Our core creative workflow tool
What do you like best about the product?
We use air to organize creative assets and as our review workflow for completed ads for clients. It does a great job of combining the features that we would get with other tools into one platform. Love the ability to have different views and searching by tags is incredibly powerful when we have hundreds of thousands of assets for different clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to drag assets between subboards when using the kanban view is a pretty big annoyance for us as we use this view for our creative review process as well as our live ads section, so it is pretty annoying with how we have to do it currently. I also don't love the lack of automation integration for non-enterprise level users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air has allowed us to streamline our creative process all in one place. We can get assets from creators, organize the raw assets and tag them, and then run our ad creation workflow and deployment all in one place. Instead of using 3 or 4 different tools we can now use one, which is really nice.
Love this over Google Drive
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of transporting files in seconds rather than having to sort through tons of folders. I love being able to easily see all my files as well as my versions when I'm creating multi asset media files for clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are bugs with the software, content can get misplaced randomly, and the reliability is not that, at a consumer level, as trustworthy as a service such as Google Drive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us store, manage, and organize all of our content and assets both for our internal teams as well as our clientele. We've been able to easily organize our workspaces, as well as manage our content much easier than using google drive before
Air keeps our team on track!
What do you like best about the product?
Air helps me keep all of our content sorted and allows all of us to have a live feed of content to choose from. This keeps us on track and allows us to stay organized and on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to mark photos as "posted." I guess we could tag them, but it would be nice if there was an easier way to tell my team members that we've already used certain photos. And while Air does pair with Canva, I've recently been having a lot of issues with "broken" images so I end up having to download the photo and reupload it to Canva to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air gives us a hub for all of our photo and video content so that everyone has access to all of the content no matter where they are. This is beneficial because we can still access the content even if we're working remotely.
After months of searching and trialing, Air was the flexible solution we needed!
What do you like best about the product?
Air's automatic tagging options and custom tagging options were perfect for organizing and tracking our content, which featured lots of technical details that we needed to be able to search through. It's perfect for teams that have lots of outside collaborators, and we even use it for facilitating our UGC collection. Our visual assets went from a confusing and siloed folder system to a dynamic and easily searchable database, and now no content is lost or forgotten. Our marketing has improved thanks for Air.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the search was a bit more intelligent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling to organize our brand assets in an effective and searchable/shareable way within Google Drive. We tried PhotoShelter and it was too bulky and overbuilt for our needs a a small manufactured goods business - not to mention pricey.
Air was a lifesaver, we can now easily share certain assets and folders and easily understand what is internal and external, and the AI tagging of photo subjects combined with our team's default data fields have made our hoards of photo/video easily searchable for creating new social ads, emails, reference materials, etc.

The solution we've been looking for
What do you like best about the product?
Air's robust search features revolutionized how our company stores, organizes and finds our assets. As an events & catering company, photos and digital assets are essential to promoting our services. We migrated our entire media library into Air and haven't looked back. I also can't say enough about their customer support. I frequently use their chat feature and am always connected with a kind, responsive and solution-driven support rep who is an actual real person - not a bot! - that fully understands the issue I'm having and helps me to problem solve. The best!
What do you dislike about the product?
Air would benefit greatly from a "recently deleted" folder/feature on their platform. I've run into an issue where I've accidentally deleted assets from my workspace and the recovery of those assets was not easy. I would also love to see a way to search and/or sort digital assets (particularly photos and videos) by portrait or landscape orientation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air helps us keep track of all our digital assets. The best part is that we can store information in board descriptions. This was a huge problem for us previously. Also being able to tag assets has helped us with being able to locate assets.
Great interface for managing our creative and video team's assets
What do you like best about the product?
Air has been extremely helpful in keeping all of our assets in one place. It's very well-organized and easy to collaborate and share assets. Before we were using up to 4 different places to store our assets (Frame.io, Box, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc) and now they are all able to live in one location. It has been extremely helpful to review, comment, and approve video assets within Air while also storing all of our brand assets, graphics, and photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, Air has been a great solution for our asset sprawl. There are very minor things we have noticed within the platform that could be improved — mostly relating to video files. The uploading can take a while to process and can be frustrating when we are on a tight deadline. When commenting, we'd like to be able to select time frame ranges and the for the comments to be ordered by timecode. We've also had issues with Air Flow syncing but this was due to our team being onboarded while Air Flow was being implemented. Our Senior Customer Success Manager has been very receptive to our feedback and suggestions to improve the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air has drastically improved our asset management. Our files used to be all over the place (Box, Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io) and now everything can live in one place. It has helped my team manage and share our final assets as well as be able to review and approve video assets.
So much easier than Google Drive!
What do you like best about the product?
For organizing visual files like picture and videos, it is just night and day in comparison to google drive or dropbox. the board feature and tagging function makes it so simple
What do you dislike about the product?
I really enjoy using Air, very easy to use and nothing major that I would say I dislike about Air.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After moving all my digitlal files to Air, I’ve been able to save SO MUCH time when it comes to looking for old files or sharing it with other people
Easy to use and intuitive for the entire team.
What do you like best about the product?
Our team struggled to find a platform to organize our various assets, we tried other options but eventually landed on Air and couldn't be happier. It's simple to use and allows us to organize hundreds of assets in a way that makes sense for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is the cost of adding additional users. Due to the extra cost, we must be particular about who we add to our account. Otherwise, no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing a large number of assets has always proven to be difficult for our team. When we used other platforms, it wasn't easy to find specific items, and it was also difficult to organize things in a way that made sense. Air has remedied those problems.
Streamlined organization and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to build collections and share links with partners has helped us streamline our asset management and work more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto links for assets/collections based on defaults would be helpful so we don't have to set up individual links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy asset management.
My experience with Air
What do you like best about the product?
there’s a lot of great features that make it easy to organize my files, for example you can tag and add custom fields for every picture in Air that makes it super easy to search later on. There’s also the AI search that is really cool
What do you dislike about the product?
can't say there's much right now, enjoying the product a lot and its free
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it’s always been a hassle to try and find old photos, especially because there might be different versions that are similar… trying to do that in folder or google drive is a nightmare
