What do you like best about the product?
I like that LA has clear communication. I also enjoy that the audits are very thourough.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything specifically. If I had to point out something, I would say the audits can be made to be more digestable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LA is providing us with clear acessibility audits of our website and mobile app. This benefits me as a designer because I can easily walk through the audit and update my designs.

What do you like best about the product?
-Robust Reporting tools and the ability to review progress over time.

-Unlimited Scanning Frequency & Support For Different Teams Within The Organization (Design, Q.A., Development, Customer Support)
What do you dislike about the product?
-According to our development team who is implementing changes, some of the universal issues found are semi-blanket stated, however the Help Desk and support materials within the UI are a great resouce to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to gain WCAG 2.1 AA compliance (soon to be 2.2) across a portofolio of different brands and domains. This also helps drive revenue given high percetange of disabiltiy within our demos.

What do you like best about the product?
Level Access offers complete accessibility audits for even complexe SaaS B2B products. Their test are done by both software and real user with disabilities, making it a very versatile and complete review of any digital product. Customer support is alway helpful and very knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expect a slight delay before the audit starts, this must be taken into consideration in your sprint planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Level Access allows us to make all the efforts required to improve all the critical issues the product has, once this is done, they will help us keep the product accessible as we add more features to it.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the wide array of services the Level Access platform offers, from WCAG monitoring, training, PDF reviews, and additional consulting/program management hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company is focusing on standing up an accessibility program, part and parcel to that is ensuring we have the data, training, and subject matter expertise to drive such a program. Level Access through their page scanning, PDF reviews, design reviews, training academy, and consulting services offer all 3.

What do you like best about the product?
Its incredibly detailed and incredibly useful to find exact problems, recommendations, and various items. Having a "score" that you can relate to for progress is also very helpful to engage with your stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a steep learning curve and requires a decent amount of administration to get going. If you lose someone on the team with the knowledge of how AMP works it could be a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LA is auditing our platform to help us understand where we need accessibility improvements. The problem we face is that because we are oriented in the HR space, and peoples' lively hood is at stake, we have strict legal direction to be as accessible to as many people as possible. LA helps us keep a birds eye view of our product and provides consulting and remediation recommendations with our industry in mind.

What do you like best about the product?
The manuel testing has been a great feature for me. I love the quick turnaround and how the results are done by an employee as opposed to AI. Level Access also provides education tools for a personal and better understanding of accessibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is vast and comprehensive so it was difficult to navigate the platform. I wish I understood the naming semantics of the task IDs and wish to see a more seamless integration between Level Access's Platform and project management tools such as JIRA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Level Access is helping us find gaps in our website that go beyond color contrast issues. It has helped enhance our productivity tenfold because Level Access has the capacity to not only identify accessibility issues, but also help us find solutions into fixing them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the detiled insights about my projects in Level Access accelibility platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it very overwhelming going through all teh insights and the details associated to my account. I feel I need a dedicated staff member assigned to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Level Access helps us identify teh problem areas and also suggests possible ways to fix the accessibility specific issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The Level Access Accessibility Platform provides robust insights that are easy to research and act on. While the UI could use an update, the user experience is actually quite impressive, making it easy for folks from across our engineering organization to jump in and remediate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the Level Access Accessibility Platform; however, if I could improve one thing it would be a more modern user interface and visual design system. With that said, it is an extremely functional tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currenty use the platform to organize all our current accessibility issues and their priority after conducting an audit on our software. As the executive sponsor, it makes it easy for me to quickly zoom out or in, to understand where I product stands against our accessibility goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything you need from defect descriptions to severity ratings and WCAG success criteria information are all listed on one global platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
You provide a lot of information. If you can simplify the UI, that would improve the usability of your platform.

The Level Access Accessibility Platform contains the information I need to review and respond to accessibility evaluation soultions for designers and front-end developers.

AMP (Accessibility Management Platform) where we can leverage automation and also include findings from manual testing, Screen readers in to the consolidated reports to generate portfolio level compliance scores and recommendations on remediations, and Customer centric support. Overall, user friendly UI

future roadmap of AMP consolidation with another platform where there is no provision to include manaully tested findings
