Good but needs work
What do you like best about the product?
It is a live document that allows multiple team members to work on it at once. It cuts our work in half by pulling in information from Salesforce. There is nothing else like this on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been little improvement made to the actual program. The support service is not well-versed in the issues and the bugs that pop up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to get proposal decks out the door fast. We can track who is looking at the documents and how much time they are spending on each page.

Conga does exactly what it's supposed to do, but configuration was a hassle initially

User Experience, Ease of Use, Open for salesforce automation

There are some limitations with parameters and once again setting up conga with salesforce was difficult because of the lack of error messages

Develop template quickly in word and let conga generate documents with merge fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues with spacing on page. Even if we hide the field using some conditions it takes some space on the document. Conga does provide all currency formatting OOTB but some currencies might not work for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traditionally we have been creating custom pages with a lot of backend code. but with conga, we don't have to write code; that's a big plus. With no code, future maintenance will be straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
It all accessed and built via Salesforce and you do not need to leave the platform. The level of control is also a massive plus
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be slow to load and generate a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us a low code option of producing documents that are created from Data in Salesforce and then the outputs can be saved, emailed or downloaded

Able to house and generate templates with one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have any dislikes. We are happy right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The emails back and forth, the approval and signature stages, and old antiquated trackers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is integrated with word and how I can use MS word as a template to create the document. It's very straightforward and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there is more flexibility in the document template. For example, I wish we could do some operations/logic on the merge fields instead of having to create new fields every time.

the new wizards that help create buttons and templates

it can sometimes be a little slow, but everything else just works

it improves the look and feel of the data that we print from Salesforce
Conga Composer is my top recommended solution for document generation

Conga Composer can handle any document generation use case with word, excel and ppt.

It requires some technical expertise to manage the solution by the learning curve is acceptable given the quality of the solution

What do you like best about the product?
Conga streamlines the proposal writing process utilzing our Salesforce data already contained in the account and opportunity objects. Its made creating proposals very efficient for our organization.

Nothing, as a Salesforce partner its very easy to setup and utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its creating more time for our salespeople to sell by eliminating administrative tasks required to generate a proposal.
