Air has changed everything about content organization.
What do you like best about the product?
The easy and completely custom categorization ability + the photo folder links you can create and share with any content creator.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are currently a lot of glitches and update notifications that can interrupt workflow. And the invoices are extremely confusing - could be simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content creator uploads, streamlined storage, team collaboration and image selection, organization. Everyone's getting time back, and no one's confused.
Able to provide the back-end infrastructure that designers need for distributing creative assets
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to manage access on however large or small scale my client or I need is great. Also, the direct download capability is great for portals and dashboards for creating an on brand method of grabbing assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could white label either the workspace as a whole when using for external clients or add custom branding to the board that the client has access too. I also wish there was a quick view feature- so rather than double clicking and having the whole ui come up whenever a file needs to be looked at, have a way to trigger a preview in order to quickly scan through files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great alternative to other services such as Dropbox or Google drive in that the workflow is much more fluid and intuitive which helps productivity speed up. The Kanban feature is great because now I don't have to go through another provider for that service.
Custumizable tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use it in a way that works best for your company's flow. if you are creative enough to adapt the tool to your company, the possibilities are endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The are some functions I wish it had that would better suit the flow of our process but they are also very niche to our design process it seems. With these extra tools it would improve our experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing our products to help streamline our product selection system at our architecture firm. We can add labels and have a smoother system than files would have.
Intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Air makes it so easy to find the assets that I'm looking for. Between the tagging system and the ability to see previews of the images, I cut down on a lot of time I would have spent "lost" on other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The processing time when uploading larger files can be a bit long, and I would love if it was easier to mass-tag assets, as going through each one right now can take a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing assets and making them easy for everyone to access without having to ask each other for help finding things!
Great DAM at an affordable price
What do you like best about the product?
I like the price and ease of use. It's not complicated to set up and organizing your assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the Air app on Mac shows up every time I restart my Mac. I'd like it to run in the background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset sharing, searching assets quickly. My team can now search for images as fast as they can type.
Excellent, mostly. I recommend it frequently.
What do you like best about the product?
Nearly everything. I like the visual platform. Ability to share with clients. It's a replacement for Dropbox as well as a DAM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have problems with the Mac App/finder functionality. Files don't appear correctly, duplicate files and folders appear, and online and Finder don't sync. It seems buggy overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't like Dropbox. I had been looking for something better. Air serves as both DAM and file sharing.
Awesome and secure
What do you like best about the product?
I love it's simplicity and that I can share any data in seconds with a simple and secure process.

Currently it doe fulfill all my needs perfectly.

Great Software to organize photo/video
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy and fast to use. Easy tagging and search capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to do a little more training as I wasn't able to tag some items as easily/quickly as I would like. I'm sure the training is there and available, and it's just I need to take the time to sort it out.
Also would like the ability to export images with updated meta tags to incldue tagging I've added within air.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used this on the business side, but mainly I use it personally to organize my nail polish colors. This enables me to see what I have and ensure I don't buy a color I already own. It also makes it easy to see everything in one place to plan out a future mani.
Gamechanger!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so helpful in delivering client files and organizing them for my branding and website clients without having to use all my Google Drive storage which is such a relief!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, but it would be nice if my clients didn't necessarily have to make an account to contribute to an album I share with them! That would make things quicker and more helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to take up valuable storage in my Google Drive that I desperately need to keep freed up. I can keep files more organized and utilize my Air albums in different ways for client projects.
Air is the perfect DAM for small businesses, freelancers, or people just starting out
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Air provides 5GB of storage for individuals starting out using Air as their DAM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love how files and content is organized. There are collections that act as folders but they're not necessarily folders and take a bit to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air helps me organize the assets for my projects that I work on whether for my own business or for freelance work. I can easily organize, find, share and make changes to the assets that I store in Air. They're easy to find and the interface is easy to navigate
