Great Analytics Tool, Complex Setup Process
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Contentsquare for app analytics, particularly zoning and session replay, which I find helpful for deeper discovery and understanding the reasons behind certain patterns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoning doesn’t always work on the app. The initial setup was quite complex.

I use Contentsquare for app analytics, discovery, and deep data dives, helping to understand the 'why' behind behaviors.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Contentsquare to understand our customers better and identify where the friction points are, which helps us improve our site. It's so easy to use, making the initial setup very easy. The Sense Analyst feature makes it quick and efficient to get real-time data. These aspects really help us change and improve areas like copy to enhance accessibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoning analysis can be less intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy Contentsquare is to use for beginners, but it also has good depth, which means I can jump in instantly and get analysis within minutes in a visually presentable way. Also, the initial setup was quite easy, and the team was massively helpful in getting everything up and running.

I like the visualization tools in Contentsquare, as they are user-friendly and offer in-depth insights. It's easy to understand the data, which helps in showing it to stakeholders and enables fast analysis. The onboarding team is great, making the initial setup very easy.

Too many mappings, needs to be better managed

Sense Engine’s Session Replay Summaries Make Issue Overviews Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The Sense engine’s capabilities, especially its ability to summarise session replays, are really useful for creating high-level overviews of issues and identifying potential solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not able to configure the theme or colours for heat map zoning. It would also be helpful if we could set up goals based on selector clicks, rather than only by zone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to see where customers are struggling on the site and where we can best support them.
Insightful and Efficient, But Learning Curve for New Users
What do you like best about the product?
I find Contentsquare to be very insightful and love how efficient it has become with the use of Sense. I use zoning analysis a lot to understand the biggest boosts in conversion rate on certain landing pages. The initial setup was very easy, and I mostly used the page and product performance modes, which were very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be time consuming to create mappings/segments/goals. It can, at times, not be user-friendly for new users. Perhaps making the menus a bit easier to navigate.

I use Contentsquare for customer experience insights and boosting conversion rates. It helps quickly troubleshoot issues if there's a drop in conversion rates or other metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using AI Sense to see what answers it can come up with to help our own analysis. It's valuable as it can analyze lots of session replays and come back with key points, saving us a lot of time. Contentsquare helps us find what customers are engaging with and see what areas of the site aren’t working well. I often use zoning analysis and replay.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes run into bugs but these are usually quickly resolved. I would like the option to create lists of favorite products within the merchandising section.

I use Contentsquare to analyze customer behavior on our website, helping us identify what engages customers and what isn't working. The AI Sense feature efficiently analyzes session replays, highlighting key points and saving us a lot of time.

Rich Analysis with Some Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the richness of analysis that Contentsquare offers, which fills the gap left behind by Google Analytics. The initial setup was involved, but we were well assisted, making the process smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Admin can be slow and seems to require a lot of memory, slowing down analysis. Sense AI doesn't always answer simple questions and sometimes claims it doesn't have data points that I know it has.

I use Contentsquare for journey analysis and finding bugs. It helps me understand drop-offs during the funnel and validate design decisions. Its analysis richness fills the gap left by Google Analytics.
Complex but Streamlined with HotJar Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use with Contentsquare. The HotJar integration is something I enjoy because it enhances heatmapping functionality. Also, the initial setup was smooth as far as I am aware.

Contentsquare can be complex to use with some complex processes and it can be glitchy.
