The best way to manage creative
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great place to organize all creative into different boards and sub-boards. This makes it super easy to find everything. I also love other features like being able to stack different versions together for organization and creating custom tags for images. This makes searching for creatives super quick and efficient. It's also an excellent tool for creative review and feedback since you can leave comments on an image.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love if there was custom tagging set up so when you add things into a folder it automatically tags them based on set tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing all of my digital assets and making them easily searchable.
Great for the price!
What do you like best about the product?
Fairly easy to use and organize. I love the use of the boards. Easy to download and export different sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a landing page that we could share out to partners and outside vendors. I also wish there was an easier way to make changes to assets within air. Tagging things is a little bit of a pain. I also wish there was an easier way to add copy to an asset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all files in one place and fairly organized.
AIR for client
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use right from the start. We were able to transfer our dropbox files that were semi-organized into AIR with just a push of a button! Very easy, which is what we were looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a few bugs when leaving comments on projects for clients. But the support team is pretty quick with their responses, so that helps makes things easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using AIR as a client facing project management tool, where clients can review, make suggested changes and approve projects. The client likes to go back and review existing projects, so this does it all!
Now that I have Air, I can't imagine life without it!
What do you like best about the product?
Air is so easy to learn, to use, and to maintain. It has made our asset management worlds more simple than it used to be. Love the search function.
What do you dislike about the product?
A minor complaint, but I wish it were easier to rename assets from the board view without having to click into them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have assets in many, many different places and it was a complicated effort to keep them organized across teams. Now they are all in one place: easy to upload, easy to sort, easy to find.
Air is a game changer.
What do you like best about the product?
Air has been so helpful for our team. We can organize assets in a flow that works for us, making images more straightforward to find than other platforms we've used in the past. Air is really accessible and user-friendly, and it was nice to have an Air representative walk us through setup. Air has saved us so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have more AI functionality that exists in other platforms to track down harder-to-find assets in our catalog.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Air, our team used several other platforms for digital asset management. With Air, we only need one platform. We are working more efficiently and saving time by having a well organized digital asset catalog.

What do you like best about the product?
We searched long and hard for a digital asset management system that perfectly aligned with our agency's requirements, and we were thrilled to discover Air. The interface is incredibly intuitive, making navigation a breeze. It boasts a sleek and enjoyable design, which not only saves us significant time but also reduces costs. By using Air, we have successfully streamlined our client processes, and our clients themselves are equally impressed with its user-friendly nature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides to Air. Being a new company, we have thoroughly appreciated the monthly updates and continuous introduction of new features aimed at enhancing their interface.

Our team can share and discuss all the images and videos with internal and external members.

What do you like best about the product?
Air's affordability is unbeatable, and it offered us the right solution at the right time - we have thousands of marketing photos, videos, and assets that need to be collected and organized every year, so Air offered us the opportunity to do that in a clean, streamlined, and safe way. It's changed the way we manage our assets and, therefore, our growth as a marketing team!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about Air at this point - our team has been using it for a number of months and we find the organizational tools and collection process simple. The only thing to be aware of is that I think the platform works best when you have a naming convention and your own organizational "rules" that you set up - otherwise you could quickly make a mess of things, as is easy to do in other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed somewhere to collect, store, and share photo and video assets. We also needed those assets to be easily searchable, organized, and connected to key data in order to select which assets to use in marketing materials. Air does all that!
Affordable and Easy to use for small business
What do you like best about the product?
Air is intuitive, easy to use and makes it easy to share and collect content from our hotel entities and clients. And it's affordable. Easy value proposition when you look at what other DAM's cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
What's not to like? So far, so good. No dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides an easy, visual library for all of our image/digital assets in one easy place to view, share and use. AND, depending on the size of the content, it integrates with CANVA saving us time when designing content.
Great content organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and improves our team efficiency by allowing collaboration within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Image merge for different version is not clear to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is helping us stay organized, and allows us for an easy access to all of our assets. Thanks to this, we are more productive and efficient. Our business performance increased.
