Easy Setup for Manual and Automatic Scans Across Sites
Reviewed on Sep 10, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to set up both manual and automatic scans across different sites, and the process feels straightforward overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Between evaluations, scans, and projects, it can be difficult to figure out where to go to update an item’s status or submit it for re-evaluation. These areas contain similar information, but they don’t offer the same action options, which can make the workflow confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us monitor our site both passively and actively, and it catches issues we might not notice right away. Overall, it gives us more confidence that we’ll spot problems early instead of finding out after they’ve already affected things.

User-Friendly Dashboard with a Clear High-Level Website Summary
Reviewed on Sep 08, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard layout is user friendly and the entry page gives you a high level summery of the most important details of your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Turning issues into tasks and submitting them to Jira is time consuming. Also, when we connected Level Access to our Dev Partners Jira platform I was able to see all of the other organizations they were working with when I was selecting the Jira account to submit the tasks too which for our Dev partners was really frustrating since they have NDAs with some of those orgs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us find UX bugs proactively before they are called out by users.

Quickly Identifies Issues with Flexible, Goal-Based Prioritization
Reviewed on Jul 01, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy to quickly identify issues within our products and the priority of those issues. I like that I can tailor the priority around my goals (VPAT compliance, risk, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that are a little confusing. Sometimes if I'm trying to find out which WCAG rules have violations it takes me a few minutes to remember where to view that information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team, so helping sort and prioritize findings is the biggest benefit for me personally. Also the scans help offset our small QA team to make testing easier and faster.

Powerful Issue Tracking and Automation for Staying Ahead of Web App Accessibility
Reviewed on Jun 22, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the platform highlights all the areas of my web application that need attention. It also lets me group related issues and address them together, which helps me get the best bang for my buck. Being able to track status and clearly see what’s still outstanding is useful for prioritizing where we focus our attention. Lastly, the automation features, including running scans periodically or on demand, are really important for making sure we’re not reintroducing issues and for staying ahead of recurring problems. While we have an integration with Azure DevOps, we haven't maximized its usefulness quite yet, but are eager to set that up.
What do you dislike about the product?
While accessibility tools have improved a lot, many of them really shine for traditional websites but don’t scale as well for web applications. Because of the nature of web apps, there isn’t a one-size-fits-all site map for scanning, and the data can be dynamic, which makes it harder to evaluate issues consistently. Level Access has made progress in this area over the past few years, but there’s still room for enhancements that would strengthen automated scanning and better cover more dynamic use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Level Access acts as augmented resourcing for our team since we don’t have in-house accessibility experts. They review what’s in our development queue, the new features we release, and even older functionality. They not only test our work, but also guide us on best practices and help ensure each team member keeps an accessibility-first mindset when building and delivering this functionality.

Automated + Manual Accessibility Testing with Clear Fix Guidance
Reviewed on Jun 17, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is its combination of automated scanning and professional manual accessibility testing. It not only quickly locates compliance issues but also provides clear, actionable repair guidance for developers. Besides, the continuous monitoring function can automatically detect new accessibility risks after website updates, helping our team maintain long-term WCAG and Section 508 compliance efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform’s automated scan sometimes produces a small number of false positive errors, which requires our team to spend extra time verifying each warning one by one. In addition, its advanced customized reporting templates are limited and lack flexible adjustment options to fit our internal audit statistical standards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves two core pain points for our team:
1,Manual, fragmented accessibility compliance work
2,Compliance risks from frequent product updates

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Level Access Accessibility Platform is that it combines accessibility testing, issue management, and compliance guidance in a single platform. It helps teams identify accessibility issues early, prioritize remediation efforts, and track progress over time. The VPAT and compliance support, along with access to accessibility experts, make it easier to build accessibility into the product development process rather than treating it as an afterthought.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience is functional but could be more modern and intuitive, especially for product and engineering teams that are not accessibility specialists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Level Access helps us identify, prioritize, and manage accessibility issues across our products while supporting compliance efforts such as WCAG and VPAT. They also helped us with review of our design system.

Incredibly Responsive Live Help

What do you like best about the product?
Live help and incredibly responsive to our requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a few "false positives" that we were not alerted to until we inquired about them. It would have been nice to know there was a bug before we "freaked out" about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to stay compliant, especially with the (currently delayed) ADA requirements.
