketer instead of searching for files. I also find the app really nice; the UI is very fast, which makes the whole experience more enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Air is pretty great for us. There's really nothing that I think could be improved or could be better. Maybe if there was an integration with LinkedIn ads, so I could look at ad performance tied to my creative inside of Air.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air saves me time by managing and organizing creative assets easily, centralizing images and videos. It improves searching by color or tags, taming chaos. It simplifies organization and searchability, unlike Google Drive, which was a nightmare for file management.

Error page during the website's maintenance.

Excellent for Video Feedback and Asset Versioning
What do you like best about the product?
Air is great for gathering feedback and versioning control over assets. It's especially helpful for leaving comments on videos at specific timestamps.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sending a link to a 3rd party to upload assets we've had instances where they interface says "upload complete" - but it only means that the assets are ready to send to the board. An additional step is needed for the user to submit the assets. This step is easy to miss. (Perhaps it has been fixed more recently.) It is also not the ideal way to gather feedback on very long images (say a very long webpage mockup).

What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual boards that make things easy to find.

I wish the search feature pulled up more. It can be hard to find certain pictures without exact titles

Excellent Asset Management, But Needs Bulk Export Feature
What do you like best about the product?
Air helps us organize a large number of assets so they are searchable, downloadable, and browsable across teams and competencies. The ability to export images at defined sizes helps our marketing team grab the correct asset at the correct size without worrying about technical requirements. The comprehensive tagging functionality allows anyone to search our large library and find associated assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish that Air had the ability to export multiple images at a pre-defined size. We are often sizing 50-60 images for a campaign and need the ability to quickly export at a reasonable size for use in our CMS, but currently we are only able to export them one at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used Dropbox to organize all our assets. The UI was unintuitive and frequently caused issues with sharing and searching. Assets would get lost in folder trees. Air solves this with an intuitive UI that users can get up and running with quickly, allowing us to get the most usage out of our curated assets as possible. We put a good amount of time and effort into shooting photography for our brand, but if our team can't find them, they will never get used. Air does a great job solving this issue for us.
Effortless File and Image Sharing Makes Collaboration Easy

The ability to share images and other files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging is a laborious process. Would be helpful if there was a feature to mass tag assets.

It allows me to share images and other files with specific permissions.
Effortless Uploads and Folder Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of uploading and finding folders
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not experienced any downsides. Occasionally, its hard to tell which is the most recent file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing large design files so that I do not have to keep them on my desktop taking up space!
Easy to Use with Tons of Features—My Favorite Platform Yet
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use, and I also enjoy having access to so many features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about I like it better than most platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to upload our UGC content, making it easy to share with both colleagues and clients.
