A game-changer for Creative Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
As a part of a dynamic creative team, we're always on the lookout for innovative tools to enhance our workflow and collaboration. Recently, we made the transition from using Google Drive to AIR - and what a difference it has made.
With Google Drive, we were struggling to find and organize our assets - especially as our library grew. The creative review process was also a drag, as it's more geared towards collaborting on traiditonal documents like spreadsheets and text-based files and not visual assets like videos and graphics.
With AIR, gone are the days of endlessly searching through folders and subfolders for specific files. With AIR's intuitive interface and robust search capabilities, finding the right asset is now a breeze. This alone has saved us countless hours and greatly improved our productivity. The review process has also been a god-send. Our team can now provide feedback directly on the video timeline, enabling precise and context-rich annotations that lead to more efficient edits and revisions. Last but not least, I absolutely love how you can share links with the click of a button while setting permissions to ensure they can preview and download the file directly to their computer.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a ton of downsides if i'm being completely honest. It would be nice if there was a bit more flexbility in terms of cloud storage packages. It would also be great if AIR implemented the same AI tagging system for video that it has for photo / visauls. That would save us a lot of time, since we're currently manually tagging all video assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AIR is solving several critical problems related to creative asset management and collaboration, which, in turn, benefits our creative team in various ways. This includes centralized asset management, a streamlined review process, efficient sharing and quick viewing, and improved search and permissions.
Strong and simple tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to organize, fast, and very flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
More analytics would be great (though I get the sense they are working on this)

Single location for clients to access media, which makes our overall process simple and straightforward

Love the product! It’s free and so easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
You get decent storage space up front, even on a free plan. You can also easily set up your workspace to organize your assets with a high degree of flexibility. Overall, Air gives an excellent product experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
No strong opinion on this right now - I feel pretty good about the product so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing large creative files like pictures and videos can be overwhelming and messy. The workspace + board features on Air have helped clear up my time to do other work and decreased how hectic this process used to be.
One of the easiest tools I’ve come across!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the organization features (board & sub-boards), makes it really easy to categorize things. The entire import and set up process was super easy and straight forward and very inexpensive to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is free and easy to use, not a lot comes to mind now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to save my photos in Google Drive (e.g. after a trip with friends), but after many years of photos piling up the organizing and sharing became really hard. I was able to reorganize everything quickly in Air and its much easier now
Amazing Content Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can get time stamped and localized feedback from clients directly on drafts of projects we're working on. The stacking of versions is also great to help review past iterations on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I'm copying assets into a specific folder I wish there was a way to see "Recents," so I don't have to find the same folder in the drop down menu over and over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes organizing assets, receiving assets from freelancers, and saving space an absolute breeze.
Awesome for a creative team, hosting and sharing images has never been smoother.
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of useful tools to streamline processes. I appreciate the team behind Air, who listens to feedback and continues to build a better experience. Better and more cost-effective than most video/image hosting services.
What do you dislike about the product?
No huge complaints from my end. The only thing that comes to mind would be customizable or cleaner "Share Link" URLs - some clients who have never heard of Air have been hesitant to click links, but it doesn't happen too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing assets across multiple team members, especially large video files, has been a breeze through Air. It's also simplified giving feedback to designers on specific changes.
Our core creative workflow tool
What do you like best about the product?
We use air to organize creative assets and as our review workflow for completed ads for clients. It does a great job of combining the features that we would get with other tools into one platform. Love the ability to have different views and searching by tags is incredibly powerful when we have hundreds of thousands of assets for different clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to drag assets between subboards when using the kanban view is a pretty big annoyance for us as we use this view for our creative review process as well as our live ads section, so it is pretty annoying with how we have to do it currently. I also don't love the lack of automation integration for non-enterprise level users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air has allowed us to streamline our creative process all in one place. We can get assets from creators, organize the raw assets and tag them, and then run our ad creation workflow and deployment all in one place. Instead of using 3 or 4 different tools we can now use one, which is really nice.
Love this over Google Drive
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of transporting files in seconds rather than having to sort through tons of folders. I love being able to easily see all my files as well as my versions when I'm creating multi asset media files for clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are bugs with the software, content can get misplaced randomly, and the reliability is not that, at a consumer level, as trustworthy as a service such as Google Drive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us store, manage, and organize all of our content and assets both for our internal teams as well as our clientele. We've been able to easily organize our workspaces, as well as manage our content much easier than using google drive before
Air keeps our team on track!
What do you like best about the product?
Air helps me keep all of our content sorted and allows all of us to have a live feed of content to choose from. This keeps us on track and allows us to stay organized and on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to mark photos as "posted." I guess we could tag them, but it would be nice if there was an easier way to tell my team members that we've already used certain photos. And while Air does pair with Canva, I've recently been having a lot of issues with "broken" images so I end up having to download the photo and reupload it to Canva to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air gives us a hub for all of our photo and video content so that everyone has access to all of the content no matter where they are. This is beneficial because we can still access the content even if we're working remotely.
