Overpriced, always late and quality is going downhill.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a issue managment workflow that supports accessibility controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform feels overpriced and largely useless. Manual testing and reports are never delivered on time, and they’re often delayed by months. Account Managers don't care. Stay away!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping me burn through money and lose my hair.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been a solid experience, it's the best software and service available for managing a website's ADA compliance. I like the dashboard, the automated analyses, and the manual testing. It's very helpful to have all the tasks that a web developer needs to implement and complete to ensure the site complies with regulations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a great experience. The personalized contact with our representative has been fantastic. Whenever we have a problem, the "help" option responds very quickly. I have nothing negative to say, nor have I had any inconveniences or problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s one of the most profitable platforms currently available on the market. It helps us maintain compliance and ensure accessibility for all of our users. It also gives us a clearer view of where we can improve accessibility and what areas still need attention.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the test case management; the features are well thought out. The data integration is flexible and provides an excellent coverage graph. It also offers clear descriptions of development, and overall the tool has amazing features. I especially appreciate that it supports integrating various formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be advisable to improve the export process, as configuring custom charts isn’t easy. Error reporting could also be simpler and more straightforward, and some additional advanced features are needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow us to stick to established projects, which improves efficiency in our project management. The system manages test cases very well, helping us spot errors during testing. It also helps us manage expectations and provides easy access to workflow progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Its capabilities make it an attractive option, and the range of compatible applications is impressive. It boasts an excellent graphical user interface and offers extensive compatibility for automation. I particularly liked the checkpoint feature, it supports all types of database checkpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes crashes abruptly, it should allow the user of other programming languages. Beginners may experience a steep learning curve, and it can be resource-intensive.

Its versatility lets me automate almost anything, and it provides excellent support for automation overall. I’ve used the regression test suite, and it makes end-to-end functional testing much simpler and more manageable. It also helps us address our users’ automation needs effectively.

I’ve had an excellent experience with the account team, and their customer service has been outstanding. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say—overall, it’s been a consistently solid experience.

The reports, along with the ranking and filtering of results and the status scores on the dashboard, gave us clear direction, helpful screenshots, and clear priorities. This made it easy to see what needed attention and where we should focus first.

Sometimes I don't know when new cycles are assigned, and I'd like to see more advanced reporting features. Some of the advanced features are rather limited.

The account team is incredibly responsive and has exceeded all expectations, both during onboarding and in weekly management. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about this platform.
