Air makes file sharing/manegement as easy as breathing.
What do you like best about the product?
Air is easy for clients to use. And I do mean EASY. As an Agency, we work with all kinds of clients. Some are not as tech savvy as others. And everyone is able to navigate their files in Air.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any SaaS, there's a bit of a learning curve. Fortunately, this is mostly on the admin side. Understanding the terminology and how everything works takes some time. But it's time well spent!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Let me tell you how we use Air so you understand its benefit to us. We're a digital marketing agency. So we make lots of assets for our clients. Business card designs, digital ads, videos, etc. In the past, we'd used Google Drive to share these assets. Shared Drives in Google drive made this a little easier, but still somewhat of a nightmare from a management standpoint. And not a great solution for the client, either.
Air solves both of these issues. Clients get a friendly, visually-based UI to browse their assets and quickly find what they're looking for. We get a solution that makes it easy to manage who has access and what they have access to.
It isn't a perfect solution, but it's pretty darned good!!

Great for nonprofits!
What do you like best about the product?
My small marketing team loves the way Air helps us organize, tag, and credit photos before sharing on social media. It's an excellent tool in our remote-work arsenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who works largely on Google Drive, I'd prefer an indexing system similar to google drive (with folder stacking, etc) as opposed to the sidebar of items, drop-down style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's enabling our team to spend less time digging through years and years of trip-related photo dumps, and instead spend more time creating meaningful content across our channels.
Best damn DAM I've used to date
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Very clean interface. Works with Slack
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use better filtering options. Always making search easier with DAMs is critical the more assets you add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and sharing vidoe content. Some inages and other assets too but way better then Dropbox or similar
The solution I've been looking for
What do you like best about the product?
I have searched relentlessly for a solution that allows me to store my photos and also categorize them in a way that makes them searchable, and I finally found it with Air. This has allowed me to organize all of my digital assets in a way that allows me to share them with others and keep them easily searchable when I need quick access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot. Overall it's been a great program to use. I don't have any major complaints, and it's been very user friendly. I don't use all of the features, but it offers me everything that I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a solution that would allow me to upload all of my digital assets and keep them organized by keyword so that I can find them quickly later. This has been such a great solution for my needs.
Nice way to see visuals
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see a gallery of my assets rather than having to open each file or remember names. I also like that I can control access to partners, so they only see what I want them to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's frustrating when I'd like to use a feature that I have to upgrade for, but it doesn't happen often. Overall I'm pretty happy with the quality for the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing assets with partners has become a lot easier. We have an easy way to duplicate folders of assets and share links to it as well as update with any new assets.
Better than google drive
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can connect air to your computer and desktop and seamlessly share things with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't sync with my computer as fast as I would like it to.

It definitely helps sharing assets with my clients in a seamless way.
Such a better alternative to Google Drive!
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality is built for creatives and it's so easy to use. It's streamlined the creative process for our team. It's a lot more functional than Google Drive and worth the switch!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're looking for an all in one solution for also storing docs, sheets, etc, this might not be the solution for you. We use it specifically for all things visual, though, and it gets the job done wonderfully.

When using Google Drive, we had problems with easily finding content. Air makes it so easy to not only store content, but the visual features makes it easy to find what we need.
Amazing, simple solution to asset management
What do you like best about the product?
Creating boards / sub-boards is super valuable - it allows me to categorize my assets exactly how I need them. Looking back and referencing old assets is a breeze because of this feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, the only thing that is a bit of an annoyance is having to click on "advanced settings" when I want to copy the link to an asset. When I'm sharing an asset, I typically always want it to be downloadable - for my workflow it would be super useful for the asset to be downloadable by default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Categorizing assets by year / quarter / activation / product category / etc is now effortless, having a place to store these assets and a way to reference them down the road is super helpful.
A Modern Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly and easy to use. I can quickly find what I'm looking for, upload files, organize them for my team, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have trouble downloading multiple files at one time as a .zip

Collaboration between clients and files for easier communication and transfer of files
Simple, beautiful, and just works.
What do you like best about the product?
Air makes managing, browsing, and accessing content easy, both for our team and our clients. Unlike most other DAMs I've used, Air has almost no learning curve, and it feels built from the ground up for today's asset management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike. It might not be for everybody, but it meets our needs perfectly for managing digital assets for our clients. If there's something that it's not good at, we haven't run into it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online drives like Google Drive and Dropbox are suitable for general file distribution, but aren't ideal for visual asset management. Since moving to Air, we've stopped using Dropbox to distribute conent to our clients.
