    Automated + Manual Accessibility Testing with Clear Fix Guidance

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like most is its combination of automated scanning and professional manual accessibility testing. It not only quickly locates compliance issues but also provides clear, actionable repair guidance for developers. Besides, the continuous monitoring function can automatically detect new accessibility risks after website updates, helping our team maintain long-term WCAG and Section 508 compliance efficiently.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The platform’s automated scan sometimes produces a small number of false positive errors, which requires our team to spend extra time verifying each warning one by one. In addition, its advanced customized reporting templates are limited and lack flexible adjustment options to fit our internal audit statistical standards.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It solves two core pain points for our team:

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like best about Level Access Accessibility Platform is that it combines accessibility testing, issue management, and compliance guidance in a single platform. It helps teams identify accessibility issues early, prioritize remediation efforts, and track progress over time. The VPAT and compliance support, along with access to accessibility experts, make it easier to build accessibility into the product development process rather than treating it as an afterthought.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The user experience is functional but could be more modern and intuitive, especially for product and engineering teams that are not accessibility specialists.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Level Access helps us identify, prioritize, and manage accessibility issues across our products while supporting compliance efforts such as WCAG and VPAT. They also helped us with review of our design system.

    Live help and incredibly responsive to our requests.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    We have had a few "false positives" that we were not alerted to until we inquired about them. It would have been nice to know there was a bug before we "freaked out" about it.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It is helping us to stay compliant, especially with the (currently delayed) ADA requirements.

The platform is easy to use, providing a detailed analysis with suggestions to fix issues. I also find it easy to set up and submit for review.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like the level of detail provided, along with the screenshots and recommendations.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I don’t like that you can’t communicate directly with the last technician who commented on your task.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The platform has solved many of our ADA issues, and it has benefited us greatly by helping us make adjustments and improve the site’s accessibility for people with a range of disabilities.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love the clean, easy-to-use dashboard and how it combines automated scans with expert manual testing. It gives clear, actionable steps so our developers know exactly how to fix errors right away. Plus, connecting it directly to Jira has saved our team a ton of time by automating our workflow.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The platform has a pretty steep learning curve, and the interface can feel overwhelming and crowded for new users. It is also quite expensive compared to other tools on the market, and the pricing isn't transparent. Additionally, the system can sometimes cause data overload, making it hard to prioritize fixes without extra manual setup
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The platform solves the problem of digital exclusion and costly legal risks by automatically scanning websites for accessibility errors. It breaks down complex WCAG rules into clear, actionable steps for developers, ensuring that people with disabilities can navigate digital content without barriers. It also eliminates fragmented workflows by combining automated testing with manual human expert audits in one centralized space.

    Centralized Audit Info With Helpful Bidirectional Jira Sync

    What do you like best about the product?
    It consolidates all of our audit information in one place, offers bidirectional Jira syncing to help us maintain our workflows, and the platform is updated regularly.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The validation process lives largely in Zendesk, and the disconnect makes it difficult to track, requiring manual exporting and reconciling in spreadsheets. The data shown in the Project and Digital Asset views are different and have to be reconciled outside of the Platform, again requiring manual exporting and reconciling in spreadsheets. The bidirectional Jira sync is a huge benefit, but should bring in a query-able field for validation status. These issues decrease the confidence in our reporting.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Prior to using the LAAP, every single step of our a11y process was manual, and teams had to figure out how to write actionable Jira tickets to remediate issues. This typically resulted in inconsistent efforts/processes across teams and confusion. The fact that LAAP writes actionable tickets, and those tickets explain why the issue is a problem and exactly how to fix it is a significant gamechanger for us.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The dashboard is pretty intuitive to read and follow. Support has been helpful with bi-weekly meetings and just answering questions in general.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I'm still new to the platform, but I'm still learning my way around the dashboard. While some features are intuitive, others are not where I'd expect them to be. I'm sure most of this experience is from the user and not about the platform.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    They remediated a large number of PDFs to address tagging and reading order issues. We're also renewing our VPAT through Level Access.
