Level Access has been a fantastic addition to our team
What do you like best about the product?
It's been incredibly flexible and effective, helping to identify numerous issues, to a degree that's difficult to describe. I like that it offers manual assessment of all digital experiences, from mobile apps to wearable technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account team is incredibly responsive and has exceeded all expectations, both during onboarding and in weekly management. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It primarily improved the quality of our products and reduced overall costs. It allows us to scale up or down our QA team as releases are made. Additionally, native integrations with Jira, Azure DevOps, and other project management platforms allow us to seamlessly integrate accessibility into out existing workflow.
Intuitive platform with appropriate functionality
What do you like best about the product?
That it's intuitive and easy to use while maintaining integrity and good features
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably it's a bit old touch and field so a glow-up could be nice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily we're engaging with LA to run audit and prepare VPAT. Platform is a bonus and has helped us with e.g. scanning and prep work. Also managing audit findings in a good way.
The instructions were clear, including direct links and even a helpful screenshot
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciated the support team's friendliness and their step-by-step guidance throughout the entire process. We previously use another test management tool, and I like it much more. I use it almost daily to monitor the status of my test suites, and it has greatly simplified the entire process.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I update a completed test and it is updated with a failed test case, there should be an option to automatically set the entire test to failed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is intuitive, clear, and easy to use, making test management and efficiency easier. The support team has also been exceptional: very responsive, quick to help, and very professional in their communication.
Easy to integrate, deploy, and run existing test cases on multiple devices
What do you like best about the product?
With this tool, we can run multiple tests in parallel to reduce execution time and obtain faster results. the price is affordable considering the features it offers, and customer support is fast and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Virtual machine startup may be slightly slower with certain browser and operating system combinations. Additionally, some advanced tutorials could benefit from more detailed video content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed of deploying test environments is impressive. Their real devices work without any issues. The best part is that we can also debug our problem on those devices. It offers a wide range of test types, speed tests, and cloud-based scalability.

A Reliable Partner for Accessibility Compliance and Management
What do you like best about the product?
Provides clear reporting, dashboards, and guided workflows that make it easier to communicate progress with stakeholders. Integrations and support resources help ensure accessibility improvements and are measurable. Overall, it’s been a strong enabler for keeping accessibility at the forefront of our development process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface, while functional, can feel a bit dated and less intuitive compared to other modern SaaS platforms. Some tasks require extra clicks or navigation, which could be streamlined. Additionally, the learning curve for new users can be a challenge, especially for those unfamiliar with accessibility standards. More in-app guidance and real-world examples would help teams ramp up faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Level Access is helping us identify, track, and resolve accessibility issues across our digital products in a structured way. Without it, accessibility work could easily get lost in competing priorities, but the platform ensures we have visibility into issues, ownership assigned, and measurable progress. It also provides compliance alignment with WCAG and legal requirements, reducing risk and making it easier to demonstrate accessibility improvements to leadership and auditors.
The biggest benefit is that it allows us to embed accessibility into our development lifecycle, rather than treating it as an afterthought. This not only helps us deliver more inclusive products but also improves user experience for everyone, boosts team accountability, and creates confidence that we’re making meaningful progress.

What I like most about Level Access Accessibility Platform is its ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can test so many different device and versions of each. The Level Access Accessibility Platform has been very helpful in confirming that our dynamic content is working correctly. The interface is intuitive, and setting up a test environment only takes a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, there may be slight performance delays, and some devices may take a while to charge or disconnect during long sessions. Prices may also seem somewhat high for smaller devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Level Access Accessibility Platform simplifies testing by providing instant access to a wide range of real-world browsers, operating systems, and devices, without the need to manage internal infrastructure.
A great platform for ADA compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Level Access is an excellent platform for achieving ADA compliance with your website, thanks to its courses, assessments and tips. The interface, once learned, becomes intuitive and allows you to work efficiently. The reports are detailed and help to clearly identify the areas to be corrected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some automated checks generate false positives, making it more difficult to truly analyze accessibility issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Level Access is a great platform for making your website accessible, compliant with ADA regulations.
Level Access Helps Teams Make Accessibility More Than a Checkbox Exercise
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is exciting because it shows what the future of inclusive design can look like when you bring innovation and technology together. It also reinforces how important it is to have experts involved at every stage and when accessibility isn't just an afterthought.
The Platform has become my go-to hub, not only when I am trying to understand practical implementation of compliance requirements but also when trying to pro-actively build better web experiences for our audiences. I've passively learned so much about building more accessible design through my interactions with the platform and it's really helped me take accessibility from a compliance checkbox into something that I have better understanding of and feel motivated to meaningfully take ownership over. I use the best practice guides (e.g. for Web Accessibility Content Guidelines) as a standard when building out new content and regularly find myself referring back to them when reviewing content created by others.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had a chance to explore all features (e.g. AI-led accessibility tools). There is a wealth of information on the site and I would like to take the opportunity to explore some of the features pro-actively (and not just come to the site in reaction to an immediate need). I will say that it would be great to see more of the human aspect in the development of Level Access' resources. In other words, I want to know how the experiences of people with lived experience facing chronic barriers to access are actively and ongoingly shaping, leading and benefitting from the experiences being offered by Level Access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be hard to stay up to date with newest legislation, requirements and best practices on accessibility so I love being able to trust Level Access to synthesize and provide me with the most up-to-date developments in accessible digital experiences.
Top platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Helps to create access for everything you can imagine. Which can also help with those that are living with disabilities to have a better option to access what others can.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get confusing and if you don’t understand it very well it can be hard to help you organize things
