Best family memory management
What do you like best about the product?
Air has an incredibly easy platform to navigate and l love the layout!! As a Family Legacy Curator, I organize my clients' memories, whether it's photos, videos, audios or even documents. Air's tags and custom fields help me manage thousands and thousands of memories in a way that's digestible and beautiful to look at. On top of all the wonderful features I love, I have always felt cared for by Air. Any time I have a question, I receive a quick response (with a solution) and an offer to jump on a video call to discuss further. Google Drive and Dropbox could never haha I can't say enough great things about Air. They're constantly reevaluating their business practices, and I appreciate their updates landing in my inbox regularly. I am so excited to see what other cool features the team develops. I'm here to stay!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Air specifically. I do wish that after adding Air to my phone's home screen, I could change the appearance of the widget. However, I don't believe that's something they can fix. I think that's just a feature my Android lacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients want to be able to easily find their memories (photos, videos. etc.) Air's amazing search functionality allows me and my client to search for specific colors, names of people, and even locations and special categories all thanks to their custom fields.
Literally could not do my job without Air. It's essential for organizing photos.

The interface is generally really easy to use.

It's hard to tag and keep photographers straight.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Air constantly throughout my workday! It has tons of great features and it's always being improved.
I love the feature that allows me to upload new versions of content by stacking as V1, V2, V3, etc. That way it is clear which one is the most recent content with updated changes, but I don't lose the old drafts.
I also love the Collect Content links! I work with content creators, and this makes my life so much easier by providing them with a simple link to upload their files without giving them access to the entire folder. I'm also able to add requirements for each content collection link, like a required caption or description.
Most of all, Air's customer service is truly unparalleled. Our rep, Sarah, is so lovely and attentive. She's always following up on any issues we've had in the past and providing updates on new features/improvements to the platform!

I really wish there was a way to collect an updated version of content with a Collect Content link, so that when it's uploaded, it automatically stacks as the newest version.
Right now, I am having to send the normal Collect Content links, download any new files, re-upload them as a stacked version, and then go back and delete the duplicates from the folder.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily collecting content, tracking content improvement/revisions, and filing the content in an easy to use manner.
Really nice creative alternative to Dropbox/Drive
What do you like best about the product?
The visual display of thumbnails is great, but it's also a nice tool for audio. I deal a lot with music audio/video and I find the media player to be reliable unlike drive/dropbox which often glitch out. It's also just super easy to create a public link and share things. Great for collaborating!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the board / sub-board lingo is a little unfamiliar. I get it, but I personally prefer the word folder for its familiarity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I host a lot of videos and it's important to see the thumbnails clearly so people can quickly find the correct one. The thumbnail layout is very prominent and makes discovery easy.
Streamlining Our Process
What do you like best about the product?
Streamline, effecient, proper tool for us to use during revision of products and delivery to final destination.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sub-boards could be refined slightly to accomodate different file types in a more clean way.

Timeline of production to delivery, streamlining the process.
A few weeks in and I already love...
What do you like best about the product?
I think the organization is very intuitive, I love how easy it is to find the files I need and do it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters function is a bit confusing to me, to my knowledge none of my team uses it (maybe that's why?).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assembling all of our creative assets in one place... photos for every brand we work with that are internally produced AND sourced from creators. It's so so helpful to have it all in one place.
I LOVE AIR
What do you like best about the product?
The mostly helpful thing about Air is the organization it provides. It is so easy to access and pull up images and files my company has uploaded to Air. I love the tagging of photos feautre and also the notifications you get when someone tags you. It is an Type A's dream!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is nothing I dislike about it!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company all used Google docs beforehand and now that we all use Air, we can all go to one place to access all of our photos, files, and documents.
Love Air For Our Cross-Functional Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very simple, clean, and easy to use. Can organize by folders or search making it incredibly easy to work cross-functionally with other teams. There are also tagging features that give our team another indicator if an image is approved or not. Overall Air has made working with images much easier for our cross-functional teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside or feature I would love is having a more robust search feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is solving how we can organize images from different months and years, across different photoshoots to keep images organized and easy to find.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the tagging feature! Makes it so easy for my team to collaborate together and then come back to later on. I Also love just the overall layout.

There is truly nothing i dislike - so much better than drop box
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall organization of things. Tagging of images has been the most beneficial for me and my team. We tend to have what we call "brain dumps" where a lot of info gets passed around and things are forgotten - this application makes it easy to make notes on and return to later on
Easy and organized photo sharing experience
What do you like best about the product?
Air is our primary way of uploading photos to use for social media and for others to upload photos for us. Our creative team also uses it to upload all our graphics and videos for social media. This is something that our team is using every single day and we all love it. It's easy for us to organize photos and also keep separate ou creative.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know the app was recently removed, but would love for an easier way to upload photos from my phone rather than through Safari. I wish there was an integration between Air and Photos app.

One single place for our team to upload and store photos.
