Best Management Workflow I've Used to Date
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of air is being able to upload multiple items at one time and the fast speed in which they finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Air Seperates 1 folder into multiple folders when uploading. The app also struggles a lot to sync files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cohesiveness within my team. Making sure we have access to each others file's when needed and being able to view what is being completed.

Our team at FreshCut has been using Air for the best part of a year now.
I am a Marketing Manager, so my main use for Air is navigating through assets, reviewing assets and sharing assets with team members.
It's so easy to navigate, even for the tech-challenged among us. The clean design keeps us focused on the task at hand without any unnecessary distractions.
Managing projects has never been easier. Air serves as a centralized hub where we can handle everything from asset management to task assignment and project tracking. No more wasting time searching for files or juggling multiple channels – everything we need is right there, neatly organized - finally!!
The real magic happens with collaboration. Air provides top-notch tools for seamless communication and feedback. We can annotate and comment directly on assets, eliminating the need for long email chains or meetings. It has streamlined our feedback process and resulted in higher-quality deliverables.
Lastly, kudos to Air's customer support team. They've been fantastic, always quick to respond and go above and beyond to address our questions and concerns. Their dedication makes us feel valued and confident in our choice.

Haven't had any major issues so far.
One small drawback:
The time it takes to process files on the system. Whenever my team uploads multiple videos to Air, I have to wait a little longer than other platforms usual processing times.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to naviatate and share items, the collaberation feature has been a huge help when multiple people are part of a project/task.
Search feature is great - we have thousands of assets and being able to search and find what I'm looking for has been great for us!

Revolutionary Tool for Creative Teams!
What do you like best about the product?
This tool has revolutionized the way our small business operates creatively, with internal and even fractional members. Air allows us to send quick links within our team and to partners, presenting visual-friendly brand assets that we can share with the world. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited capabilities for free view-only users, even when paying for multiple admin seats (ie. inability to view/set custom fields, etc.) Also, download permissions should be automatic, not manual for better user experience!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air bridges the gap between Google Drive and a DAM for our small business and has proven to be a time-efficient tool geared towards creative and brand management. Uploading, viewing, downloading and sharing photos and videos has been a much better experience on this platform than competitors.
Our favorite software for Brand's Digital Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
Air is the fastest and most convenient software we've discovered to help us organize photo and video files for our agency's clients. The site can upload hundreds of files at blazing-fast speeds, and the organizational capabilities are very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Air continues to grow, I anticipate them offering similar features as other competitors. Right now, it is very close to being a one-stop shop for multiple needs, such as digital asset management, file transferring, cloud storage, etc. Currently, it doesn't offer better functionality than some businesses that focus on only one thing (like WeTransfer, Dropbox, etc.), but I'm hopeful this will change in the coming months!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air allows us to organize and transfer multiple TBs worth of photo/video assets for our brand clients.

I've used all of the file storage and sharing platforms and Air is by far the most visually-forward. It makes locating files a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was integration with our ecommerce platform so we could easily have photos flow through our site.

Storing files in a visually-captivating way and making sharing easy.
Great, some issues. But much better than the alternatives
What do you like best about the product?
The tag system is super convenient and allows us to organize our content super well. I love how it shows an image for each subboard making it easy to remember what I'm looking for. The crew is super easy to get in contact with.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason, the loading time is super slow when you first log onto the site. I usually have to wait upwards of 30 seconds every time I logon to a certain board, causing resistance to want to be on the site. The service is clearly not super optimized for use in Safari. Which is a bummer as I am predominantly a Safari user, but I tend to switch to Chrome when using air, which causes some headaches.

Easier to organize and search content. Harder to forget what you're looking for when you go looking for it.

Some functionality is locked behind higher tier pay walls that shouldnt be, like API access.

Collaboration is crucial in the world of design, and this software excels in that aspect. I can effortlessly share image libraries with my colleagues, clients, or stakeholders, enabling us to work together seamlessly. "Air" has proven to be a reliable companion throughout my projects. It handles large image files with ease, ensuring quick upload and download times. The cloud-based storage provides me with peace of mind, knowing that my valuable design assets are securely stored and backed up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they incorporate an AI that can help with tagging and sorting images. This would be a great asset to their already powerful search capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to use it across many different users and teams in the company. Easy to organize, share and basically doesn't have a learning curve.
Great organizational tool for large teams
What do you like best about the product?
Large quantities of photos can be kept organized while being accessed by multiple team members at once. I like that you can duplicate photos into multiple folders and the search tool is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website can be glitchy and show folders as empty when there are photos in it, but a simple refresh will fix the issue. I would like to see workflow improvements, as many clicks are needed to select photos, move them, or share a content-upload-link with a non-air user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air allows our company to store large quantities of photos online, without using up precious storage offline. Uploading and downloading is very fast.
Replacing Dropbox with Air to manage my photos
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely friendly for digital content, I really enjoy how easy the entire process is from importing to storing and searching for images i need to find

None to call out right now, i replaced dropbox with Air and been happy with it

Most storage solutions aren’t built to handle lots of digital content, its hard and time consuming to organize and find things, which is now a lot easier to do in Air
