    What do you like best about the product?
    I love that their solutions are ready to use out of the box, so I can implement them in an instant. And I like that the interface is easy to use and adapts the website to the accessibility of the disabled user.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It would be great to have even more customization options for each website's specific needs. It would also be nice if people with multiple websites could have the ability to duplicate custom tiles.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Their customer service is very responsive and helpful. Every business with a website needs a Level Access accessibility platform. I also appreciate how customizable the widget is, allowing you to adjust the look and feel to perfectly match your website design.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that the platform is intergated with backlogs and does automated scans. I also really like how it lets me see how we are doing against all the WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 criteria.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I wish it was a little easier to setup. Getting the environments setup was a little time consuming but once setup it worked great!
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It gives us a great overview of where all the products are with accessibility compliance.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Level Access is accurate, I feel it gives a thourough and detailed report on the accessibility of our websites.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The interface to interact with the data collected from the scans is outdated and needs to be created with users of all accessibility levels in mind. While the tool has been very useful for our admin and technical teams, we are lacking any meaningful interaction from most of our authors across campus. They aren't able to easily navigate in the system itself and the language and menus are intimidating to someone who is new to accessibility compliance.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We need to create historical data on our the accessibility of our websites on campus. The tool does that very well and we are able to understand and test our websites with accuracy and speed.

    Sometimes it would be nice visual examples of the change that needs to be corrected and a corrected example.
