Great way to store and share files
What do you like best about the product?
Cross-platform, easy to organize files, available desk-top app
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything! It has all the positives and none of the negatives to enhance my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have access to our company's shared drive as I am a Mac user in a Windows environment. Air allows me to access and share files anywhere, anytime.
I can cover more ground with less effort.

Saves a lot of time.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how smoothly the search feature works. It saves so much time - I can search by a tag, like b-roll, to pull out things I need quickly. I can also search by an element, like 'dog', and quickly sort those off to share with someone.
Also, stacking 'versions' of assets keeps things tidy and organized. For example, I can stack a RAW image file under a PNG image file.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are not really any glaring downsides to Air. One thing that would be nice is if I could share a filter with someone, like sharing a filter that shows things tagged 'b-roll' so that it's always updated with the most current items.
One wierd thing is how it sorts numbered files. Example: I have 12 files named product 1 - product 12. Instead of sorting the list as product 1, product 2, product 3, etc, all the way to 12, it will go product 1, product 11, product 12, product 2, etc. I guess it recognizes the '1' in '11' and '12' and thinks it should go immediately after '1'.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is keeping our digital assets efficiently organized. We had a rapidly growing library of drive-hosted products and projects that was difficult to share and search, and I knew that moving everything to Google Drive would be a mess. Air actually lets you breath.
Air is the best living storage space!
What do you like best about the product?
Our media is used for multiple different teams for many different purposes, and Air allows us to organize any content to fit all the various teams without having to duplicate files! All of the information is in one place (the asset) and the custom fields are perfect for making the storage space our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Air has so many different ways to organize your assets, it can be hard to keep track of them all and create consistent team buy in. Between tags, custom fields, and boards, it can be a bit confusing without documentation on how to fill out any meta data. But this applies to any storage system used across multiple teams, and Air's knowledge space is a great starting point!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to assets across multiple teams has been a pain point for the content team, and now Air has become our go to link, enabling team members to find their own asset without having to gatekeep/ask any questions since all the approvals and info are stored on the asset.
Storage Organization Linked!
What do you like best about the product?
Our team has leveraged Air to communicate with clients in an easy and visual way. Being able to get UGC and send internal content back and forth while staying organized has been amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup took a bit, but that is natural with any platform being onboarded. Would like to see higher intetegration capabilities with CRMs and customer service software ~ website plugins would be great too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to quickly send UGC back and forth from customers to the internal team and more. Nice for everyone to have access and keep data organized. Added bonus that clients can easily upload content themselves and we can control how that is flowed into the rest of the system.
Visually Appealing and Easy-to-Use, but Desktop Glitches Present
What do you like best about the product?
I find Air’s visual display of files particularly nice as it makes it easy to pick the file I need. This feature is quite valuable to me because it enhances my ability to efficiently organize and locate my files. Additionally, I appreciate that setting up Air was very easy, which made the transition to using this product smooth for my team. The choice to switch over to Air from Dropbox was driven by Air offering better value, which is an important consideration for me. Overall, these aspects contribute to Air being a highly effective tool for organizing and storing my files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the desktop app on Mac has trouble updating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Air to organize and store my files, ensuring they are backed up and easily accessible, which helps me quickly find the files I need.
Great option
What do you like best about the product?
I work with videos a lot and big videos 4gb+ air is a solid platform for handling these and sharing them with the option for review. It's better than Google drive for media and similar to Dropbox, probably a little easier to use but Dropbox I think I trust a little more
What do you dislike about the product?
No windows app is a pain as I used virtual machines. It has had a few technical issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files with clients for review and delivery. Backing up large projects to the cloud. Sharing projects across multiple machines
I'm amazed
What do you like best about the product?
Air is truly a remarkable creation. What I like best about it is its undeniable beauty, both in its design and user interface. Everything is so sleek and visually appealing, making it a pleasure to use. Additionally, Air is impressively organized. It also offers different functionalities. Air a standout platform that I thoroughly enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet. I've found all the functionalities I've been looking for. It shows thumbnails of my files, I can play videos right into it. I can share files and clients can preview them. So far nothing wrong with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is solving the problem of space limitations by providing cloud storage, allowing me to store my files and data remotely without worrying about running out of storage space.
It helps me organise my files by providing tools and features that help me effectively manage and categorize files, making it easier to locate and access them when needed.
Additionally, Air offers media sharing capabilities, enabling users to easily share photos, videos, and other multimedia content with others, enhancing collaboration and communication.

Best media storage platform I have used.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to share assets. I have used Dropbox in the past, but Air is far more advanced and is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Air needs to have a recyle bin. This would be helpful if an asset were to be inadvertanly deleted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have to log in to our office via a VPN, this was slow and cumbersome. The server stored the data, but it was always a challenge to locate assets in a timely fashion.
Clean interface and super user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's super simple to use and I find it helpful how well I can organize folders for my clients. I was accustomed to Dropbox and WeTransfer but Air has taken over and is a great tool for my daily workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I can tell this was created with the end user in mind. Well done to the team at Air!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files in an easy way. When I send to clients it's straight forward for them to easily download their files
An alternative to Dropbox for Creative individuals
What do you like best about the product?
It acts my dropbox that has an ability to do 2 way sync on desktop and has an mobile app. Unlike dropbox, you create boards to contain different items you want in a board and your item can be in different boards. Air also has versioning so there could be different versions for the same file. Anyone can comment on the files with a share of the file link. I used support once and it was great. The support was very friendly and use loom to show me a workaround for my issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everytime you do a share on an item you have to click to enable downloads. When you do a share on an individual item, it is stuck to that version and not the latest version. After client upload files, they are required to press a submit button at the bottom of the screen which can be often missed. (I believe this flow should be changed as the files are already shown as uploaded.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow clients to comment on the creative and allows me to store creatives on the cloud with a huge storage space. You can give clients a URL and they can upload the huge files to you. By having the ability to have version also helps to find the latest version in the work to show the client.
