A great platform for ADA compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Level Access is an excellent platform for achieving ADA compliance with your website, thanks to its courses, assessments and tips. The interface, once learned, becomes intuitive and allows you to work efficiently. The reports are detailed and help to clearly identify the areas to be corrected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some automated checks generate false positives, making it more difficult to truly analyze accessibility issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Level Access is a great platform for making your website accessible, compliant with ADA regulations.
Level Access Helps Teams Make Accessibility More Than a Checkbox Exercise
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is exciting because it shows what the future of inclusive design can look like when you bring innovation and technology together. It also reinforces how important it is to have experts involved at every stage and when accessibility isn't just an afterthought.
The Platform has become my go-to hub, not only when I am trying to understand practical implementation of compliance requirements but also when trying to pro-actively build better web experiences for our audiences. I've passively learned so much about building more accessible design through my interactions with the platform and it's really helped me take accessibility from a compliance checkbox into something that I have better understanding of and feel motivated to meaningfully take ownership over. I use the best practice guides (e.g. for Web Accessibility Content Guidelines) as a standard when building out new content and regularly find myself referring back to them when reviewing content created by others.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had a chance to explore all features (e.g. AI-led accessibility tools). There is a wealth of information on the site and I would like to take the opportunity to explore some of the features pro-actively (and not just come to the site in reaction to an immediate need). I will say that it would be great to see more of the human aspect in the development of Level Access' resources. In other words, I want to know how the experiences of people with lived experience facing chronic barriers to access are actively and ongoingly shaping, leading and benefitting from the experiences being offered by Level Access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be hard to stay up to date with newest legislation, requirements and best practices on accessibility so I love being able to trust Level Access to synthesize and provide me with the most up-to-date developments in accessible digital experiences.

Helps to create access for everything you can imagine. Which can also help with those that are living with disabilities to have a better option to access what others can.

Sometimes it can get confusing and if you don’t understand it very well it can be hard to help you organize things

I like that the information is easy to access, sort, and filter. All of this makes it easier for us to track violations and severity levels, while also allowing us to measure trends for training purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The personalized contact with our representative has been fantastic. They've answered all our questions quickly, are super helpful, and are always willing to help us ensure we're accessible. I really have nothing negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to its advanced monitoring and robust reporting capabilities, we can base decision-making on accurate and timely data. It allows us to easily evaluate public tools to detect accessibility violations and prioritize efforts to achieve regulatory compliance.
Vital for small a11y teams
What do you like best about the product?
Puts all your data at your fingertips for ease of reporting and planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI takes some getting used to, but improvements are steadily taking place.

Putting all the a11y information in one place, ability to analyze trends and assign out work to partners.

Accessibility solution offered by the level accessibility accessibility platform have really raised the user experience for all who visit our site. It is easy to use, efficient and reliable. The platform is easy to use, and the customer service equipment is always available to help with any question or restlessness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product works well, it has the features that both I and those who use the tool need. What I don't like is that some features take up a lot of screen space, such as the virtual keyboard.

They provided me with an easy-to-use WordPress plugin that simplified permission setup. Level Access Accessibility Platform has developed an excellent, easy-to-use tool, it consistently helps businesses when they face lawsuits.

The Accessibility tool offered through Level Access has become an essential asset for our development team. What I appreciate most is its seamless integration into our workflow, enabling automated accessibility testing directly within our web development process. It provides clear, actionable insights that help our developers identify and resolve accessibility issues early, ensuring our digital products are inclusive and compliant. The platform’s intuitive interface and robust reporting features make it easy to track progress and maintain high accessibility standards across projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, there are a few areas for improvement. First, the application is only available in English, which can be a barrier for our primarily French-speaking team. Having access to the platform and training materials in French would significantly improve adoption and usability. Additionally, the onboarding experience could be more intuitive for teams new to accessibility standards. More contextual guidance or interactive tutorials would help new users get up to speed faster.
