Depending on the capabilities it's may allow used to customise the generated sentence to meet specific requirements and style. It can potentially support, multiple languages to a global audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The systems abilitiy to generate accurate and relevant sentence can be limited. If it's lacks knowledge in specific domain or field. Natural language is obtain and the systems may not allow resolve ambiguity correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On of the primary problems it solving is automatic of the process. Such as a email template or message. By filling in specific details provide by users. Saves time and effects and composing individual message.

Need examples for batch transform.
Please provide an example on how Input data should look like when using Batch transform feature of SM. Also what MIME type we should use for ContentType
