What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the portfolio overview, the help from the support service, and the detailed error descriptions. It’s especially useful to have a clear view of all the tasks a web developer needs to implement and complete so the website stays compliant with regulations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve had an excellent experience with the account team, and their customer service has been outstanding. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say—overall, it’s been a consistently solid experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reports, along with the ranking and filtering of results and the status scores on the dashboard, gave us clear direction, helpful screenshots, and clear priorities. This made it easy to see what needed attention and where we should focus first.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the test results and overall functionality; it offers strong flexibility and a lot of useful features. It provides clear reports after execution, which makes it a very simple tool to start automating with. The interface is well organized for testing, and it makes it easy to test web service development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of the user interface could be improved, there should be a report to easily identify failed test cases. Setting up the automation suites can sometimes be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This reduces our effort in creating test data and helps us save time in test simulation. It offers excellent support for each component and is an essential tool for testing system capabilities. It also helps us separate users from different location.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows us to create reusable test templates for scenarios, making test case management easier. The dashboard provides a clear and up-to-date overview, and the platform is feature-rich. The core test management features are robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't know when new cycles are assigned, and I'd like to see more advanced reporting features. Some of the advanced features are rather limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it every day to test our projects, and it lets us run unlimited tests. The template-creation feature is ideal for generating test cycles, and it also provides cutting-edge integration with all major search engines.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the user interface's simplicity, and once you become familiar with structure, creating suites, sections, and runs feels very natural. Furthermore, the dashboards and reports provide a quick overview of test progress, coverage, and roadblocks, which is helpful during sprints and regression cycles.

I have nothing negative to say. Their methodical, well-structured approach to test case management makes it simple and efficient for our organization to plan, execute, and track test cases.

What do you like best about the product?
In my experience, one of the standout features is its capability to perform automated analysis. I appreciate that it offers a browser extension as well as CI/CD integrations, which help identify accessibility issues before they reach production. Additionally, I find the information provided to be straightforward to access, and I like how simple it is to sort and filter through the results.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best software and service available for managing ADA compliance on websites. I like that it offers quick insights into the accessibility of digital products, providing technical advice and legal and strategic support.

My experience with the accounts team has been outstanding, and their customer support truly stands out as excellent. In my opinion, this is the best software and service for handling a website's ADA compliance. I honestly have no complaints about this platform.

This tool allows us to identify areas where we can improve accessibility, and we also benefit from their training platform when planning future releases. What do you like best about the product?
It's been incredibly flexible and effective, helping to identify numerous issues, to a degree that's difficult to describe. I like that it offers manual assessment of all digital experiences, from mobile apps to wearable technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account team is incredibly responsive and has exceeded all expectations, both during onboarding and in weekly management. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It primarily improved the quality of our products and reduced overall costs. It allows us to scale up or down our QA team as releases are made. Additionally, native integrations with Jira, Azure DevOps, and other project management platforms allow us to seamlessly integrate accessibility into out existing workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
That it's intuitive and easy to use while maintaining integrity and good features
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably it's a bit old touch and field so a glow-up could be nice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily we're engaging with LA to run audit and prepare VPAT. Platform is a bonus and has helped us with e.g. scanning and prep work. Also managing audit findings in a good way.
