Much easier to organize my files than drive/folders
What do you like best about the product?
pricing is affordable + good amount of storage; made a lot of sense to manage my personal content and assets; the product is very intuitive and easy to use; saves me a ton of time

my use case is limited, nothing specific to flag
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing photos and videos is the biggest thing I use Air for, makes organizing stuff easy — I used to just store contenton my laptop and trying to search through folders was a pain
Breath of fresh air for managing photos and videos
What do you like best about the product?
Air has made the management, distribution, and collaboration of photos and videos so much easier. Its simple and aesthetic interface allowed me to get started as soon as possible. Tags have enabled workflows and filtering works exactly as intended. You know when you have something in your head and you're looking for it? You'll always be able to find it now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of right now, keep up the great work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, I used Google Photos and Drive to manage my photos. The searching is pretty hit or miss, tagging was tedious, and folders can only help you organize so much. Air has made this much easier and the version control has been helpful for testing out different variations of images and videos.

What do you like best about the product?
Air is intuitive and easy to use for everyone. I often utilize the content collection form for clients and not a single person has had any issues or confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any issues with Air. It's slightly inconvenient to upload a large number of files at once, but we have found work arounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air makes it easy to store all of our stock images and brand materials in one place. The way everything is laid out is very intuitive and is catered to those with a design perspective.
Super Convenient - easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I just like how simple and minimal it is. no bullshit, all stuff you use in an intuitive way. great for collaborating across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little less expensive. its a bit pricey for what it is, but I still use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are an entertainment destination, we have to manage thousands of images, collateral and content assets weekly. this platform is super streamlined and clean.
Intuitive and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive DAM that's snappy and most importantly... it helps us organize and find our digital assets in a way we couldn't before!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, experience has been great for the price.

Consolidating and organizing all our digital assets in an easy-to-find way for all users, across all departments.
Better than using Google Drive
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Air is that it feels like a product developed around making the management of creative pieces the best experience ever. The platform made giving feedback, creating new versions from the input, and sharing with clients a hassle-free experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Air is that if I move an asset from one folder to another, the comments disappear, and it's hard to track them down again (it's possible, but only if you are an admin), which I find slightly annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said, the platform makes managing feedback and creating new versions of digital assets very easy for our team. Doing the same using platforms like Google Drive takes like 5-6 more steps.
Easy Tool to Organize Assets
What do you like best about the product?
Air allows our organization of about 25 people to all have access to uploading and downloading our video and photography assets. We were running out of room on our Google Drive so this is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Air could more easily talk with Canva, Social media, Google Drive, etc. There may be ways I'm unaware of, but always having to download to desktop gets to be cumbersome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is helping us to share assets easily and makes it easier to create content and have easy access to our assets. With a team-oriented culture, it's helpful to all share and know how everything is organized.
Way better than Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike so many other solutions out there, Air is purpose-built for managing digital media assets. It's truly delightful to use.

Nothing I can think of at this time! It's easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air holds all of our team's assets, which makes it easy for users to jump in and grab the necessary media. And organizing files is a breeze.
Brings so much order to the chaos!
What do you like best about the product?
As the creative director of a DTC brand, I love the process benefits Air has brought to my team. I love that Air lets you sort through your asset library in such a visual way that isn't restricted to a specific file path. Being able to organize and group assets in multiple ways without duplicating the file itself is a gamechanger--and instantly better than GDrive or Dropbox for this reason.
All of the other customizable fields and tags are also critical to our process and make searching through our ever growing library much easier.

There's not much I dislike about this tool.

Air helps solve the problem of wading through the consistent stream of content created by and for our brand.

Air makes it incredibly easy to store and organize the team's brand assets, plus search and share with external partners.

Sometimes it's difficult to see permissions and understand who has access to what.
