What do you like best about the product?
I really like Contentsquare's suite of features, especially the sense analyst, which is particularly helpful in allowing me to hone in on the data and analysis I want by directly asking for it. It's great for analyzing customer behavior and comparing different locales to drive product decisions. It also helps in processing vast amounts of data. On a scale from 1 to 10, I would rate my likelihood to recommend Contentsquare as a 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's takes me out of my work stream. Meeting me where I'm at. Also, the time to learn the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Contentsquare for analyzing customer behavior and comparing different locales to drive product decisions, easing the processing of vast amounts of data.

What do you like best about the product?
Its user friendly and really does give you the ability to understand all customer behaviour across our site
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really! We’ve loved all the product updates, along with the new integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows teams to access data themselves, while still relying on our Digital Analytics team for support on the more complex questions. This really promotes a self-serve, enabled data culture at Boots. Our entire digital department uses Contentsquare, so the use cases are wide-ranging.
Improves User Understanding but Needs Better LLM Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like Contentsquare's session replay feature because it allows me to see exactly how customers use the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Contentsquare could be improved by enhancing the ability to optimize for public LLMs. It should go beyond just seeing traffic, like analyzing ranking for prompts and providing insights on how to improve content to influence outcomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare helps resolve fallout and frustration by offering session replay, allowing me to see exactly how customers use the site.

There’s sooo much data and things to do in the platform, it’s not always needed

Sometimes it takes a long time to get started. Gathering snapshots can be really frustrating.
