Huuuuge upgrade to Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Air makes finding assets visual, convenient, and intuitive. If you use it right, you can eliminate spending hours drilling through file menus to find something, and instead make it as easy as one search. Organizing using boards -- and letting a single asset exist in more than one place -- is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still feels pretty new, have had some fairly intrusive bugs more than once (share links being broken, video player controls being bugged). Mostly these are fixed quickly, and they seem to be happening less often as time goes on. Would also like to see the desktop app mirror a bit more of the web app functionality, and a Windows app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The team collaboration is awesome! It allows for easy sharing and sorting of assets. Additionally, its ability to efficiently send assets to those outside our team streamlines both internal and external communications!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's nothing significant that comes to mind. The only thing I can think of is that the mobile experice could be better. organizing uploads directly from mobile isn’t the most straight forward and is really my only minor complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before implementing Air, we often faced issues with scattered files, version discrepancies, and difficulties in sharing assets both internally and externally. With Air, we now have a unified platform where all our assets are stored, updated, and shared seamlessly. This not only saves us time but also ensures consistency in our work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it focuses on team collaboration. The kanban board feature is really nice and I like the content collection form.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the content collection form only can be uploaded from "anonymous users" and that there's no facial recognition feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significantly helped with working remote (Air replaced our shared drive system) and helped us organize our files.
So much easier than I ever thought it could be.
What do you like best about the product?
I've used a number of DAM software in the past and truly found this to be the fastest and easiest. I procrastinated on getting my team this and it was a huge mistake, it has saved us so much time in finding assets. The search and tagging functions are so easy to use and set up, folders and collections make sending assets out to contractors a breeze and they've had fantatstic customer service. My team had a suggestion for an update and an actual human reached out to me to hear more about as well as follow up on how everything was working. They're upfront with their pricing and when I add a new user they make it clear that the price will be going up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish I had signed on earlier! (Can't fault them for that :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset storage and organization. Previously our photo and video files were stored in mutliple folders across an entire google drive and it was hard to find what we needed and view. Air makes it simple and speedy, all I have to do is search and if I want its easy to quickly browse a number of folders.

What do you like best about the product?
The visual way to browse photos and video, the search by tag name, the auto-tag feature, the easy creation of share links.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have two brands, and it would be nice to separate Air into two workspaces without adding an extra account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It speeds up searching for photos and videos that are relevant to the projects we're working on. It also makes sharing folders internally and publicly much faster.
Great way to organize files and share with your team!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly it is and it's such an easy way to share and organize files with my team. I like being able to just share a folder/subfolder with a specific team member if needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes takes a while to upload a group of files and the color quality of the thumbnails for my photos and videos can look a little off. Hasn't been a huge issue for me so far but just a little buggy.

A virtual way to store all of my work files so I can keep them separate from my personal storage.
Life Saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I cannot recommend AIR enough! I love that you can create filters for your content to making sorting easier. The fact I can create folders and upload forms that the content I need appears directly in the folder, is so nice! The sharing function is extremely easy as well. There is a rating function that one can utilize on each piece of content which is very helpful for me in my role. If you are considering using AIR, 10/10 recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of many dislikes when it comes to AIR! Sometimes the system errors where it doesn't show the actual content can be frustrating. The last thing is the date created and date modified. It used to automatically show the date created and now the platform shows date motified which can be confusing if you don't catch it. The notifications can be wonky too but overall these aren't deal breakers!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of use! I like that my content is filtered for my needs and wants. I enjoy being able to go into my personal folders and find the content I need in less than 1 minute! I also love that I can type in keywords and it will find the assets that meet that qualification. For example, mountain!
The Dropbox & OneDrive alternative I was looking for
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is super simple. No more duplication of content.The search features are quick and simple. One of the main purposes of DAM is to share content and Air makes it simple with allowing sharing of individual asset or a whole board. Love the share link expiration feature. The ability to export/downlaod a resized image is super useful for our partners who don't always need a full resolution image.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish there was a connection with adobe/canva/figma and later (social media) so we don't have to constantly download content and upload to another platform. We would like to white label the platform to give a branded feel for our brand partners. Tagging of mass libraries can be improved. Why did you discontinue the mobile app?!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a better solution for creative collaboratiion, organization, and distribution of assets to internal and external partners. The ability to quickly search a file is incredibly time saving.
Has been a huge help in organizing our content library!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tag and filter content using custom metrics that make sense for our asset usage needs. Also being able to organize a large amount of content into boards to make it easier for our team to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features definitely have a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of them they're all super helpful! That's really the only downside that I've encountered so far.

It's helping us organize and filter a large amount of user generated content, professional photography/videography, and company creative. It saves us a lot of time in searching for specific assets to use across a variety of marketing functions - email, social, ads, etc.

No current complaints and it has delivered at each and every stage for our clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A platform which our clients could use to share and collect all their assets into one central hub. It has allowed them to take the stress or hassle out of sharing across different platforms and made collaboration so easy across different people in the organisation.
