This solution helps us avoid accessibility issues across projects
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Level Access in its ability to make it easier to maintain compliance with accessibility standards. Unless you take the time to track and try to implement those updates, you feel overwhelmed before you use it, but at least we can consistently check for gaps. Also, the platform keeps track of our improvement timeline, this is useful to prove compliance. Using this structured approach, we can never enter into regulatory issues and make our digital products accessible to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to the access issue explanation in Level Access is that some are too technical for teams that have no deep expertise. The platform does have its guidance, but some of that guidance is based on an assumption of familiarity that many teams, again, don't have, and so it makes it a little harder for the non specialists to deal with recommendations. And because we spend more time interpreting some of those findings, the pace of training employees new to the accessibility standards for customers is slower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with Level Access has enabled us to move accessibility into more of a regular part of our development workflow, rather than more of a string effort! That meant that before using it, accessibility checks were only performed at the final stages of a project and then fixes were made in a last minute way that held up launches. Recently, we worked to address barriers to release digital products as early as possible, which eases the burden to release on time and with industry best practice.
Overall my experience has been good with level Access.
What do you like best about the product?
level Access older platform in my opinion is better compared to the new one, or maybe I am used of using the older one. The platform best feature is the toggle button for the code you enter for the issue and it highlights it right away which makes it easier to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the downside is probably the toggle button not working for the user entered code and 100s of similar findings for the inaccessible page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The convivence is probably the best part about it.
Great accessibility tool if you have the time to become an expert at it
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the Level Access platform is being able to find accessibility issues within our application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The huge downside is the security blocker we have been experiencing for years since signing our contract with Level Access. We were promised we’d be able to scan all pages past MFA and we are still unable to do this, even after multiple meetings with Level Access and its associates. Feels like we were sold a product that falls short of its promises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It finds issues for us but only very specific issues that we have to create complex workarounds for.
Ok, but overall the UX design is lacking
What do you like best about the product?
Service always seems to be available, which is good
What do you dislike about the product?
Not organized well, difference between evaluations and projects is confusing and frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of our manual accessibility evaluations
Helping us build a more inclusive and accessible digital world!
What do you like best about the product?
- Great for tracking issues, keeping an eye on our accessibility health, and keeping tabs on our overall engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The IA could be better as I do have a hard time finding pages and navigating the website as an admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a lack of accessibility knowledge, SME's at ID.me and Level Access are helping me fill in the gaps, and make a case to ensure accessibility is prioritized.
Level Access helps users solve business accessibility-related problems
What do you like best about the product?
I like that their tools provide the comprehensive software needed to manage large-scale digital accessibility programs. I also like that they allows us to track the accessibility status of all of our digital properties in one portafolio.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with Level Access has been truly amazing. This platform has improved our efficiency by addressing accessibility issues before digital experiences go live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Level Access platform gives us an overview of the progress of our work by helping us measure trends and maintain a complete history of the accessibility status of each digital asset.
Thorough and educational
What do you like best about the product?
They have real users identifying issues and can often provide very targeted and actionable advice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not quick for tasks that have been done to move their status, and the task list is not easy to integrate into an existing workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying accessibility issues
Excellent Feedback and Communication
What do you like best about the product?
Level Access has been great to work with! Danielle, our Account Manager, is awesome—super friendly, a great communicator, and always ready with answers. She really knows their product inside and out. We love how easy it is to go through the violations, and the fact that they provide clear solutions makes fixing issues so much simpler. Definitely a great experience so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I’d love to see improved is an easier way to filter violations by category instead of just by webpage. That would make it much simpler to assign and manage fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that the violations are clearly outlined and recommendations on how to fix those violations are provided.
Level Access Customer Support Is Top Notch
What do you like best about the product?
The Jira integration makes management between two systems, the Level Access Platform and our Jira instance, very easy. The 1:1 mapping of the integration helps us to quickly know the status of each issue, view comments, and submit for validation quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking issues across multiple evaluations (when not in projects) can lead to a lot of clicks. I recommend talking with the Level Access team about ways to manage evaluations and projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
